I have published an advt in OLX and i was seeing replies...But next day OLX account got banned without any reason.....

Says account banned don't know the reason...

Hi, I’ve sold my car on olx years ago and still get calls from them all the time, after repeatedly begging them to stop harassing me, is this how they treat customers who have given them business??. I have also attached the number in the photo....

My account gets banned for no reason, even if make a fresh account with new email id and phone number it gets banned..i have not done any fraud even i have not posted anything on olx, i fail to understand the reason...

Why my all number banned from olx actually every single person are facing same issue here on olx. Can you please clarify why is it so ?...

Olx has banned my account for no reason.i was selling my mobile phone on it....

I posted a mobile for sale on 13/06/2022
And made a payment of ₹ 199/- thru upi (google pay) and the amount got detected, but the transaction on olx end failed. May i request to refund the ₹ 199/- amount of the failed transaction.

I have never bought anything through OLX and just used this platform to sell the products that are of no use. Today when i wanted to check or post new product to sale. The application gave me an error stating "Your Account has been Suspended".
Can you please confirm what is the reason behind this suspension. What I have done that is against your policies.

I am not selling anything i am buyer but today i saw my account is banned without any reason.
Yesterday olx called me if i want to sell anything i said no and then my account was banned....

I was using OLX since it came in market now what I get account banned even I tried with other phone number they banned that too.

Account suspended for no reason at all, cannot login even by entering secure phone number...

Not sure why, but Olx India has suspended my account with email prasad.[protected]@gmail.com for no reason. Have never sold or purchased any item from this website. The sole ad to sell my DSLR later pulled out as i changed my mind earlier. Now i wanted to agains post the ad and the app shows your account has been suspended. Thank you OLX for doing this to me....

I found a 2-wheeler in OLX, then I contacted the seller. Further communications were carried out via Whatsapp & phone call. He claimed to be Vikas Patel, an Indian army officer. He first asked to send my documents and to pay Rs. 3020 via GPay for some vehicle name transfer registration.

(P.S. The GPay number was of someone else (Bhuban Paik), claiming to be Army govt employee who handles vehicle registrations)

My Olx account has been banned for no reason I was browsing for mobiles and all of sudden it logged out. When I tried to login it show 'Your account has been banned' and no proper reason has been provided by the company for banning my account.
Then I tried to use olx from different account they banned it too.
They don't provide any reason aur notification before banning...
