I saw an add on olx for active model no 22 december 2016 by a lady named neha jaiswal [gave me the proof of indian army] from indian army deolali camp nashik. I wanted to buy that hence i called her [[protected]]. By sending her 5000 rs in advance at 11 am, she told me that i'll get home delivery from indian army till evening. At 6 pm, an army postman driver named somnath giri called me [[protected]] and said that he has arrived in ahmednagar with my ordered moped. He asked for the remaining payment of rs. 13000 to complete the procedure according to army protocol. Until and unless i will not the complete the payment procedure, he is not going to deliver the moped so i trusted him because of the indian army and paid the remaining amount of rs.13000. After that, he again asked me to send rs.9250 as army security amount. As i didn't have that much money so i paid the amount in three parts 1) rs.2500 2) rs.2750 rs 3) rs.4000. He said that i made the wrong transaction and asked to make the whole payment in a single transaction. I took her [neha jaiswal] on the conference call with the delivery man and convinced that the security amount will be refunded as cash once we get the delivery. Under army protocol [as he said], i managed somehow and paid extra rs.9250 again and in a single transaction. After some time, the army postman driver told me to pay rs 7100 as overtime charges. Trusting army protocol, i paid the money [rs.7100] and said the transaction you made was wrong. I felt that something is wrong hence didn't send the money thereafter. I lost around rs. 43600 and whole transaction was made through google pay.

Sir i had given a complaint regarding transfer of fund to b vasantha rao on the 19 of this month vide account number [protected], south indian bank, at thomas mount branch, chennai for rs.11500/- towards purchase of 8 nos. Secondhand steel racks for my business as per the images sent in olx by subramanayam k, dealers of supermarket racks.
Now that he is either not responding to any calls though made to both of them. I request hold these fraudster responsible in looting the customers and return my money at the earliest.
For your reference the person can be tracked by his account no. Mentioned in the above by giving a complaint. He is active on line but does not respond to me.

Bike sale price was 15000/-, but the afsar [protected] guy initially asked to pay he is from cisf agency banglore., selling bike as he is going to jammu and kashmir will send bike online through cisf transport agency & from me transferred from my iphone but later speaking with cisf transport agency guy phone no -[protected], stated will deliver bike if again extra 9800/- will be paid..,
Then later afsar guy stopped receiving calls.., plz look into this, this should happen to any customers

I would like to report a number that try to scam me off of money. I had posted an ad on olx and the person contacted me via the ad and said that he could only transfer via bhim app. Today 21/09/2019 he told me that he is sending me a qr code and i need to accept that and that was a link for a payment of ₹5, 000. He constantly kept contacting me via call and asked me to accept the payment saying that by clicking on ‘pay’ i would be sending the amount to my account and not his.

I haven’t lost any money as i didn’t do as he asked me to.
I’m just sending the details of the person including the qr code. Kindly make others aware of this incident because he sounded very calm and he knew what he was doing. He also tried to guide me step by step as to rip money off of me.

Please please be serious.. Search totally fraud team working in olx... Two wheel and four wheel add.... Please search and give police complement other wais olx totally damage... Fraud team add 2018 scooter 12000.11000. And telling army name... And asking money advance... Please search u getting 200 and more fraud add. Why not taking serious case... This is a business site not a fraud site... Be careful other waise... Totally losses..

This is d most pathetic online selling platform that I have ever come across.
I updated an ad to sell my car n d same day I accidentally mentioned cars24 while speaking to a buyer after which my account was immediately banned. Fine no worries I wrote to their CUSTOMER CARE after which my account was reinstated. I also was able to republish my existing ads. BUT shockingly they refused to publish my car ad saying my 30 day free car selling ad period had lapsed n that I need to pay 1400 to publish my car ad which was only 1 day old.
I told them its their team that banned my account n my 30 days have not lapsed n even told them I will delete my account if they don't let me publish my ad. NO RESPONSE.
These arrogant shameless cheats n frauds doubt give a crap about customers. All they want is money n to make things as inconvenient as possible for customers.
I deleted my account n will NEVER use olx to sell any of my stuff. Quikr is much better n civilized compared to these olx ###.
And I will also not use their sham olx cash my car either. So whose loss is it?...VERY GOOD business model...piss off more customers n lets see how far u go ❌❌❌❌

I trusted it bcz of just army and paid remaining 19900 rs.. After that he again said that to send 9250 rs as army security amount.. I didn't have this much money
So i paid three times as 1) 2500 rs 2) 2750 rs 3) 4000 rs.
After this transactions he again said that i made wrong transaction.. I must do the whole payment in single transaction.. And the lady convinced me that the whole extra money i had paid i'll get it back in cash when my moped will deliver.. So again under army protocol i managed somehow and paid more transaction of rs 9250 again and this time in single transaction.. Now the army postman driver said me that i must have to pay rs 7100 charges of overtime.. Bcz it's 8 pm.. Again thrusting army protocol i paid the money now the man again said that i made wrong transaction.. N now i got that it's going fraud i lost total 44000 rs..
And the whole transaction was made through google pay by me to account number[protected], ifsc code 0123456, account holder name manju devi.
The lady give me proof of of being in indian army that's why i trusted her fully.. Please solve this problem i request you to take my problem under action and solve if immediately.

A man named as shrikant posted an ad on olx for iphone x and i contact him and he told me that send me advance money and i will courier the mobile phone to you.. I paid the whole amount amount to him bit i didnt receive any mobile phone.. I have his adhaar card and army id card and his mobile numbers and i made online payment.. I have also bank statement

Went to see pair of pioneer speakers in guru harkishan nagar.
Sabby 92123, 89903 is a complete fraud. I went to check pair of speakers and he demanded for token amount 2000 rs.in cash promising that he will return if product is not purchased, he keep on delaying since february 2019 saying no amount in paytm or for account transfer, i approached his home to collect amount, door not opened. Not returning 2000 rs. And not picking phones. This kind of mischievious action on public forum is unacceptable. And please take proper action against him.

Hello i saw a add on olx for activa 4g by person name dilip dharmani. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card.
After that he insisted me to pay 2150 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 2150

After that he said it will deliver by morning. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally he asked me to pay 6250 amount to complete the filing activity before dispatch.

He told after recieving the payment within 1 hour you will recieve the delivery then finally i paid 25% amount to him.

Then again he called me and told there is some issue and you have to pay the gst amount that is 6250 then only vehicle will get dispatched.

So total i transfered 14000 rupees to him and now he is telling i will not refund the money you do whatever you want.

Please suggest me what to do now and how to make that guy punish.

I ordered for iphone 7plus (Original) to a person called divya mobile number ([protected]) on friday (August 13th). I received the mobile on monday (August 16th) but i received xr which is a clone. I paid 10, 000 on cod. She said she'll replace it with 7plus (Original) but she's not sending me the tracking id. Her company adress (576, west end colony, vasant enclave, vasant vihar, new delhi, delhi). Please help me out.

The matter was
I was planning to buy 2 nd hand phone from olx, i saw an add of mobile iphone 6s at delhi location.
I satrted chat with him and he askd for my no., i gave him and he msj me on whats app, his no.[protected], nd he said he is from indian army cisf posted at agra and wants to sell his mobile, he sent me all mobile pics, mobile bill, bill was also on his name and asked for address and my id adhar card, i gave him, this all scenario was yesterday (15/09/19) night. He said that tomorrow morning he will send mobile through courier.
I trusted him as he seems to be so confident in talking and acting as a army person (His wats app dp is also of cisf). Then todays morning he called me again and asked to send 500 rupees by paytm, (His paytm no.[protected]) i transfered 500 rupees, he said in 20 min he will reach courier office, then after 30min he again called me and handed over ph to courier person, i asked all detail, courier person said the courier will come through indian army online parcel service, he again send pics of all packed parcel, and other army officers sitting there, then he again asked to send 3000 rupees as he handed over the mobile to courier guys, i transfered 3000 through paytm, he said mobile will come by today evening. But after 3 hours when i randomly search about indian army only parcel service, then i come to know about this online fraud. Then i called him and msj him on whats app, then he blocked me from call and whats app too.
I have seen thousands of same type of complains today on consumer complain portal and shocked to see how many they cheated on daily basis
Request authorities to kindly take serios actions again these fraud gangs on the name of indian army.

I posted a ad in olx about selling my furniture and some one called me n he final the deal and asking should he pay through Google pay I didn't use Google pay. But he said pls install it. Because for me it is suitable for payment. I install n setup n then send him QR scan and he call n say check n click on accept when I clicked 5000 rs deducted from my account.

I ordered airpods from olx.com rahul agrawal was the seller of airpods ad id ([protected]) he told me that he shipped the courier on 10th of sept 2019. And he asked me to pay the amt. After that he will give me the tracking detail but after the payment he is avoiding my calls and not texting back he is a frequent user of olx using name perfect trading he has plenty of adds on olx he's mobile no is [protected] he's google pay no is [protected]. I paid him 36200 on google pay. Please help me

India fraud on olx on the name of army soldier for buying honda activa 4g

The matter was:-
I was planning to buy 2nd hand scooty, and on olx i saw an add "honda activa model 2017 4g" at gandhinagar location.

I start chat with that olx user and he give me his contact number
[protected] and said he is in jaisalmer cant with indian army (He pretends to be an indian army soldier) and want to sell his scooty on immediate basis as he is getting transferred to somewhere that's why selling his scooty at such low cost (28kquoted), he shared me some scooty pics..
He told me to share my address so that he can deliver the scooty through postal delivery by their army camp.

I trusted him as he seems to be so confident in talking and acting as a army person. He told me to transfer the whole amount to the credentials so that he can share the postal delivery slip.
But i refused that whole amount can't be transferred without adding beneficiary and i transferred rs 5000 to him on above account.

Thereafter today morning one another person calls me (Acting like delivery person from agra army camp mob - +91-[protected]) and said we arrived at udaipur location, and said no mail has been received to him from post office, he said clear the rest amount so that he got mail and deliver the scooty.

Then i refused and got that they are the gang of frauds.

I have seen thousands of same type complaints today on consumer complaint portal and i was shocked to how many they have cheated.

I am unable to understand why these cheaters are still in operations even after lot of complaints.

Request authorities to kindly take serious and hard actions against these looterey gang so that it creates a message to other cyber frauds or other frauds.

I have found out an ad for apple airpods in bengaluru and tried contacting the seller. He said he's not in bengaluru, but in vadodara but he'll ship the product in two days provided i pay an amount in advance via gpay and remaining via cod.

So i've paid him 2k to a google pay number (He shared in whatsapp) and waited for the product. After 2 days he reached out to me and said the product is at gandhinagar in bengaluru, but he needs the remaining money immediately because he forgot to mark the item as cod. I felt something's wrong. Then he said, there's nothing to worry and i can trust him that i'll get the product today and the money will be returned if not etc. He claimed otherwise he'll have to cancel the courier and send it again via cod. Now i paid him remaining 2.5k. After this i still didn't get product for 2 weeks now and he claims different reasons whenever i call him. Now hes saying he'll send through dhl courier.

He has never stopped picking my calls and responding. He's been consistently giving me different excuses everytime. But now i just need my money back and i don't trust him / his product. Also his olx shows there are 33 followers and claims himself trustworthy.

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his car (Vitara brezza), from there he contact me and asked me to first transfer rs.5000 to his paytm no.[protected], ifsc code. Pytm0123456, then i got a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in pune then he ask me to pay the rs16250 and i have paid rs 16250 than again he called that balance 5150 need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again i only paid 2000 only. Today when i didn’t receive i searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly.

Also to build faith he has shared his army id, courier slip as well

I am searching for bullet bike. I saw the add of shrikant ubale then i call him. He send pictures of bullet, adhar car, i card. He send me to pay 3120 for transport purpose. Then he say to pay 10000 for the army transport verification. He said that bike will be delivered next day but bike not delivered. Bike deal was decided for 75000. I given all amount by phone pe. All this fraud happened with me.
