Now a days i see most of the paid for premium features, and doing fraud, why olx is not taking any actions on them. They simply doing the ### for a long time, and there are many people like this, posting add and getting some courier charges and disappear. Jcb 3dx के लिए olx पर देखा था जो 2016 मॉडल बताय ओर 1050000 में बेचना है बताया जब मैने पूछा कि इतना सस्ता क्यों बेच रहे हो तो बताया कि मुजे अर्जेंट में बेचना है क्यों कि मेरा ट्रांसफर हो गया है में अभी जोधपुर से बात कर रहा हु जब मैने कहा कि में खुद आकर ले जाऊंगा तो कहा कि आपका पैसा ज्यादा लगेंगा में यह आर्मी ट्रांसपोर्ट से भिजवा दुग ओर गाड़ी चढ़ा कर वीडियो सेंड करुगा ओर आपको आर्मी परिसर में आना मना है और आप यह आओगे तो ज्यादा खर्च हो जाएगा और मुजे उसने कहा कि आपको केस में देना है पैसा मशीन का लेकिन 15500 अभी देना पड़ेगा मेने कहा कि आप अपना पासबुक दो में rtgs करवा दूँगा तो उसने नही दिया और gpay या phonepay करने को कहा फिर मेरे मना करने पर jupiter aacount का नंबर दिया जो कि डिजिट खाता है फिर मेने मन किया कि नही हो रहा है तब उसने एक ओर खाता दिया Account number. इस पर भी मेने मना किया ओर कहा कि आपका पेर्सनॉल अकॉउंट नंबर दो तब वो बोला कि मेरे खाते में 70000 कई पगार डालती है इस लिए आप को आफिस के खाते में ही डालना पड़ेगा और बार बार वीडियो कॉल करके वर्दी देखने को कहा उसने ओर दिखाई भी ओर जब फाइनली मेने कहा की में खुद आकर ले जाऊंगा तब गालिया देने लगा ओर कॉल काट दिया उसका मोबाइल नंबर है [protected]

7 December-Through olx we have got a deal of washing machine, fridge and TV for 20000/-Rs. The seller himself introduce from crpf soldier Shashi kumar .[[protected]] He asked us to pay 20% in advance to get the delivery from the indian army courier through delivery person.we did the payment after taking his official id. Next day 8 December we got from call delivery guy for another 7100/-(GST+PO) as mentioned in delivery challan.then after some time i got a call by saying they need to another 5999/- amount to clear all the processes as I was thinking the all process was gone through a army person there will zero percent chance for fraud so I made both the payment (7100+5999) after that. he also promised me that all amount which i was paying will get deducted from final amount.. Unfortunately we paid him 4000+7100+5999=17100 Rs. Also he promised us he will return money if we didn't like any of the Appliancs.Everytime he was using his army name so we can trust on his words as he belongs to respected Indian army soldiers...finally after paying 17100 we got one more call from same guy mentioning that to pay balance 2900 which we denied to do..and results he told that now they will not deliver product to us and we will get our refund after 15 days only..After searching on Google we find out that this is Scam and we got trapped in this and loose our money because of trust on some people who use name of India Army..
Now i have the names and the numbers, whats Central Reserve Police Force do is to be seen.
However this is a cyber crime and needs to be deal it with seriousness..

I sold my car and informed them multiple times, still I am getting continuously calls from olx. It's really irritating me.

I dont know why but olx has been banning my accounts one after other for no reason . The same thing has been experienced by two of other persons ive asked. Nothing illegal or fraud done, but account is gerring banned one after other

ActualActually the person who so ever has tell that deepak singh and mamta singh is fraud that is not OK news because they have return the money to that person who has complaint about them so please he is fraud we rnot fraud

I have been a customer of OLX for many years and have been selling and buying for a long time. i recently had a router to sell which i sold to a buyer. however there was a miscommunication with another buyer, which i explained. I even purchased a package for my AD promotion but as per last month my account suddenly got banned. I did not realise and tried to login in a different device but to no avail. I require to know the reason behind this.

Yes i talked to Ashwin Rajaram olx seller, seeling pixel 4a 5g, pixel 5, pixel 6 pro, on 2nd october 2021, but after he adreed to pay half i payed rs10000, but after payment afternoon and noon more like when i try to call him, he blocked me on all accounts via call, whatsapp, telegram etc, i even got a his id and payment details, if its his real id, he is from mumbai or thane. Search up ashwin rajaram olx seller. Ive attached his olx ad, you can see address, if its real, paid money to jana small finance bank, with the name Mi Home, his store name, even attached his fathers picture (if its real), 3rd one. And his id/adhaar if its real,

I had put an olx ad on 5th Dec. Got a call from a number immediately. The guy negotiated and she closed the deal. I shared the address as he said he'll come tomorrow. He said that he would make the payment immediately. I felt doubtful and said that I'll take the money tomorrow. He said that he wants to make the payment and told her to check Rs. 2 that he sent. I clearly told him that she would take the money tomorrow. Immediately, he said that he sent Rs.9908/- and told me that the money is gone from his end. He sent a QR and asked me to scan it. I said that I didn't ask him to transfer and that I will not scan the QR. He started shouting that his 10k is stuck in the transaction and only if I scan the QR can I receive the amount. Then he insisted me to receive the amount and transfer back his 10k for which I said that I will raise a police complaint against him. He kept calling and panicking that his 10k is stuck. I just switched off the phone. The call came from [protected]. He could speak only in Hindi. I am also sharing the picture of the QR he shared.

OLX suspended my account for no reason at all.

I bought an i phone 12 mini from the account linked below the order was delivered wrong also the wrong one was a fake i requested for refund and they have kept stalling not answering calls being abusive over calls its been 13 days and the woman said she wont refund her phone number is [protected]

I uploaded a mobile phone ad and while I was talking to a CUSTOMER my ad got invalid and later it showed account banned.
I am so sick of OLX. There CUSTOMER support is ###. Their algorithm is ###. They don't know who to block. If someone stays active on their app, they will block them.

I seriously do not recommend using OLX. If there's an alternative, I am switching to it asap.

You olx people are so unprofessional, how can you ban account without any valid and genuine reason?

"We would like to inform you, unfortunately, your account has been banned due to suspicious activity which does not comply with our Terms o[censored]se" What kind of lame reply is that I have only to buyers as I'm into buying and reselling goods.

I would like a reasonable olx customer services to look into this.

I couldn't phantom why a classified site such olx can't be professional? perhaps if you're going to ban my account there should be a good reason for that... I had already raise a complaint through olx direct and the feedback I got was that my account was ban due to suspicious activities on my account which doesn't sit well with me because I never did any sort of suspicious activities on my account, I had talk to few seller's and exchange number's...if you guys would be this unprofessional about customer accounts then what's the point of having the olx account?

I will probably still get a feedback of some we have notice suspicious activities on your account But I'm keeping my fingers cross

I had sold my Alto K10 VXI Musik Edition bearing registration no MH11BH4186 to OLX autos on 23rd June'2021.

It has been around 180 days since then and i am not receiving any update from the company
