This is to bring your attention the fraudulent transaction using my paytm scanqr by the fraudster Saxena ( mobil [protected] ) using his wife account Sonal

I placed an ad for sale of my Shoe rack in Olx at 945 am on 26 May .. within minutes I received a request for buying the product from SAXENA . He said he would make the payment by PAYTM . Since the phone I placed ad did not have paytm facility, I gave my other number. Around 1000 am, he requested me to send Rs 5 to his paytm account ( STAR FURNITURE, Andheri) as he was unable to transfer money to my account . I sent Rs 5 and immediately he returned the money . He said he got my SCA QR code would transfer Rs 3000 using my sacn qr code . To my surprise, instead, he with drew Rs 3000 from my account . When I called his number immediately, it was blocked.

For no reason my account is banned.

I have not sold/posted/bought any items on OLX. But my account has been suspended without any reason/notice.

People are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted mobile to sell. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and account is linked with this numbet - [protected]

After that i made another account from my 2nd number that is also has been banned within 2 days. And they don't have customer support to tell why they banned my accounts. Even I only search for such things that i want buy and even I don't message anyone or crossing any guidelines...

Banned both my accounts ..I want the reason.

I saw an ad on OLX for an iPhone 12 as 22500 INR at first I thought how it was possible that it was so cheap my curiosity increased, and I decided to talk with him, so first olx guy want to have a conversation on WhatsApp and I agree then I asked him how you sell so cheap he replies that these iPhones are imported, and it doesn't have any bill that's why it's so cheap, and I fall in his trap and decides to order that iPhone 12 in 22500 INR and also its COD, so I didn't think it's a scam, but I was wrong when I receive the iPhone I make the video o[censored]nboxing and when I open the box I instantly realize that it's a clone iPhone which operates on android these guy had done a very good job to replicate but something you just can't replicate, and then I tried to contact the person and guess what he didn't even pick my phone

So I just want to know what can I do and is it any way to recover my money.

I lost my money because of one fraud army his showed fake id everything i lost 92000 please help me from this

I have been facing this issue for a long time now. It's enough and so annoying. It takes so much time to type every piece of information about the product and the app/website keeps rejecting my ad for no reason. I tried to recheck all the information and corrected every mistake then also I am facing the same issue. Plz help as early as possible.

My account registered with mobile No +91 [protected] is banned without no reason. As far as i know i have not breached any policies of olx. Without intimating me terminating my account suddenly is purely unprofessional.

I was not using my number since 2018 and my email id which is [protected]@gmail. also banned due to linked with my phone number my phone was stolen and somebody used my data my banned contact number is [protected] please resolve as soon as possible

I have OLX account and today they banned my account without any reason, notice, information, notification.
Even i haven’t sell or buy any product from olx,
This is very ridiculous policy of olx.
They should unban account immediately and must show the reason to ban the account before banning account.

My id is banned for no reason i have posted my mobile ad and they banned my id, then i posted that ad from my brother cellphone and feature it with 179 rs and they again banned my brothers id too … very very unprofessional and eaten my money also …

With regard to possession letter dated 26 Dec 2021 issued by you in regard to Car/ Vehicle Registration No. HR26CJ4560 - Mahindra XUV500 W4.

In this context I would like to inform you that physical possession of said Car was taken by you on 26.12.2021 . It had been assured by you that the transfer of R.C of said Car bearing No. HR26CJ4560 would be done very soon in the RTO records from date of physical possession of said car, however, till date transfer of ownership of said Car has not been done by your company after lapsed more than 5 months, in the RTO records.

Whereas, in the possession Letter dated 26.12.2021 in regard to Said Car No. HR26CJ4560 issued by you/your Company, therein it has been specifically mentioned that “Sobek Auto India Private Limited( Olx Autos) will be responsible for any damage or loss to you after we have taken physical delivery of the vehicle and till it’s transfer is effected in the RTO records”.
In view of contents as mentioned in the possession letter dated 26 Dec 2021, you/your company is liable for any consequence w.e.f. 26 Dec 2021 till its transfer is effected in the RTO records.

I see the car has already been moved to Madhya Pradesh (Sold in Noida Uttar Pradesh) so I presume that It has been sold with proper documentation and you/OLX autos are responsible to provide the documents to me.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you/your company to kindly inform me, whether the transfer of said Car No... HR26CJ4560 has been changed in the RTO records ? If not done, inform me the reason for non-transferment of said car in the RTO records.

I had called olxauto to inspect my car for sell 3 weeks back.The person who came for inspection damaged my car while driving.I have chased olxauto multiple times for compensation but
their is no response from them.I am planning to lodge a FIR against olxauto if my matter is not resolved urgently.
