Account has suspended without proper reason after placing an add of electronic gadget on olx.
next min account has been suspended and no further resolves were made

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am trustworthy buyer and seller on OLX since last 5 years. My olx account is suspended without any prior information or notification.
So, it's my request to look at my complaint thoroughly and reactivate my account as it is.

My account has been suspended for no reason. I don’t think I have violated any terms and conditions or any regulations of OLX .

With no reason they have suspended my account and not able to connect with them

Yesterday I have seen an Olx ad of selling Swarj 744. When i contact in the number (+[protected] / [protected]) given he says he was working in Indian army and he shared with his Aadhar card, Pan Card and his army (CISF) card. He said that the vehicle will be delivered through "Indian airport delivery service" and request me to send 5000/- for the bill and sends a bill ( attached to the complaint) and today he called me and said that they need to close GPS and service Tax and said me that to transfer Rs.15999 as advance and he send his army manager number I sent the amount. and he asked me to send money again on another number and I have sent Rs. 21500 and again he called and told me pay full payment and I have sent full payment (30800+46701+31500) and he called again but now I got doubt and I didn't give more money then I realized that it was fraud. So sir please help to get my amount 151500/- return.

I recently got my account suspended for absolutely no reason at all and I am no longer able to further be in touch with some serious job offerings I had through olx! And they provide no reason as to why this is happening!! I'm frustrated and jobless and everything I've been working towards for the last month to get hired is absolutely ruined.my Account [protected]

My Olx account has been suspended without any valid reason.It has been a year and while I was tried to login via mail it still says suspended...It's really unprofessional from Olx to ban account without any real reason or explanation

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason also after ban my primary account i created 5 more account and they suspend all of them... why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I put an ad to sell my dogs on olx and it was getting rejected after multiple edits and then I decided to resolve this issue by purchasing a featured ad but eventually it did not resolve the issue and my 349rs was deducted for a rejected ad as you can see in the photo's below and olx doesn't even sell dogs but the clearly mention it in the list for sell category as you can see in the photo's. So i would like to ask 349rs refund for charging money on a rejected ad and not clearly mentioning that we can't sell dogs on olx but mentioning it on the list in sell category

My account linked with my phone number [protected] was banned for no reason. I am facing a lot of trouble since I am unable to access my account. Kindly restore my account at the earliest.

Olx banned my two accounts - [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com for no reason. When I am calling customer care they are saying they don't have authorisation to unblock and all. This is so unprofessional and irritating. Daily I see so many fake account posting cash on delivery ads but olx doesn't block them. Olx just wants money paying customers whether they are frauds they don't care.

OLX has suspended my account without any reason.
I have not transacted till date through olx and still received this notification.
My both numbers are suspended .this is very bad

I have posted some adds and after few days I got a message that your account has been Suspended/ banned. I don't know why it's happened. Please reactivate my account

Mene 12760 ka payment kar chuka hu aur indian army transport ke name pe ye log fraud kar rahe hai jab ki bike ka original price unhone 11899 dale the unhone aur woh aur mujse 4120 rupees mang rahe hai ab me kya karu ?

Without any reason olx has blocked my account restraining me to contact sellers without any notice or any reason

I am wondering why my account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been banned. I was about to post and realised my account has been banned. That shows the sorry state of affairs of such firms which spends lavishly on marketing and ads.
