Hello i saw a add on olx for Ktm Rc 200 by person name muthu raghul s. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 5000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 5000 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money (70000)before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally i paid the full amount then after 5 min postel man was call me and said your payed amount so late so you have give a penalty of Rs 17000 after paid this amount we will delivered the bike on your location .after delivery you can receive your penalty on your account. I also paid that amount then 5 min after he asked me again paid amount of Rs 26000 for insurance claim But i say him i have no money after 10 min he call me and said if you paid that amount we will delivered your parcel in 20 min otherwise we closed parcel request and u didn’t get money and your parcel

Hello team, i had posted advertisement of cow selling on your portal. after putting add from two days showing pending so i had made payment of 49rs charges through my credit card but its showing still inactive. if you are not able to put my advertisement live plz refund my money.

OLX team has suspended my account.
When i asked the reason for banning me. They told me that i have used "Army" word in my advertisement. This is not a genuine reason to block/suspend/ban a genuine and old olx user's account. I purchased many things from OLX. But now my account has been blocked and how can i purchase things around me through OLX.
OLX has not well trained staff or skilled experienced manager because they even don't know to whose account should suspend.
May be their intensions are to keep only fraud people's account on OLX. Fraud people can give them good amount of bride/commission.
We (genuine customer) can not do this type work.
I only want to ask OLX team that how can I purchase things on olx now?
I can't change my mobile number because this is my very old and permanent mobile number.

Subject:- Got scammed by a seller on olx @4000/-

I'm jyotheswar Reddy, couple of days ago I searched on olx about [MI A3] and I got connected to one post, post is from old military colony Nellore, after some conversation me and seller accepted the deal and paid 3000/- as advance from my side then he sent me a older parcel/courier bill of invoice and I have been waiting for 2 days but I realized I got scammed and verified the bill that has been sended by seller to me after verifying that seller also scammed another person earlier date is[protected] approximately then I got details of that scammed person and enquired him after enquiring that person also got scammed

I was fooled today by a fraudster and he looted 4200₹ .From an ad that was posted in OLX for Mahindra Thar CRDE 2015.It was quoted at an attractive price 3 L. When I called the Number[protected] that was in the ad. the person claimed he was an Indian army personnel CISF and he shared his ID in the name of Rajesh Kumar Meena also his name and photo in true caller was matching his CISF I'd and he sent his photo with uniform that had his badge name as Rajesh Kumar Meena so I trusted him completely. This guy said he works in Bangalore airport as CISF and in order to inspect the vehicle he said he would send it to Palakkad where I live through the airport consignment service thst was enroute to the kochi airport .
He said in order to do the booking via the airport military service I need to send him 4200₹. And 2500 would be refunded regardless I take the vehicle or not. I live in Palakkad and would have costed me around 2K to travel to Bangalore and was alright if only 2500 was refundable so i sent him the cash to the below bank details.

After which he sent me a challan which looked absolutely fake and immediately I knew I was fooled and was embarrassed and felt ashamed .The next day morning some one else calls me in the name of Parveen kumar[protected] and claimed he was the airport consignment service guy and thst he confronted a problem on the way in Coimbatore and wanted me to transfer 11200 without which he cannot bring the vehicle to me to inspect.
Now when I said I am not interested to take the vehicle he said he would not refund nothing and he stopped responding to my calls or messages.
I'm not sure how in this earth I slipped to this fraudster. The thought of being fooled keeps haunting me.these fraudsters have sketched their every move very well thst makes you believe completely. Please be aware.

On 31.Oct.2021 I saw an ad on OLX for purchasing used Honda Activa.

I got call from [protected] He duped me acting as a Indian Army personnel who got transferred from Mumbai to other location so selling his vehicle on urgent basis.
Deal was set at Rs 14000 for which he asked my adhaar, PAN and photograph along with Rs 1100 advance for vehicle ownership transfer.
After that he send me fake military canteen ID card and adhaar card for gaining my trust.
On delivery time he again asked me to transfer Rs 7000 for which I denied.
He started abusing and threatened me saying I have all your ID documents and will misuse it.

Please help me and expose this type of fraudsters who are using prestigious Indian Army name to fool persons.

My account have been suspended for no reason abruptly please kindly restore my account

Why my account suspend suddenly

Olx banned my account without any reason. I didn't post any ads didn't bought any products, there's no reason to ban my account (jaseelu.[protected]@gmail.com) . Unfortunately there is also no customer support! . This is so unprofessional behaviour from olx team.

Olx people have banned my account since last two weeks.. i dont know for what reason they have did this. I have tried to contact them in every way possible but there is no response. If they dont want people to access their own account then what is the reason of such heavy advertisements. So pissed with the olx customer care service. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Ad was regarding the office chair in OLX India

This is Amit Nema and I would like to file a complaint against the recent fraudulent activity that was made via OLX/ paytm payment mode.
The fraudster tried to manipulate by sending multiple screenshots of QR codes and asked to make the payment first and then they would return back the complete amount.
This went on for a couple of hrs and I ended up losing 22.5K .
I have raised complaints with paytm and my bank with which i hold the account .

Would need your help to expedite this issue and get back the money as I am going through some financial crunch.

I did not do anything that would warrant my accounts to be banned. This has happened to twice using two of my phone numbers. You can even check my history of [protected] and [protected].

I created an account using my phone number as well as my email [protected]@gmail.com to sell out my phone but 2 days later it shoed that my account has been banned and the reason was not mentioned.

My olx account was suspended for no reason i was putting on an add to sell out my phone but 2 days later it showed me that my account was banned. i created my account using email [protected]@gmail.com

Olx advertises itself as one of the top resellers. But without any reason my account was suspended as I was trying to sell my car. Very disappointing service.

Hello Sir,

I putted a lehnga add for sale over olx, someone called me to purchase it with phone no [protected] saying he wants to purchase it and he told me to transfer 7000 as advance. He told me that he is transferring me the amount and also sent me rs 1 over google pay to validate account no then he sent me a scanner and told me to scan it and then will get the money instantly i scanned and my 7000 through google pay got debited (tc id[protected] and then again somehow he convinced me to send 7000 (tc id[protected] and for the third time also he took 7000 ( tc id[protected]. In total 21000 got debited. Please look into my issue and provide me with some solution for it.

Please look into the matter and provide me the account details of the recipient to file case against the fraudulent I also request you to do the reversal of my transaction, the details of my police complaint is attached with the mail below.
