I have sold my Honda City car via OLX last month and the team withhold my 45% amount stating will be credited once the NOC is issued.

I have submitted NOC on 17th January to an OLX representative named Ramesh at 2:25 pm in the noon. I have been contacting an OLX representative whom I have been in touch since 6 weeks from the start.

Contact of the representative is [protected], this person is so lame and unprofessional. I have been trying to reach out to him multiple times. I have contacted him over 40+ times since I submitted NOC but he never responded.

I have tried reaching out to the customer care and has been of no assistance. This has been a sheer torture to me since so many days. I need my amount to be credited as soon as possible.

M using olx since many years. Today when i posted ad, suddenly after few mins i saw they suspended my account. Still i login from my second no. But same situation there too. That account too suspended. What the # is going on olx.
Even cant able to call customer care too.

I was a vigilant customer of OLX India, and post only good ads on free subscription bases. If my limits of posting add expires i would wait for days or weeks as per the OLX policy. But to making me a paid customer they have suspended my account without any reason. I contacted customer care through mail but no reply received.
Without any concrete reason this immature platform suspended my account. This platform is peeping into our phones apps and show us the related advertisement i.e. it shows the same items which we searched on online purchase platform.
This way they arae earning money from advertisement. If they can do this then why how intimation and explanation they suspend my account. They are harrassing me by this act even i have provided my all credentials like email id or phone number for login.
I humbly request you to take an action against the aristocratic action.

My OLX account has been banned since morning for no reason at all.
I was trying to advertise my house for rent through OLX but without any suspicious activity, they suspended my account.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Someone else is already registered on OLX India using my phone number so I am unable to register on OLX. Please help.
I have called OLX customer care toll free number (I was charged for that call) but it was not helpful.

My OLX account has been banned for no reason unless you specify the reason. OLX account has been started with [protected]@gmail.com as email. Please do unblock my account as it is being restricting my OLX usage.

Account get suspended for no reason I was logging it from [protected]

Few days ago I have filed a complaint that olx has suspended my account.
I am still not be able to use my account.
OLX India has not responded to my complaint yet.
I request an immediate action over this.

I have used it for many years now my account was protected yet it got suspended. Pls assist

I am using olx for may be 6 to 7 years and I never do anything wrong.But one day I want to sell item in urgent and I buy a featured ads pack of aprox rs=1000 and after 2 to 3 days of posting my ad my account suspended and I try to call costumer care of olx but after try many time I am not able to talk to them and I lost my money and also account is suspended .

OLX India suspended my account without any reason. I have not sold anything on OLX till now and not even have buied anything from there still they have my suspended account.
I don't even know the reason.

I Sold my Car Hyundai Verna (KL41S3117)on 4TH JANUARY & ICICI Bank Car Loan Foreclosure Amount of Rs.793000/- To ICICI Bank Car Loan Account NO-LACOC[protected] is shared with me having UTR NO:-KKBK[protected].
But I am Still got sms On 8th January From ICICI bank for next EMI to be deducted on 10th January.

I sold my Honda City car on 30th Sep 2022. As per process Rs.10, 000 has been kept as on hold and I was I informed the money will be returned in 2 months time. It’s been three months and I neither received money nor any communication regarding the same. I spoke to the executive with whom I communicated to sell my car to no avail.

I purchased an advertise package for my ad for ₹3499. I then purchased another advertise package for the same ad for ₹1999. After purchasing the 2nd package, the first package was deactivated.

I then contacted to their customer support and they told there can be only 1 active package on an ad at a time.

So then, why didn't they mention the same thing on the purchase page? How does a user know that they will not get the service even after making the purchase? You can check the OLX Packages purchase page and there is no mention that multiple services can't be used on the same ad.

Now that they have activated the 2nd service, my first service worth ₹3499 is of no use. Either provide me the refund for the same or else let me use both the services.

I live in Mumbai Malad, I viewed a product on Olx India Mobile Application for Second Hand Honda Activa 5G MH48BG9520 of model 2018 by Olx Owner name is Mr. Pradeep Kamble (https://www.olx.in/nf/chat/user/[protected]/[protected]). He said he lives in Pune, therefore he told me to deposit in bank account via Google Pay QR code as delivery costs Rs 1100, then asked Rs.2999 as Army Transport Fee and final amt of rs 23000/- after delivery the scooter, then he ask for extra amount Rs 6500/- + Rs. 50/- as Army Service Fee on day of delivery on 08/01/2022 by transfer in bank a/c online by google pay on same a/c number. I received the call from +91 78658 54575, +[protected], +[protected], But because I did not complete that purchase, he cancelled my delivery and refused to refund my whole amount (Rs. 1100+Rs. 2999). He is also refusing to respond to my phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

He has my aadhaar card and passport photo of me.

I was trying to sell a phone on OLX. I am genuine. I didn’t abuse anyone. I didn’t talk to any buyer in a wrong way. Show me one word where i said something wrong? And you guys banned my account. Banned for what? Why provide a platform if you don’t want us to sell? Why? Like this, anyone can come and report a seller and the account will get banned. You guys need to do a research.

Either refund the amount i paid for featuring my ad or unban my account IMMEDIATELY.
