I am being cheated by a person named yogesh saini who introduced himself as an army man. He has uploaded a pic of tvs jupiter on olx for ₹16111/-.. I contacted him and he asked me to pay 2100 asap.. I transferred the said amount and in the same manner i have transferred ₹1, 25, 700/-.. Now from internet i came to know that he is a known cheater on olx.
Kindly resolve my problem as being a student, it is very big amount for me.

I posted my add of new Hero Maestro Edge 2018 model in just Rs 32k. But you rejected saying that price is too high (Who the hell are you to decide the price of my things) even though I changed price to 30K but after making my add live you eventually rejected it without any reason saying that the add is inappropriate. The screenshoots are attached .

i have total give money is ‭38, 922‬ they have fraud with me they have confirmed me to parcel is courier but next day call me and courier boy ask me to 7099 you will pay to google pay then delivery msg to that number and i will pay.
some minutes wents and call me to you have pay 9999 to deliver your percale i will pay this money. they call me and say to msg not generated so pay 14000
and another call to pay 1293 to generate msg for courier out for delivery, call me one more time 1431 is pay i will pay but they say to 2724 is more pay but m 2724 is not pay, i will say rascals but they have say me to you cant talk like that.
how can money back because i am more money lost, i will save this money for new mobile but my all saving are lost so please help me

I was scammed by a group of fraudsters from uttar pradesh and rajasthan.. An ad was posted that royal enfield was for sale @ rs 49500 on 04.08.2019... They have scammed me based on the ad... The total scam amount was rs 79762.. Lodged an fir with kolkata police cyber cell.. Need details of the ad from olx archive. Phone

I wanted to buy earphones so i made a deal with a seller from gurugram. I live in mumbai so he told me that he will courier it to me if i pay him half the agreed amount. We made a deal at 4000+ shipping. I told him that i will pay through google pay. When i did pay instantly he deleted the chats nd blocked my number. Whatever number i call he does not pick up and blocks the calls. Plz look into this matter. I wanted to buy samsung galaxy buds earphones.

This guy cheated me 10, 000 thousand he said that he got transferred so wanna sell my activa5g red colour TN 05 BV 5140 first told me to pay 5000 thousand than after delivery told me to pay balance amount after a hour told me that your bike has been delivered me told me pay half of balance amount I said let me get bike after tat I wil be paying you balance amount thn he cut the call not responding anything 😡

This is to inform that my scorpio model s10 (Up32 gp 3188) has been fraud on olx with ad id [protected]. He is frequently making modifications in the ad. I have 2-3 visitors daily at my place to buy the car and had partially made payment. I have also filled an fir regarding the same.

I request you to please block the ad and report it as fraud asap.

I tried to sell my activa honda my account name was janggoulal lupho in which i have de activated. A guy called said he was in the army asking for my google pay bar code in which he deducted a sum of 1800 from my account. I video called him in which i took the screenshot the photos. He also asked for the otp of my account which i send not knowing. I will disclosed the photos of him

I have given the ad of my mobile phone on OLX and the man called me named Srikanth and told me to open Google pay when I open the Google pay he told that I have given advance payment of 5000 INR
But when I clicked to receive the payment it has been transferred into his Google pay account

I have ordered one iphone in olx and that was cash on delivery.. When i got mobile in my hand its not that mobile which i have ordered and given mobile also not an orginal.
When i have requested for return and refund the money. They are telling we will proceed tosay, tomorrow...
They are keep on extending the days not at all resovling.. I have a chatting conversation also..

One person called me & told he is a army man Name is vemuri shashi bhushan that fellow phone no [protected]. he want to buy my phone in advertisement OLX .He send me his Army id card No.LAO[protected]V00 .He told me to online gogle pay transfer Rs-4500/- debit to my account .he send link to my google pay of rs.4500/-. but my money Transferred his account Rs.16500/- . he cheated me. I have some proofs please find attachments please help me please return back my money . please call back me for your consumer support team

I have sent 14150rupees to olx user his name is parveen fauji and he hasn't send mi note 7pro mobile yet it is totally fraud-he did fraud on the name of indian army man his son was not giving attention on study so that was the reason to sell his mobile like this he said to me and his mobile number is [protected] now also in the of soldier he is doing fraud to the olx product buyer so please help me to get my money back

Its a very serious issue. One person asked me to send 10000 rs for camera. And he is not sending me the product.
I would like cyber crime team to look into the matter.

Sir my name is sanjay singh and recntly i saw an add of honda activa 5g scooty2018 model on olx. On contacting the seller he described that he was from indian army named vikas patel from hisar camp, haryana. Later on we contacted on whatsapp. He told me that the price of the scooty would be 28000 rupees. He messaged me his adhar card and canteen card as well as rc of the vechicle and said the parcel will be delivered within 24 hrs. I asked him that the name on rc is different so he told me that he puched it through the help of a friend and later on asked advance amount of rs5000, which i google paid him. Later after some hours the delivery guy called me told me to pay half amount for further processin. And after some time they told me to pay full amount for clearance and the parcel will be reached to me within 30 min. I google paid the remaining amount to them. At last the guy told me due to delay in actions for payment i have to pay rs 10000 as security money which will be refunded. I paid the that amount and the delivery guy told me that parcel will reach you by next morning. But nor i have got the parcel and neither they are picking up my phone.
The total amount which i paid was rs 38000.

Actually i send 3150 rupees via paytm to army guy who hand said me courier charges for iphone 7 plus i said bhaya apki id sab kuch bhejo then he sended every thing aadhar pan and liquor card and later with in 2hours he said my phone will come so i waited until 5 hours nothing came so please resolve my problem i have no phone thats why i interested to buy a phone at less rate all my money was lost because of a fraud one please solve my problem

मैंने(गौतम यादव) ने Olx mobile app पर एक आर्मी ऑफिस(विकास पटेल)ठग के द्वारा डाले गए प्रचार के माध्यम से बात किया जिसमे वो अपनी हौंडा एक्टिवा बेच(35000/-) रहे थे।

मैंने उनसे कॉन्टेक्ट किया तो डील फ़ाइनल(25000/-) हो गया।
उसके बाद विकास पटेल ठग ने अपने बारे मैं कई डॉक्युमेंट(संगलन) भी दिया।
1) कैंटीन स्मार्ट कार्ड no. GA[protected]U00,

2) आधार कार्ड NO[protected], DOB-13/03/1992

3) Indian Union Driving license
Madhya Pradesh State
No.MP[protected]

कुछ घण्टे बाद ठग द्वारा 1500/- पार्सल ट्रांसफर रुपए मांगी जो मेरे द्वारा दे दी गई। (paytm to paytm)

1) Paytm no. [protected] पर ट्रांसफर किया गया। ( जो किसी "राहुल कुमार" ठग द्वारा संचालित हैं।)

फिर ठग और रुपए की मांग की जो की 1650/-की थी, वो भी दे दी गई (paytm to paytm)

1)फिर paytm no.[protected] पर ट्रांसफर किया गया

कुछ और घंटो के बाद उन्होने बताया की डिलीवरी मेन (ठग)( मोबाइल no.[protected]) आप के घर से 5-6 किलोमीटर दूर हैं। मुझे और रुपए चाहिए जिससे इंडियन आर्मी की gmail अकाउंट खुल सके, नहीं तो वो नहीं आएगा।

फिर मेरे द्वारा 20000/- का कोटक बैंक से NEFT( संगलन) किया गया।

जो मेरी तरफ 100/% successfull रहा।

लेकिन उन्होंने कहा नहीं मिला। और आपको तुरन्त imps करना पड़ेगी अभी के अभी।

फिर मेरे द्वारा imps 20001/- रुपए भी क्या गया। जो उनको मिला।

लेकिन फिर उन्होंने 11500/- माँग की और मुझसे।
लेकिन सुबह से रात के 9:00 बज गए लेकिन कोई भी पार्सल नहीं आये।

"उनके द्वारा मुझसे 43, 150/- एक दिन में ठगे गए।"
(बैंक details साथ लगा दी हैं।)

"क्या वाकई ये इंडियन आर्मी के ऑफिसर हैं या कोई और???" कृपा पता लगये...

अतः उनके द्वारा कोई भी रुपए वापिस नहीं दिया जा रहा हैं,
कृपा करके समस्या का समाधान करे तुरन्त।
