My olx account banned ...I can't login the account same time I can't create a new account from the same phone I'm using

My account has been suspended on Olx, for no reason whatsoever. I was on the other hand scammed by the buyer of my product. I had promised the sale but later suspended the sale of my books to the buyer. I am sure that my ads breach no policy of Olx.

Hence I request Olx to reactivate my account since I did nothing wrong.

I search a mobile phone second hand in olx then I will mobile phone samsung a32 his price 7500 then I am telling him to price negotiation than he will agree in 5000 then he will send a no. On olx and telling me to come to WhatsApp and chat me than he was say he is an Indian army than he telling me to I am in duty in rajasthan so i will give you my mobile by courier through than he telling me to give my detail and i am give him my post details then show me the courier details and he was telling me to give me a shipping charge 350 than pending payment give after the mobile phone is arrived by the courier man then the courier man calling me 5 PM and telling me to my address and my name and say me to sir your courier packages are ready but sir you can give me 2001 for my company stamp than you will give me pending money when you receive mobile tha I am send him 2001 rupees
After some time he was saying me to give also 2700 because the company will full charge of courier than he will give you your parcel then I understand he was fraud please help me my name is yuvraj Kumar my no.[protected] I am from faridabad sector 31 pincode 121003 please help me I am a middle class family

Olx has been so unprofessional with me. i tried to contact them multiple times with their email support at olx in. They didn't even cared about my question all I get is auto-reply which leads to their help olx page which again leads me to the same email.

This has been happening with me for the last couple of days. I don't like the olx support at all. They don't even care about customers.

My mothers olx account has been suspended for no reason. Please look into the matter and have it resolved.

Olx People are so Unprofessional..

My 2 Accounts Banned for no reason,
i have posted 1 TV and Fridge for sale,
If posting add requires ban then every account should be banned

I have sold my car to olx auto on 24 sep . I paid extra amount that is required and is 171000

Person told me they only pickup car when payment is done, and as hdfc is there partner bank it will be done in few days

Then said there is tat of 15 working days which is denied by the hdfc customer care.

Now my car is been taken and payment is not reflected my emi is still active this is immense frustrating

And there is no accurate information provided

I have been a regular user of OLX over the last couple of years. I was so disappointed to see that OLX bans my account for absolutely no reason. I created another account with my other number and this too was blocked immediately next day.

I spent a full week attempting to contact OLX customer care on both their numbers, however there is no one who answers the call on these numbers and neither does anyone call you back when...

I was using olx from last 5 years and purchased and sold a lot of stuffs from it but I don't know why olx suspended my account without any reason

On 1st june 2021 I brought a phone by olx after 15 days police came to my doorstep It was stolen phone now police treating me as i were thief, now i need my chat history to prove that i am inocent but they are not cooperating.

I have a account issue after long time my account is banned but I don’t know why my acc banned please unbanned my account thanks

My account was suspended for no reason. I don't even have any active ads posted, I was just browsing to buy on OLX. I want my account to be unblocked.

I saw a ad on olx of iphone x selling at 10000 by an army officer.
I tried to contact him and he asked to chat over whatsapp.
We had a conversation and finalized the deal at 6000 .
He told to give him 2000 in advance so we did and the rest when the phone gets delivered.
Next day, he told to give rest 4000 and 500 extra for army courier service and told that delivery boy has picked up the package.
So I gave him 4500 through yono sbi to his account no [protected] so that delivery boy can deliver it.
But after half an hour he told to give 7150 as army security fees so i gave that too, but he told to give again as transaction Id didn't matched .
Then I realized that he was a fraud and gave complain against him to cyber crime department of police .

I had logged into my account after a long time. and after 2 or 3hours olx banned my account.. when i contacted them they said i violated their account policies by using multiple accounts, ., but i havent done that .. i have just one account.. .. the only thing that i did was to make an enquiry about an ad.. OLX is simply banning my account and telling i violated their provisions... kindly reactivate my account..

I cannot login into my olx account. when i attempt to login, it is showing that my account is invalid for no reason. I wanted to login so I could sell some products online on olx....

I am unable to see chats on your Mobile App as well as on my Laptop. Have tried everything as recommended by you. Why can you not ensure that chats are seen regardless of what your clients do? Am sure this is not complicated?
