My olx account got suspended for no reason..i paid premium pack of 700 for posting AD..i got 3 spam calls and i blocked the contact..after few minutes my account got suspended... please help me...i want to sell few furniture items because I am going to different location...

Dear Sir, one of the persons Mr. Anil Kumar who says that he is a CISF person did a fraud of 45, 600 rupees with me in the name of CISF.

This person has posted too many ads on OLX to sell his Maruti Swift Dzire 2017 Model registration number DL1CAD0144 with different different names below are the ads ids with names and locations

I contacted this person Mr. Anil Kumar on 19th Feb regarding purchase of his old car and we had agreed on a deal 1, 50000 rupees. Mr. Anil said to methat this car is in Government transport hence i need to send 3, 150 rupees and one of my ID proof to him in advance so that he can deliver at my address and he shared teh below account details with me

i also transferred 3, 150 rupees on the same number Then Mr. Anil called me and said we have received your amount. I will make you talk with one of my seniors. Please speak to him once. Then after 10-15 minutes Mr. Anil called me again and and make me talk with Mr. Raksh Bairwa from his own number where Mr. Rakesh Bairwa said the as this car is being sent through government parcel then it is our responsibility to provide road accident insurance to our soldiers who are coming at your address to deliver the car hence you need to send 7, 300 rupees more on same number then i spoke to Mr. Anil and said if the car is on your name why are you asking me to transfer the amount in different account thenMr. Anil Said sir as i have given my Car to government transport then they will be selling this car and all the amount would be transferred to government transport account ( Mr. Raksh Bairwa). Please send this amount and all the amount you are paying would be deducted from our deal amount of 1, 50000 rupees and to give security on this Mr. Anil sent me his ID card and the same has been attached in this email. I trusted him just because he sent me the id card of the Indian Army and sent 7, 300 rupees more on the same number of Mr. Rakesh Bairwa. After making tat payment Mr. Anil called me and said sir car has been dispatched and samewould be delivered at 04:20 PM at your location on same day 19thFeb'23.However, around 03:45 i got call from Rahul ( delivery boy ) andhe said sir as this parcel is speed post then you need to make a payment of 16, 500 rupees more then one mail would be generated from our government transport to deliver this car else i will not be able to deliver this car i am at Noida and picking one the scooty till the time please make the payment. I again called Mr. Anil and discussed about the same then Mr. Anil said yes sir please pay this 16, 500 rupees more on same account will adjust this also in our deal amount on 1, 50000 when i made this payment also the Mr. Raul ( delivery boy ) called me and said sir you have made a wrong payment you need to pay this 16, 500 rupees in two transactions 16, 000 and 500 each.I again called Mr. Anil and told the samethen Mr. Anil also told me the same yes you need to make this payment in 2 transactions please make payment again then i toldMr. Anil for now i don't have more money to pay please reversethis 16, 500 rupees i will make the payment again in 2 transactions then he said as this amount has been transferred to merchant account cannot be transferred back you need to make payment again then i denied to make further payment as i was gettu=ing feeling that i am being fraud by these people. Then Mr. nil called meagai and said ok you make the payment of 8, 500 rupees i am carrying cash of 8, 0000 rupees and going to office to deliver the car at your address then i made payment of 8, 500 also the again he said sir this payment should be made from your account only. I again sent him 8, 000 rupees more then he said ok now everything is fine car would be delivered at your location in next 1 hour but after 0 minutes i agai got call from delivery boy Rahul and he said sir you need to make a payment of 21, 500 more for GST hen only ca can be delier at your location i again called mr. Anil and spoke about this M. Anil said yes sir please make this payment also if you don't like the dar the oly 450 rupees would be deducted from your total payment and rest would be refunded at the same time but i did not make this payment i did not have money the i spoke to Mr. Anil to get refund of my money then Mr. Anil said sir you need to pay 2, 150 as government transport file charges then only this payment can be refunded. I made that payment of 2, 150 rupees after tha Mr. Anil called me and said again you have made a wrong payment when I asked how then he said you need to make this payment also in two transactions 2000 and 50 each. But I refused to make this payment again and he is not refunding my money.

Just 2 days ago my wife also called Mr. Anil from my phone to get a refund then he shared different account details and again asking for 2, 150 rupees anddi not tell her also that payment needs to be made in two transactions.

We have paid to post our house for rent. We have paid INR 999 package for 30 days to post our house for rent.

Now, it is more than 24 hours but still the ad is not active.. We could see the message as " Your Ad is waiting to Go live"

Please Publish my ad as early as possible and count the days from the date of active

Rs.21500 send scammer and not delivered my address

Yesterday I tried to open my olx account registered with my personal contact number that is [protected] and the full KYC is done for that account. I had a fully verified account with all my details. And I found out that my account is suspended. No communication from olx side no email no explanation for why my account is being suspended. No option to raise my complaint.

Yesterday I tried to check my olx account and I got to know that my account is being suspended. No communication from olx side, no information shared, no email, no contact for why my account is being suspended what is the reason. This is not the way if I had done anything wrong I must know it. And also there is no option to correct it and unsuspend the account like they don't need you. Just like that. Despite the fact that my account was fully verified and all my information was shared.

He was cheated me taking 9000 rupees.take action against him.one day I was saw a advertisement on olx. he was says no gst first but need to pay 1600 rupees. how to pay lieng me cheated me

Hi, I have sold my vehicle but still Iam getting call from Olx cash my car. I have told them so many times but they are not listening and keeps on calling me thrice a day.

It makes me so depressed and this would be my last warning for Olx cash my car calls.
I seriously don't want to contact by them. If I get a call again my next step will be filing a complaint against Olx cash my car in cyber cell.

How my account get suspended without any reason and i have tried different number also all account get suspended, is your company is such big that it does not need any more customers because, to banned someone's account everytime is not good, we are using your service we like it so, suspending the account due to some unknown reason is not good, I can bet your company will be in trouble very soon you will lose more than lakhs of customer

I have been using olx for years . Suddenly one day they have without notice suspended my account .There was no intimation of why my account was suspended/banned .It is highly unprofessional from olx India to do like this. I am using OLX since very long time but since few days I am noticing OLX is suspending all my accounts I am creating.
What is the issue if OLX is finding any fraud or so issue it may take any action.
But this kind of Suspension of account is very bad.

Olx Team are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell

I was just checking my car reselling price and I’m not position to sell car currently. From very Next day I started getting multiple calls from multiple numbers of X auto at least some 15 calls per day it is super frustrating and i keep blocking the number, getting call from different different number. It’s mental harassment. Please remove my number [protected] from your DB and auto website. DONT CALL TO MY NUMBER AT ALL AND I WILL BETTER GET HELP FROM LOCAL SHOPS TO SELL MY CAR IF NEEDED.
