I put up books for resale on OLX & someone pretended as a buyer & contacted me. He pretended to be an army person & duped me of 3000, . He called himself Anil Kumar with number [protected]

Are you verifing the product, we mentioned the product is correct or not, you are banned me

I need my olx account back my olx [protected]

I put an item on OLX and someone was interested to buy it.
He insisted for online payment thru GPay QR code and said he is doing is from Army Swipe Machine. He told he is transferring me 2 Rs to check transaction. But I could clearly see that I was paying him, not he paying me. And I told him that I am going to inform Police.
Below are two phone numbers that I got call from and fraud execution was being done.

i am getting lots of calls from olx cash my car on my number [protected] and [protected]
i have sold my car already informed to call center executives, but then to i am getting calls from olx cash my car, daily i am saying same words, but again & again i am getting 2 to 3 calls daily from olx, also i have called to customer care of olx and informed that please do some thing for this calls, but nothing happend, later i have registered DND, but than to these guys are not checking DND and calling me regularly, please do some thing.

I am wondering why my account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been banned. I was about to post and realised my count has been banned. That shows the sorry state of affairs of such firms which spends lavishly on marketing and ads.

I posted an add for furnitures and few frauds approched and tried to cheat me online transaction, but I escaped from their trap.
I got a call from a lady and later a call from a man introducing himself as army person calling from Warangal. He tried to make payment throgh phonepay, I got suspected and cut the call.

I'm amazed how you people can ruin the name of your company by employing irresponsible people .. first you people book appointments and do not fulfill inspection not once or twice six times and the seventh and the person came in the evening when the appointment was in the morning after 2 days they gave me an offer of 97000 rupees for my Toyota corolla and I gave all the my details which he asked for my bank account my PAN card my driving license whatever he wanted and after 2 days he calls me no he didn't call me I call back and he told me that offer is not relevant that is invalid, this is how you work I am sorry to say you have lost credibility of OLX

No dia 08/09/2021, se uma pessoa com os números de contatos +[protected], https://wa.me/[protected] e chamada pelo nome Calebe Catarina se apresentou como Gerente de Marketing da empresa Amazon, parceira do site Olx malls.com, a mesma disse que estava recrutando pessoas para trabalho de meio período com serviços digitais para o site parceiro da Amazon, Olxmalls.com, adicionou o link para cadastro fiz o cadastro conforme orientação logo após cadastro, rapidamente como seria o trabalho, segundo ela o trabalho seria para ajudar grandes comerciantes como Amazon, brMalls, Americanas entre outras, seria para melhorar sua reputação em seus produtos.
Realizei depósitos através de QR Code, pagamentos via pix para contas que segundo ela, seria fundos para serem usados para pagar antecipadamente os pedidos de mercadorias e reembolsar o principal, e com isso receber comissões que variavam de 5% a 10%, porém o site Olxmalls.com começou a
enviar tarefas impossíveis de cumprir, pois o site Parceiro Amazon adicionou produtos impossíveis de pagar, pelo devido aos altos preços dos produtos, em nenhum momento eu fui orientado que eu teria que pagar valores absurdos, devido a isso meu dinheiro e minhas comissões pelas vendas desde o dia 09/09/2021, retidos.
Entrei em contato com a pessoa que dizia ser Gerente de Marketing, a informa que os valores ficariam retidos por 720 horas e que após esse período os valores considerados congelados, ficariam disponíveis para saque.
Em uma dessas conversas a mesma disse que trabalhava de fato para empresa Trading Technologies Informática do Brasil ltda
Nesse período fiquei acompanhando todos os dias a movimentação da plataforma que até então estava normal, no dia 08/10/2021, ao tentar acessar a plataforma de vendas não conseguir acesso pois o site que antes parecia ser seguro, não permitia acesso, tentei falar com pessoa, porém sem êxito.
Dias antes de eu não ter mais acesso a plataforma no campo que falava sobre uma plataforma ficou sabendo que empresa na verdade chama se, F-Kmall e está localizada no endereço a seguir:

Hello i saw a add on olx for Ktm Rc 200 by person name muthu raghul s. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 5000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 5000 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money (70000)before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally i paid the full amount then after 5 min postel man was call me and said your payed amount so late so you have give a penalty of Rs 17000 after paid this amount we will delivered the bike on your location .after delivery you can receive your penalty on your account. I also paid that amount then 5 min after he asked me again paid amount of Rs 26000 for insurance claim But i say him i have no money after 10 min he call me and said if you paid that amount we will delivered your parcel in 20 min otherwise we closed parcel request and u didn’t get money and your parcel

Hello team, i had posted advertisement of cow selling on your portal. after putting add from two days showing pending so i had made payment of 49rs charges through my credit card but its showing still inactive. if you are not able to put my advertisement live plz refund my money.

OLX team has suspended my account.
When i asked the reason for banning me. They told me that i have used "Army" word in my advertisement. This is not a genuine reason to block/suspend/ban a genuine and old olx user's account. I purchased many things from OLX. But now my account has been blocked and how can i purchase things around me through OLX.
OLX has not well trained staff or skilled experienced manager because they even don't know to whose account should suspend.
May be their intensions are to keep only fraud people's account on OLX. Fraud people can give them good amount of bride/commission.
We (genuine customer) can not do this type work.
I only want to ask OLX team that how can I purchase things on olx now?
I can't change my mobile number because this is my very old and permanent mobile number.
