With regard to possession letter dated 10.10.2021 ( Time 1:51:47pm) issued by you in regard to Car/ Vehicle Registration No. DL5CH2780- Maruti Astar ZXI, in this context I would like to inform you that physical possession of said Car has taken by you on 10.10.2021 at 1:51:47pm against the selling of said car. It had been assured by you that transfer of R.C of said Car bearing No. DL5CH2780 would be done very soon in the RTO records from date of physical possession of said car, however, till date transfer of ownership of said Car has not been done by your company after lapsed more than 6 months, in the RTO records.

Whereas, in the possession Letter dated 10.10.2021 in regard to Said Car No. DL5CH2780 issued by you/your Company, therein it has been specifically mentioned that “Sobek Auto India Private Limited( Olx Autos) will be responsible for any damage or loss to you after we have taken physical delivery of the vehicle and till it’s transfer is effected in the RTO records”.

In view of contents as mentioned in the possession letter dated 10.10.2021, you/your company is liable for any consequence w.e.f. 10.10.2021 till its transfer is effected in the RTO records.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you/your company to kindly inform me, whether the transfer of said Car No. DL5CH2780 has been effected in the RTO records ? And also inform me reason of non transfer of said car in the RTO records.

I am a verified user and use OLX on single phone. Have been using for years now but i post my own phone ad and my account gets banned out of nowhere.

No response from the support team nor any reason for the suspension. Pathetic. Switching to Quikr if not unblocked.

I paid 149 rs to olx for my ad but olx is mot posting my ad and still asking for money
if olx not slove this issue am gonna sue olx for this they will have to pay for it

I posted a add for swing in OLX and deal was fixed for 6000. 2 persons contacted me for closing the deal they asked me to scan QR telling he is working in annanagar for his office he needs a swing and since he is swipping money from card to make payment he asked me to scan for 2Rs first then 6000Rs fallen into trap and he asked me to pay again 12000Rs then i got to know those are fraud numbers.

My account got suspended for no particular reason. i didn't even get a notification until I tried to check whether my ads are still live or not. olx didn't even give me any reason to suspend my account.

i have seen ad in olx for honda activa.
so i contact him.
he is says he is indian army and he want to sell his scooter.
he told me pay amount 3600 for gst on 19 April 2022.
so i am say 3600rs from google pay to [protected] this number.
after next day he told me scooter is on the way plz pay 11000 rs for verification.
he is fraud.

What the hell of suspicious activity did you notice from my both accounts that you banned it. If someone with no brain reports my account for me not agreeing to their price, where's my fault? Please stop this nonsense. This unprofessional attitude of yours is totally unacceptable. I am reported by some nonsense and you banned my two accounts for that. I paid for placing ad. Nonsense, fix it.

On April 18 I paid rupees 549 for reposting the ad and the money got debited from my account but It didn't reflect on my ad. Kindly resolve this issue.

This men cheated on the name Indian army he told me that he is army officer abd also he sent me his ID card but then delete it by himself aslo he told me that they have different payment method and told me to pay 1rs and you will receive this in your account and i received it bt again he told me to send the money and then he told me that he did mistake he type 5000 instead of 500 bt i m not able to send him 5000 so i sent him 2500 and i didn't recieve it back he give me some account no. From federal bank and ifsc code FDRL0009998 and his contact no is [protected]

This army man ask me for the book which i want to sell.ask me to pay and told me that this is the process how army machine work first i paid 1 rs and i receive it and the again he ask me to pay 2500 rs because he told me that did some mistake and put 5000 instead of 500 and he also sent me his army ID card for proof and federal Bank account scanner as name of army

I am a user of olx since very long.Olx really helped me to sell some of my gadgets earlier.But now my account is not working and one pop-up is showing with text "Your account is suspended' . I didn't violated any of the olx terms and conditions then why they suspended my account.

I have select one phone from olx and all deal was done at 12500 and he was asking advance money 1000 paytm for army courier service and then give all fake proof of army aadhar card, canteen and pan card so i trusted and send him 1000 later on he had also send a fake photos courier packaging with videos.. After that courier boy called mae and told that he is near my home he will deliver a parcel only when u do paytm of 3999 and code will generated then i doubted. So i told i don't have enough money in paytm. I have all proof regarding all this. Take strict action and refund my 1000money.

I created my first olx account under the mobile number [protected] to search for jobs. Within a short period of time, my account got suspended without notice and I couldn't get a hang of their customer care number. I didn't do anything wrong, just chatted with a few employers. All my possible job offers were gone along with the id. This was very upsetting and unprofessional of them, to just ban IDs without notice and the lack of customer care details in the app.

I decided to ditch the id and made a new one under my number [protected] which got ban after a few months, again. This has got to stop!! Can you guys explain what exactly was I doing wrong? I want my ids back!! There are no more Phone numbers for me to make new ids with.

I've been using olx for 2 years around now before 3 days my olx account got banned and suspended for no reason at all
I find this action of olx team to be very unprofessional and I demand to know the reason why my account was banned

A person named as Sunil Kumar working in crpf, added one ac to sell online. I contacted him he told me that he is working in crpf and selling this ac at low price and Initially they asked me 20% of the ac price, (1600) and when they started delivery they asked me to pay 5400 additional without looking at the item.

i had book the Same and paid money on line but i had not Recv the delivery
i had paid 11000 Rupess he had done Fraud so i request to You please get my money back immediately.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted to sell my phone and after some time ans my account got banned.
