For 22000rs, when i called him he said he is working in mumbai airport and he s in indian army and army people never lies u can transfer oken amount 0f 1000rs so that he can get assured of deal, i told that i will meet u on next day and give full amount on cash or transfer u immediatelt, when i gave call he said that i[censored] will give 1 lakh rupees also he wold not give me as i have not transferred token amount, this people are doing business of fraud i think, so pls be careful and do not get fooled by this type of people

The person named mantosh yadav posted add on olx website. Bike is in new condition july, 2017 he wants to sell his bike. Running of his bike 9000kms this is not a truth at all. This person is big fraud and took my money through net banking about 2020 rupees. Person name mantosh yadav claim himself as a army officer and he fools lot of people by missuse of army personnel. He claimed as he is on duty at pune international airport, works in cisf for checking passports. There are many people who are suffering because of him. Olx & paytm team please modify your resources as they are not working enough. Any fake people are posting adds on olx website & opening account on paytm to collect money from people.

He asked for my selfie & id card when i went to meet him @ pune airport for making delivery of his activa 2017 which i purchased … i already paid 1000 + 1020 inr last 2 days & when i went for delivery, he asked for my live location selfie photo & id card so that he can send somebody.. After sending selfie & voter id card, he asked to pay again inr 3120, upon reviewing at airport, i came to know it is fraud. Many people complained similar like me. I am in trouble now as i shared my voter id, which he will mis-use & will do fraud using my id. What is way-out?

It is their responsibility to take action against it and do legal action against these fake peoples.

Sir, i was lured into purchasing a royal enfield bike by a person posing as army jawan. However, after paying 27500 rs of 45000 rs the seller refused to sell his bike and i lost that amount. Communication is also not established with the seller. The user was using paytm account and could not be traced. I request the authorities to help me in my case.

I have seen a bike olx ktm 200 for 31000 when i chat with him in whatsapp he asked 3100 and 3120 i sent both after he told we are going to send u bike in the evening. Now we got to know he is fraudster in the name of indian army. Please help me in this. He got my aadhar card and etc details. He is directly telling that we are fraudster we will do like this only. After that he removed ad from olx and he blocked me in whatsapp.

Hi sir, this is to inform you that below are the details of Cisf guy mentioned his as Afsar Khan from devannahalli informed he is selling bike for 15000/-shared all details of bike attached below, but after paying amount online he just disconnected calls asking to pay double amount extra 15000/- then he is going to deliver from army transportation., Plz help me

I have republished this ad as it did not got sold but when i republished the ad it didn't get live so i called olx customer support they said increase your price - what is this? I want to sell my game cds and olx customer support tells me to increase the price listed on ad
What kind of service is this?
Previously the same ad was active but now they are telling me to change the price? It's my product so i want to sell at my price
So kindly activate my ad fast.

I received a call on 7 november 2019 from some unknown person he said that my phone network of hip is blocked and to activate it i need to give otp which will be sent to my moblie. After sometime i received an otp without any reference, otp msg as follows"use xxxx as your otp to register". The same unknown person called me and asked for otp in order to activate my phone network, i shared the otp but when i again checked the otp message, i was it was from vx-olxind and not from jio so i got suspicious and after 5 to 10mins opened my olx india app and checked so i noticed that an notification was found where a scooter was put on sale which i didn't do. The scooter's picture also contained a fraud phone number in yellow coloured font which was not mine. So i tried to deactivate my account in olx india app by going to setting, but my account was able to open again and again. So then i called olx customer service and made complaint aganist this fraud registration for which they said that they are going to deactivate the registratatoin with my number. My concerns: 1. Please confirm this registration is deactivated and no fraud can happen on this registration.

Please refer to attached photo dated 18.10.2019 regarding shop for sale prominently showing photo of shop chinmay medicals. This ad was not posted by shop owner which is misleading to people.
I urge olx to remove this ad at the earliest possible and take strict action against whoever has posted this without owners consent or provide his contact details

I have also been duped by the same person today i. E. 7th nov 2019. Sagar dada who was selling a tata tigor on olx with ad id: [protected].

Sagar kept calling and asking for money frequently for gst, security deposit, other taxes, late fee for transport delay, head quarter not giving clearance.

Pe car dekhne k lye bhej di jayegi...ye log frauder kisi sidhe sade insan ko loot lenge... so please take step against this type ad...

At least olx should send some email confirming or thankyou email for buying a car from me. Atleast they confirm how much they buy it from me with vehicle number/rc number/other details. Olx should follow some professional ethics or they should include some process.

On 2nd november 2019 a olx seller named babloo kumar (As he sent me the details including aadhar and cisf card) and selling a realme 5 pro was contacted by me. The number which he contacted me from was [protected]. I paid 500rupees via google pay as asked for courier charges. The next day i was contacted from a different number ([protected]) claiming to be army courier service and i was asked to deposit 2500more for insurance cover and after sending that too via google pay i was asked for 4180rupees more at which point i denied and told that i wont pay anymore before the package arrives at my house. From that point on the seller denied refunding any of the money paid in advance and the product was not sent to me. I have filed a general diary for fraud and need to know the steps that need to be taken for the refund.

On olx app i was seen advt of yamaha fzs having ad id is [protected]. Make deal with them pay total rs 44, 000/- but they don't give me bike according to deal. Now they can't talk to me and switch off the mobil. So pls take action against them.

The yogesh pandit (Army sepoy) call to mi says i am army officer and i want sell bike send to me pay total 44000/- and after that no call n any contact with them. I trust army thats why make them deal. And they send their smart canteen card. That why i trust them so pls take action againest them.

Party contact no. [protected] call me to sell a car price 1, 30, 000 rs. I agree, then he/ she call to courier car from bombay airport post fast courier. Demand to deposit 3150 rs. I deposited, then 2 pm call me to deposit 7100 rs. For log file also i deposited, then navin sing tomar call me to deposit, 15, 200 rs to paytm account, as like this i deposited 70, 650 rs. Till date i did not receive a car. So plz help me. I want car or my money. If as like this fraud is going on olx what can customers get service.

Hello i saw a add on olx for royal enfield by person name. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 57, 000/- for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 21, 000/- as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convening me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.

Today i paid 499 rupees for one month ad. Fee for my property sale. But i couldn’t go on live & getting message that your ad. Is rejected then edit & go

I tried several times but couldn’t not post successfully. Please let me know what happened to my ad. & if it is not go on live then what about the refund money of 499/- rupees.

This is harshit. Yesterday i saw the ads for activa honda on olx. I contacted to seller & he set me his documents having said that he is an indian army person. I trust him. He asked me to send rs. 3100 for transformation of the scooty to the destination. I did likewise he said but after that he sent me transport courier detail. Later i tried to contact to him but he is nt responding. Now i realised that i m victim of fraud because i found some data online against that person who is making fool to the people with different name in the name of indian army.
I request you please take immediate action against such frauder. They are misusing the name of our indian army.
I'm feeling very bad this is our country where we can't trust even on documents issued by the government.
Plz try to solve this issue & help to get me back my money.

This is one of the most suspicion activities rolling out in our country, as we are living digital india but now i feel i am also one of them fool.

As we pay them without knowing ups & down. Because, we truly trust our army & indian police. But some people taking advantage with there name and doing this type of fraud activities.

I seen car ad in olx site as very reasonable price, i was message them send me more pics & minimum car price. With in 15-20 minutes i got call from this no[protected] that person say (Main fauzi bhai bol raha hu, aapne olx par message bheja na, gaadi ke liye, aisa karo aapna aadhar card aur ek photu mujhe whatsapp par bhejo.. With rajasathani/haryanvi tone)
(Aapka order confirm kar ke aapko receipt bhej dunga me, aur aisa karo gaadi toh yaha se nikal jayegi aur morning me subah 5 baje aapke yaha pahuch jayegi bhai, jisme registration aur likha padi kaagaj ka 3999/- rupiye aap abhi bhar do) also he said (Main fouji hu mujhe aapke[protected] rupiye se apne wardi par daag nahi lagaana hai, kya baat kar di aapne toh) (With rajashtani/haryanvi tone..)

I totally trust on him and paid evening 29/09/2019 at 9.30pm online neft rs. 3950/-

After morning i again got call from another no[protected] saying (Aapka gaadi ka parcel nasik me pahuch gaya hai, aur insurance ka paper complete nahi hai, aap fauji bhai se baat karlo) when i call that person say (Aapko aur 7500/- rupees only pay karna hai gaadi shaam ke 5 baje tak aapke adress par pahuch jayegi) i totally refuse to pay addition amount and said i will not pay any single rupees to you further kindly deduct your travelling expenses and refund my remaning amount. (That person again try to covience me and when i totally refuse to pay then he was blackmaling me saying (Mera paas tera aadhar card hai, fauji bhai ko tumne mana kiya, sidey tarike se paises bhar nahi toh abhi police bhejeata hu tere ghar par).

Respected sir, my only request to you please look in to this type of matter, if we are educate people are scamed by them it means there are so many people also cheeted.
