The CAR RC has not been transferred. They assured 90 days but it has already been 1 year. I am following up on ticket number 21588382. OLX India and OLX Cash My Car is a FRAUD Company.

I put an ad on OLX for selling my Sofa and immediately within a minute I was approached by 3-4 individuals interested in buying my sofa. They insisted on closing the deal in the next 5 mins and offered to make online payment through a merchant account QR code. To establish their authenticity they asked us to open the code in Paytm and there was a deduction of RS 5 and they reversed it twice. Person was sounding very authentic and genuine as he was talking very respectfully. We realised that he has taken 50K from my account through the QR code. I want OLX to ban such sellers and have some verification mechanism or payment mechanism administered and Governed by them rather than letting it be a peer to peer payment where gangsters dupe the innocent population. I request OLX to file a legal case against this person

I would request authorities like RBI bank to freeze all the bank account and other assets linked with phone number and A/c

My account has been banned for no reason. I cannot post any ad. I tried to login from my brothers account too but once I posted an ad they blocked his account too. You need to change your software and let the people post ad who are genuine.

Why is my olx account terminated for no reason.

I am wondering why my account with phone numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] have been banned.
Whenever i try to post and realised my count has been banned. That shows the sorry state of affairs of such firms which spends lavishly on marketing and ads.
I have tried everything. using olx on other phone creating other accounts but all keep getting banned. I AM SO FRUSTATED AT THIS POINT WITH OLX NOW

Hi, this is Amit Mhapsekar, I had brought car Ertiga Car from Olx in Dec 2020. My Car No is MH03BE9677.
I was promised at that time that once the RC Book is transferred to my name I will recieve Cashback of Rs.5000/-.
I still have not received 5000 cash back after the transfer of rc on my name. What should be done now?
Brought the Car from Kanjurmarg, Mumbai Branch.

Without proper verification) enquired how can you suspended account.

I have purchased a package for more AD and amount have been debited but yet the package is not been reflected at my OLX id.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted a hiring post. I was using olx for years and hired many peoples before but this time they have suspended account arbitrarily without any valid ground...

I just posted 2 ads about my car and an A/c on their app for the 1st time, jist after 2 days my account got suspended for no reason. I don't know what I did wrong for the suspension of my account.

He posted one ad of TVS Jupiter scooter on olx... I discussed with him and checked on the rto portal the scooter was on the same name.after that he told me to send some token amount of 3k. I sent him after I checked olx again and got to know the seller is marked as suspicious by olx.

I faced fraud/ scam using qr code on olx platform. The numbers are being shared to third party unauthorized users to call directly and scam sellers. I have been victim of 30000.00/-

I had posted ad to sell my furniture. There were few buyers interested and and few had requested my CONTACT number to discuss. However i got a call from unknown number immediately after posting the ad and offered to buy. Their were actually ready to pay the moment I lift the call but I said once come and see the product then decide they said no need of it we work in furniture business and will come next day with servants to take it . Next day the person spoke convincingly and requested for details to transfer the amount even though I asked liquid cash she said wouldn't happen half half amount can be given she then gave to her husband and He used his qr code to show that money can be received by using a small transaction (I.e., 5 rupees) by clicking to times which I received. When i entered a big amount of 5000.00 for two time scan and i lost 10000 he immediately said that transaction failed and to retry again. As my balance got nil he said their should be minimum 5000 so it's me who dont know about this qrcode procedure or method of accessing it I tried from my dad PAYTM account for 10000 rupess refund qrcode and again lost more 20000 By this time i got suspicious as the amount got deducted and realized i have been a victim of qr code scam. When i asked him to return back the money he refused to it kept his phn switched off for few minutes and also cut the call mANY TIMEs and when we tried to phone them with other number the man used abusive words to me which I really cant take up as a girl, so I immediately took an daring step to FIR the case through CYBER CRIME later When we opened the OLX app they mention not to do any transactions with them, but it was too late for them to inform as it didn't appear in an alert notification so I request OLX to please help me get through this situation as it is so traumatizing mentally and please help me get my money back.
Their phone numbers are ( [protected]) and ([protected]) with names on OLX POOJA SHARMA but true caller shows DEEPAK SHARMA and mentioned her husband as SANDEEP SHARMA, this Sandeep ### really spoke very bad I would like to u take immediate action on them and get my money back please. I will also provide the photos of then from WhatsApp profile picture and also had the recording of talking ### to me.

THIS CASE WAS NOT RESOLVED SO IAM POSTING IT AGAIN, PLAESE I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY HELP ME GET MY MONEY RECOVERY PLEASE.

For no reason, Olx has suspended my account . I have never sold anything yet from my account and there is no proper explanation or mail given by olx as to why this has happened.

I have become the victim of losing rs. 30000 when I tried to sell my sofa. One person called me and asked me to share the contact no. He told he will buy the item and agreed to send the money. He sent me qr code which directed me to send the amount to his account. I have been cheated. It's purely olx fault.
