Indian army ke naam pe olx pr kuch log logo ke trust ko indian army ke naam pe tod rhe hai... Mere sath bhi yahi hua 8050rs. Ka fraud hogya canon ke dslr ko lekar.. Phle usne mujhe 2000 rs. Advance liye fir uske bad usne mujhse kha ki delivery boy yhi aagya hai apke area me to 5500 rs. Or de dijiye hmne bhi indian army ke naam pe trust krke de diye bad me 550 rs. Fir mange.. Ese krke fraud ho raha hai... Isse acha to bheeg mangke paise kama...

I advertised to sell a pram on olx and the buy made a fraudulent transaction of 4999 from my account. He was using google pay and called me to initiate the transaction as i was the first time user, he sent me the request to "pay"to this account and during the conversation he asked me to approve, due to which amount was deducted from my account.

Olx and google pay both will have no justification and the buyers will continue...

I received first telephonic call from on 17th july 2019. The person who called me was “shibu pappu saini” from number [protected]. The motive of the call was to enquire some engineering text books available with me for buying when this person has witnessed the ad posted by me in olx app. Since i was very busy in office from back to back meetings i couldn’t even enquire about his background. This person was interested to buy my engineering...

I had posted some gym equipment related advertisement about 3 month ago (It was my first time). My product got sold within 3-4 days, no issue at all. But just after that my account was blocked with no reason explained. This kind of childish response was not expected. Ii is being 3 months now and i have no access to my account yet.
Kindly do something to resolve my issue....

That dealer sended me un working phone without bill and now he is avoiding my calls and didn't give me replacement, and he just making fool, and now is just stop picking my calls and unseen my all messages he sended me the fake product, and i ordered black colour and he sended me golden and that golden is also not working.. He said their is a warranty on a phone for a 6 months and i called him so many times but he didn't picked up...

He said he's an army officer and will be transferred to mumbai in the coming week. Next day he called and said that i have to have atleast 5100 balance so that he can send in the advance as decided to confirm the purchase, he sent me a request and said 5000 will be credited in my account but it got Debited and i lost my money now his phone is switched off...

Dear sir, i seen a advertisement on olx for a activa registration no mp9 5316. Discussion the person told me he was in defense at pune, pay only courier charges and then remaining amount later.
It was a case of fraud by using name of indian army.
For which i given complaint to rau police station and to olx for lost rs. 24, 000/-
Still that person was active on olx.
Can you please support me?

This guy messaged me on my mobile number... and asked me to join the job for free ... No registration fee... He asked me to reply and give his number to the people who need this job ... and after 1 week he will pay me Rs.1000 for my work... A person name Praveen with mobile number [protected] from Rajasthan is creating chaos on OLX. Recently he called me with politely and tried to get my bank OTP by saying genuine buyer. I warned him and next day he put fake advertisement of my car and trying other innocent buyer to make advance payment. I complained on cyber cell and i also received call from Punjab police who also got the call from him by fake seller. I strongly feel this fraud...

I bought iphone 7 plus 128 gb for 25k amd the seller personally met me and i bought that on the spot and he didn’t provided bill and box and after service centre i got to know that the iphone was fake and he is not taking it back and not attending my calls. I have been cheated physically and he took that money later and the phone looked original and due to less knowledge he made me fool and I’m not able to contact him and get my money...

My neighbour sister living in kerala she told me to find a job i request her to put ad on olx so she initiate an ad looking for job one. One lady contacted her due to language issue she (My neighbour sister) ask me to contact her and collect details so i called her.. She attended the phone i asked her for details she replied two question rudely and i asked her which company after that she scolds me very rudely she scold in bad words and all...

I am searching for bullet bike. I saw the add of shrikant ubale then i call me. He send pictures of bullet, adhar car, pan card. He send me to pay 5150 for transport purpose. Then he say to pay 13000 for the army transport verification. He said that bike will be delivered next day but bike not delivered. Bike deal was decided for 75000. I given all amount by paytm. All this fraud happened with me....

They claiming as this vehicle belongs to the Army and asking for money 3150/- first time. I posted an add of mattress selling. O put 3000 cost of that. I got a call from olz user saying that i want to purchase mattress and give u money from paytm. He sent a link on my phone and asked me to click on that when i clik on that 3000 rupee deducted from my account. He said he is refunding money and sent a link again. This time when i clicked on that 5000 amonut deducted after that when i asked him what are u doing and why u r taking...

A fake army named Sahil Kumar had a chat with me on OLX and told me that he is having iphone 6s for which I have to pay 30% amount in advance and rest after getting the phone but on 9th july 2019 he called me and told me that your courier has reached your destination but you will have to pay rest of the money then only I will get my phone. So I paid a total amount of Rs 11, 160 to him through Google Pay but after that he didn't delivered...

Fraudsters claiming to be army personnel tried to dupe me twice in one day (Two separate cases) through google pay. They asked me to send a screenshot of the qr code, and just to confirm the account tried to get me to send them money (Even though i was the seller).

Both very similar cases, same way of talking. Please ask the customers to beware of people claiming to be army personnel in case of online payment.

I have kept an ad of iphone xs max. A malaysian guy took the offer. He asked all the details of the bank to which the money was to be transferred. I gave him all the details through whatsapp. At first the bank sent me a mail to send the shipping reciept i did sent it. Then the next day i got a mail of to transfer 10k as the account that i gave was a local bank (It seems) i did a transfer of 10k. The next day i got a mail again to transfer...
