Iam wondering that for what reason my olx account or email get banned i haven't post or do any wrong thing with my account, my account was banned, when i posted an toygun ad on my account after some time olx shows your account has been banned please i am requesting you to check my account

My ad was rejected when I am editing my add second time

On 28 june I purchased an iphone from olx from a man which stated that he was an army personnel he asked me to pay 1000 first then on next day he asked me to me pay 7000 the deal amount then i got call from delivery guy he said to pay me 10000 plus 100 for getting the product then he again said to pay me 10000 plus 100 now he is saying that the transaction got failed i have to pay again 10000 until i wont get the product please help me to get my money back

I had registered to OLX 2 / 3 years back. Then I haven't been using it for a while. Now when I try to log in again using the same email id ([protected]@gmail.com) and mobile number, it shows that my account is invalid/ has been banned, for no reason.

I was trying to sell my iphone. Some user got my account blocked just because we couldn’t reach an agreement on the price. His id is “All Vehicles Available”.

Please let me know why it was banned and unblock the account.

Getting calls to sell my car which I am not planning so kindly remove my number [protected] from your list. Daily 3-4 calls it is harassment and disturbing in my daily work

I had seen a add of sony xperia 5 III mobile for sale at 21999 in olx website through Apple india seller profile. I got whats app number in olx chat [protected]. He introduced himself as Akash singh named Apple india authorised reseller and shown his company id also. I make booking fee rs. 1499 for confirm book sony xperia mobile. I paid 1499 to above mentioned account. He told the sony xperia mobile will be delivered from Chandigarh warehouse, remaining payment to be paid after the delivery. I accepted and wait for ware house call from chandigarh. They called me from the mobile no [protected], and told me that the mobile cannot be send on cash on delivery. So i should have to pay full remaining amount of mobile i e 20500. I paid to his office account as mentioned above. Then they were told that the amount was not credited to bank. So once again they asked to pay 20500 and confirm order, The debited amount will be refunded at the time of delivery. I paid the amount 20500 by using google pay. Then they were told that the delivery boy will come to deliver the mobile and refund amount 20500. They asked to pay insurance amount 8000 for one year. I paid to the same account. But he didnot came. Later i got call fron warehouse number that the delivery will come tomorrow. Then found out that the same way of scam through olx website by apple india reseller profile on consumer complaints on internet. Please do action and retrieve the money that i paid

I am Muskan. I am a medical student in Odisha. I recently wanted to sell a cooler in OLX. I was matched with an interested buyer with the name: Ashiya Verma23. I am attaching screenshots of all conversation. The buyer posed himself as an army man and started asking me to share Rs 50 first upon which I'll get Rs 100. I did the same and received the same. After that, the buyer asked me to send Rs 4450 more 2 times. After that, he gave one more reason related to all army rules and asked me to send Rs 8900, then Rs 1999, then Rs 21001. This way, more than Rs 40000 was transferred by me. I suddenly realised this is a scam and stopped sending more money. When I called him and tried to confront, he urged me to send Rs 21000 more upon which I would get all my amount back. After that he stopped picking up my call. I don't know what to do. All my money earned so far from my internship is gone and I have nowhere to go. I need help.

I have sold my car 6months back still olx aitos call 8 to 10 times a day. I repeatedly told them that i have already sold my car 6mnths back still they call everyday. During my office hours and also during sleeping they call continuously and disturbs.I have blocked more than 50numbers from olx autos bt still they call from different numbers.Pls help me regarding this irritating unnecessary calls from olx autos

I am a OLX user for more than 5 years. When I am trying to logging in to the OLX account when I come back from UK, it is showing me that your account is banned. Please help me to address this issue.

Hi, I’ve sold my car on olx years ago and still get calls from them all the time, after repeatedly begging them to stop harassing me, is this how they treat customers who have given them business??. I have also attached the number in the photo.
