A Seller named to be as ML NARAYAN. posted a household items to be in sales (sofa set, tv, etc).He tricked my brother to buy this item and convinced him, and somehow collected approx 50000 rupees. he claimed himself as an soldier in indian army...but truly a fraud.

I am using OLX from last few years. From NOV 2021 i cant access my account as it is shows "Your account is suspended". I dont know why this is showing.

Whenever I tried to log in to OLX from the mobile app it shows my account has been blocked, there is no clear information on why my account is blocked or not received any mail informing me my account is blocked, This is so unprofessional from OLX.

I already paid 59(to boost) plus 79(to post one free ad) for my TV ad today may 5th 2022. It got active for some time. And now it shows inactive and asks me to wait 5 more days to post free ad why is it? Add id [protected]. Again it also shows as my ad will expire in 04/06/2022 when I open my ad.

I recently got my account suspended for absolutely no reason at all and I am no longer able to further be in touch with some serious job offerings I had through olx! And they provide no reason as to why this is happening!! I'm frustrated and jobless and everything I've been working towards for the last month to get hired is absolutely ruined. Why?

Olx account is showing it is banned and click on help to know more which is uttrly unrealted ...and i am not able to understand this ...

I was doing some conversation with one of the buyer and he asked me to share the mobile number and I have shared my another mobile number because the number that is registered on OLX is having some network issue in my area so to avoid any problem to buyer I haved shared another number.

If this is the reason of blocking my account, I was totally unaware of this.

This person saying his name "Sanjay Singh" called me saying he wants my house for rent . He asked for some pics and told me that he is from Army moving in Punjab . He said he will immediately book our house and asked us again and again to tell our gpay . But suspecting that it maybe a fraud i searched on net if anything similar happened to somebody and yes i got confirmed that its a fraud . I hope it won't happen again

All my accounts are getting banned without any information and no way to contact the olx customer care as the helplines numbers are not displaying on this help page

A person name M s chauhan is fraudster. he told us that he is an Army personnel, and contacted me to buy a product on OLX and agreed to pay the asked price. He claimed that he is posted in near by Bangalore and he cannot come to take the physical delivery, nor can he pay the money in cash and hence, needs to transfer the money online. also he told that his wife will be coming to purchase the product at home. After striking a deal, he told that in army, we have different kind of payment method and he provided us the upi id then he told us to enter the Rs. 1 amount there and then he credited Rs. 2 in our account in order to build the trust. later he said that he will be paying us the money, but he actually without telling us has taken our money from our account. He guided us through the process tellling that army and government has such kind of process in Google Pay. Money, instead of being credited, gets debited from our account .
he claimed that this was a mistake and that now he is again giving UPI id for twice the amount (to account for the money that has been mistakenly debited from ours account) but this time also the amount again gets debited from ours account. he was forcing, abusing and threatening us to repeats this exercise again.
this is the complete case of fraud done by M s chauhan with us. without informing us he has taken our money, and not giving us back. he threatened me and my family. and now we are helpless. we became victim of this fraud and scam. we dont know where to ask for justice.
we are requesting, please help us in this case.

This seller cheated and took my advance 2K for furniture advance. Profile name is Lakshmi Narayana and telling he is from Indian Army. After cheating he cancelled account and created today and trying to cheat others. Payment made to account gpay [protected] Rahul Kumar HDFC Bank Bijnor. Kindly take action on him. None of the representative will be there to answer queries my account is suspended and i want to know why it is suspended and how to unlock it no one is responding to mails

What is wrong with OLX, why it is suspending the running accounts, Olx people are so unprofessional. Do they really want people to stop their services.
OLX logged out my account and when I looked in. I got to know this. I was about to close my deal and now that buyer would think of me as fraud. What is this behaviour?

Whenever i try to sell something on OLX the company has always suspended my account without any reason given by them, recently i have created a new account and wanted to sell my iPhone 13 pro but the went online for 2 days now when i tried to see the progress the company has suspended my account again without any reason or so, this is the worst pathetic service i have seen in my life where a user got suspended without any reason

OLX is not allowing me to chat with buyers. Buyers are not receiving my messages. I tried from both desktop and mobile. Each time I logout and login, the chat gets cleared. I believe this is to force me to purchase premium ads.

I requested for my cars valuation and inspection from OLX and the same was done the very next day. However, instead of sending me a quote I am going on getting spam calls (almost 4-5) for the past one week following up regarding the confirmation of the car valuation and inspection that has already been done. Please provide me a quote instead of incessantly calling me. This is too annoying.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason.I have not broken any rules.I have account from the beginning of olx in India.I have sold several items through it and never ever any complaints for me or from me.If you don't want genuine people then yes please suspend our accounts like this only.
