I saw a ad on olx of iphone x selling at 10000 by an army officer.
I tried to contact him and he asked to chat over whatsapp.
We had a conversation and finalized the deal at 6000 .
He told to give him 2000 in advance so we did and the rest when the phone gets delivered.
Next day, he told to give rest 4000 and 500 extra for army courier service and told that delivery boy has picked up the package.
So I gave him 4500 through yono sbi to his account no [protected] so that delivery boy can deliver it.
But after half an hour he told to give 7150 as army security fees so i gave that too, but he told to give again as transaction Id didn't matched .
Then I realized that he was a fraud and gave complain against him to cyber crime department of police .

I had logged into my account after a long time. and after 2 or 3hours olx banned my account.. when i contacted them they said i violated their account policies by using multiple accounts, ., but i havent done that .. i have just one account.. .. the only thing that i did was to make an enquiry about an ad.. OLX is simply banning my account and telling i violated their provisions... kindly reactivate my account..

I am unable to see chats on your Mobile App as well as on my Laptop. Have tried everything as recommended by you. Why can you not ensure that chats are seen regardless of what your clients do? Am sure this is not complicated?

Olx has banned my account for no reason at all after sending multiple emails to olx to unban my account still they have not acted upon it
My number for which the account has been banned is [protected] and the email id is [protected]@hotmail.com please take action as soon as possible as i have beared financial losses due to this

Hello Sir,
I am KIshore and posted adv for selling my cycle .
After 2-3days of posting my adv another user claimed that cycle is his one and looks like made complaint basing on his wrong assumption and OLX has blocked my account.

Later that user came with police and verified the bill of my cycle, spoke with shop owner from where i purchased it and aggreed that he made wrong assumption. But my account is still under block.

Can you please verify facts and unblock my account.

I had olx account registered with olx via [protected]@gmail.com
But they banned the account for no reason
They didn't bother to clarify or verify their actions.
Customer service is the poorest.
I posted to their social media platforms and sent an email to their support but got a presaced reply from bot.
I think olx should close their business and stop misleading fhe people.
Let the other companies provide valuable services.
Totally nonsense behaviour.
People will only scold you for such a poor service.
They are just irritating their customers in the name of free classified business.
Clarify the reason for account suspension or close your fake business.
Stupid people just irritating their clients.
There are many other options available like quickr

I had sold my car MH12 PT 2734 to OLX in Feb 2021. This car was taken on road and somebody broke the signal without legal transfer of car ownership to the new owner. I received challan SMS from Pune RTO to pay the fine and then I got to know about it. OLX has not yet paid the challan and I have received a summon via online lok adalat to pay the fine. OLX agent kumar.[protected]@olx.com, Anurag.[protected]@olx.com, amol.[protected]@olx.com are not even decent enough to own their mess. They are neither responding to my emails nor paying the challan. I hold legal rights to sue OLX for the fraud while buying/selling the cars. Not sure what other crimes these guys might have committed with my car.

My account was blocked about a month ago when I was just scrooling and looking for some goods to buy, and all of a sudden i got logged out and when i tried to Login, it said Account is been BLOCKED.
I wrote mails, tried to contact the customer care, but they say a message is been send to you, please follow that for further assistance, But no assistance is been provided (It just says your account is blocked, look out all the reasons why an account is blocked).

Its been 6 months almost. You guys has banned my account. I use 2 phone number in my dual sim card smart phone. You olx people might have not seen such phones in their life. If I have shared my alternate number on chat, whats the big deal?
I am the owner of my both phone numbers. You have banned my both of the phone numbers. My email is [protected]@gmail.com
Tried to contact your customer service and found you have uneducated people hired. They sounds like they are the same army men who calls and do the fraud with olx users.

This is my application to unban my accounts or else email me what kind of policy I have broke.
