Sir my name is aditya kumar i m a student in ujjain and i saw olx ad of 2017 model activa at 23000 rs whose location was indore.Ad was posted by karamjeet kaur but the seller said his name is badri prasad gangrade and asked me to pay 1500 advance on a google pay no and aftr that when i came to indore from ujjain to receive the vehicle and pay the rest of amount he asked that i am a army jawan and my duty is on indore airport so vehicle will only be dispatched when i give full amount by online transaction aftr many discussion he said pay 8000 half the amount and 1620 courier charge then the vehicle will come. I paid it sir and then he cut the phone. And said vehicle will not be delivered.sir i am a student plz do smthng in this regards.his mobile no is [protected] and google pay no on which my amount i deposited is [protected].i am adding screenshots of paymnt and his id card.

I made a deal with a seller balu jadhav ([protected]) of a ktm bike on olx yesterday 24 june 2019.
We had a barter exchange deal fixed as he wanted my gearless scooter in return for the same price bike to gift his sister.
The seller identified himself as an army personal and assured me that the bike would reach in an army truck to pune from mumbai.
He requested me to pay the transportation charges rs to which i agreed 3160.
He requested me to pay rs 8000 as security refundable amount as his payment was on hold and he did not get his payment. The amount rs 4000 was paid on the bellow given paytm acount as it was agreed by the seller that he would pay half the amount. Army parcel department/a/c.[protected]. Ifsc. Code. Pytm0123456.
The delivery man (Manjeet [protected]) requested rs 7250 for the security deposit to transport vehicle. I some how managed to pay the amount of rs 6250 out of 7250 as rs 1000 was paid by the seller of the bike. However their chief said that i will have to pay rs 6000 again as the payment received by them was late and told me that they would refund the amount. I disagreed and
Requested refund of the amount rs11500 i paid for the transportation charges as security deposit.
I have attached all the screenshot of id proof, bike rc book, bike pics which were used in olx add, screenshot of the images they use on truecaller and whatsapp and transaction details of money transfer on whatsapp
Sir/mam kindly get back to me as soon as possible as they still are in conversation with me.
I am not employed as i have cancer like disease on legs. I come from a middle class background and my family resources are very less.

I have also provided them my paytm uid and password so that they refund the amount in my Paytm wallet. I have provided them with two Paytm account details one with half kyc complete and other whose wallet got dlinked removed because of entering otp too many times l. I also got message from Paytm related to to change of number.
I am attaching the pics of the messages bellow.

I was selling house hold goods since we were shifting, the caller was intereseted in buying and sent a google pay request, once i accepted it, around 14000 got deducted from my account instead of crediting.

The user is no longer responding after the incident.

This was a bad experience, please be careful with anyone giving amount in advance they can be fraudsters, even bank has denied to help me.

I posted an add of selling baby bed for rs.5000 on olx. Within 10 mins, i got call from army personnel who though stays in rajasthan, wanted to buy the bed for rs. 4500 claiming that his wife stays in
Bangalore (Indiranagar) and will pick up the bed the next day.
He mentioned that he will make the payment using google pay and will take help of a nearby shopkeeper for sending money to me. Since did not have phone facility to be used for google pay, the army
Person said that shopkeeper will use swipe machine to send money to my phone using google pay. I shared my upi id with them so that we can initiate the process.
Initially, they did the transaction and asked me to accept due to which instead of credit, rs 4500 was debited from my account. I complained to them over the phone and they agreed saying that there
Is server issue due to which this issue happened.
They kept asking me accept the link request so that i would receive the money. However, every time i accepted, money kept deducting from my account. After 5 tries, i had lost rs 22, 500.

I asked them to resend my money. They acknowledged and mentioned that they will do last re-try and it will be successful but it failed and i gain lost rs 4500. Totally, i lost around rs 27000 and told
Them the issue. I also mentioned that i will not accept any further links from them.

After 2 hours, i called the army person again and requested my money. He acknowledged that they have received rs 27000 from my account. The shopkeeper has paid that money in cash to the army person.
The army person told that he will send my money through bank (Pnb) the next day by 2 pm. I had shared my account details with him on watsapp. After this, neither he called back nor picked up my phone.

All the 6 transactions happened with two numbers used by shopkeeper :
Haruni - [protected]@myicici (2 transactions)
Jahir - [protected]@myicici (4 transactions)

I have also raised a complaint with my bank and blocked the card since google pay transactions are directly with the bank.

He named him abhishek nanda. His whatsup no was [protected].
He asked to whattsup and tell that 2500/ day salary.
Then he asked for artist card and tells that he can provide one if 800 rs is tranfered. I transfered it through phonepe
And i came across the same complaint here and found it fraud.
Will i get back my money.

I faced this issue with Vikash Patel his contact no is [protected] and [protected] which is presently active in all Google pay and phone pe sites ...he is looting all the customer in olx websites by selling different products saying he is in army and sending proof by sending pan card adhaar card and even I card ..with him one more person involve in that whole act...name Praveen he also introduces himself as his senior who sent his all above mentioned document ...so first he asked for paying 4k for delivery the. After getting money he again called and asked for full payment. Of 24k while trusting him based on his I'd proofs.. I have given the money but now again he asking for another 13 k for insurance which I have not given ...and he is still active with the above no ..whether he belongs to army is not case how he got even army personnel Id card photo is the issue ..and most of the person by seeing this they get trapped as they hav trust on defence guys...
Finding out whether he pertains to army or not is least... Need your help in getting the money back and also similar incident should not happen again ..
I hav read and realised that even after reporting here no action has been taken yet except finding out whether he pertains to army or not.
To help on this case am sharing olx id [protected] and now active I'd with the same details is olx id [protected].

COMPLAINED VIA OLX AS WELL BUT DONT SEE ANY PROGRESS YET... MIGHT BE I NEED TO WAIT LITTLE MORE..

Live id can help to tracking him and catch him now.

I have read many of the consumer complaints on vikas.. users would have made cases against him and its really ashamed that none of them tried to catch him .. neither army people who shud clear their name to safe guard the trust on them nor consumer complaints guys... I dont see any progress at all. Still he is trapping people freely by using Army ids.

Hope you will catch him now or else I will take it as this is for information not for action.

Please try to catch him as early as possible, why because he is making innocent people as foolish. Dnt give more chances to this fraud. I have one more proof what he sent to me.I have paid 14, 000 simply inorder to buy a scooty as i cannot walk daily for a long distance. So collected each rupee by doing part time job and plan ed for used scooty.but this ### did me fool in the name of INDIAN army. Why I belived him because he said he is from army. So, i thaught who will speak lie from army.

i have seen advertisement in OLX on 17.06.2019 11.00 o clock @7000 rs, i have called manjeet for phone, olx person mobile no [protected], adhar no is[protected], he introduced as army person, and take 1000 rs in PhonePe no [protected] for dispatch courier, phone Pe 1000 done by [protected] and he send me courier slip printed indian army, and said balance amount after received mobile, on morning 18.06.2019 one courier person praveen called me from no [protected], and said i have your courier, but he said amount is pending 6000 Rs, i have payed 6000 amount to phonepe no [protected] done by [protected], after that he said your no relation with seller army person so pls give 5100+50 as security money and saying as per army rule (for non relative person of army person), but i payed direct 5150 to Paytm no [protected], then he said you transfer in wrong way pls send 5100 then 50 otherwise phone will not revived, i have paid already 1000+6000+5150, but as forcing by him i again pay 5100+50 to paytm no [protected], that is i have paid 6000+1000+5150+5150=17300 in which 10300 by paytm no [protected], all image of Paytm transaction are attached, Paytm Done by two number 5150 from [protected] mhaveer & 5100+50 from [protected] neeraj sharma, don't received mobile and also forcing again 10300, i m fixed in this fraud pls solve my this case pls help,
note- this courier person name as praveen from overnite express courier service, but i have called to overnite courier by google search, he is saying they are fraud person, fraud no are for transaction [protected], olx person manjeet [protected], [protected] courier

Fraudster with the numbers [protected] and [protected] repeatedly followed up for Transaction through UPI and swindled Rs. 10000/- from my account. The account shows the account details as Asha Devi and the UPI account is [protected]@upi. Two transactions one at 7.40.08 pm and 7.44.14 pm. Each transaction has Rs. 5000/-. Kindly arrange to retrieve the amount to my account.

I had posted an ad for sale of my bike on Olx India.
On 17 june, 2019.A person named kamlesh chaudhary called me for the bike.He was ok with the dealing and I trusted him and gave him my Google pay number.
Instead of transferring the amount this person took Rs 20000 from my account.
He took Rs 20000 by keep sending request on Google pay.
He said me that he transferred money on Google pay but he requested me to pay him.
Later came to know that he is trying to debit the amount from my bank account.

I want the refund of Rs 20000
Help me please to get my refund back.
Please identify such fraudulent person
I attached all the evidence about fraudulent transactions.
I am requesting you to take some action against him.
Kindly resolve my issue. Waiting for your positive response in this regard.
Otherwise he can do any fraud off all people.
