One buyer cheating me, i had mentioned monthly maintenance charge 100 +rent amount but he is now not agreed.

Due to one of the customer cheating me, i had mentioned monthly maintenace charge 100 + rent amount but now he his not aggreed so kindly share the same, he went to consumer court i need to provide the evdience.

Hello there, To my surprise I just found out that OLX has banned my account for no reason at all... All I was doing on OLX was searching for hot wheels please ban my email ID from OLX. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

My OLX account mobile number is [protected] my account has suspended from past 2 months I want one number which I purchased a product from OLX but due to account blocked I can't view the number it's a worst thing from OLX which I ever faced kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I wanted to sell my CLAT books as i changed my major in between of the course so this uncle approched me through olx and wanted all the books i had of CLAT. I gave him my no. and the amount he had to pay was 4000 so he asked for paytm and said i am an army officor and our all payments are transacted from our office through the office's website. as i heard army i trusted him blindly and did whatever he said so i was on call and he gave his phone to the another person working there . first he asked me to deposit 5 ruppee through paytm to confirm the transaction so i did that and 10 ruppees were credited in my account then he asked to do it for 4000 so that 8000 must be credited to mine. at that time i hesitated a bit and asked why do i have to transfer an all stuff. he said we are posted in jammu and here transaction are made like this for saftey purpose. so i did that too but then he said the money cannot be transfered because there was a session time out. so i had some argument with him so for proof he sent me his addhar card and canteen smart card so he asked me to do the transaction again then i realised he is a scammer but it was too late. He said today he will transfer it through bank but when i called him he said he went to the bank but bank is also saying there is no other way and that to today is sunday. i have the addhar card and canteen card pic and his phone no. [ [protected] ] and screenshot of all the transaction i made through paytm . i surely want all my money back which is 10000 if possible and to give him the right punishment which he totally deserves for doing such scams . and from now onwards ill be aware of such scammer too and i will give all the information i have about him. thank you

I made payment for add promotion at olx through PhonePe. But the payment got deducted from my account. Payment window in olx was not responding to the amount deducted and automatically redirected to cancellation of the window.
Pls do the needful or else I would move legally.

Today I’m paid ad premium 40rs. Pay in google pay amount paided but olx not approved my premium ad this is fraud behaviour. Now if the ad is not approved I will legally report it to Olx

I never did any fraud. I am just selling my bike on olx and i never took any from anyone. I am genuine customer of your olx. You can verify my address detail as well as my mag. in olx. I never ask any money from anyone. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible. If i did any mistake then let me know, so that i can be more careful and aware of this.

I have been diligently and sincerely using my OLX accounts honoring all rules and regulations of the company but they have banned both my accounts:

I have purchased a wrong package(1 Ad Power Listing (7 Days Refresh)) instead of a package(Featured Ad for 30 Days) in OLX on 27 August 2021 15:21 and I tried to connect to an customer care executive on the customer care number[protected] which was a paid call costing around 4 and half bucks for a minute IVR call. However I was not able to connect to an agent on the IVR call even after trying multiple times for 4 days and by recharging...

My ad is taken off by them while it's having its validity and they are asking to pay to repost the same, highly unfair and unethical they are greedy and no customer support

I've contacted 1 seller in Olx he was selling his Tvs Ntorq 2020 model vehicle no. - DL11D5572. He gave me his WhatsApp no. And we talked he said he's from Indian army and his current posting is in manesar Haryana and he buy this scooty from Indian army canteen after that he send me vehicle Rc papers his driving licence insurance papers everything for a security reason I've searched DL no. On Google and verify all the details and it was matching after agreeing to all the terms and price of ₹25, 000 he told me to that the scooty will be delivered through Indian army postal service and he asked me to send 2000 for courier charges but I was not ready then I asked him to send his army license he send post office photo and army people working there and then I think he'd send me all the aadhar card, pan card so I send money on the basis of trust and I'd messaged him also that sir on the basis of trust I'm sending you the money than he start blubbering about I'm also a family man and from army background after that he told me by tomorrow morning your scooty will be delivered to your address after this today he called Me in the morning and send me the photo of scooty package and said he sending this package and asked me to pay ₹9000 for GPS because it is coming through manesar Haryana to Delhi NCR entering into new state they charge for GPS and I'd asked him to pay on my behalf and I'll pay to the man who will deliver my scooty then he told me he can't pay this only consumer will pay I refuse it I said I'm not giving you the single penny till I see the scooty if you have any problem I'll come to manesar army cantt then he said you would not be able to enter in the cantt because you don't have a gate pass then I told him don't worry I know the person who is in army if I can't enter he can and on my behalf he'll see and confirm then he start giving his statement and defending him this money is totally refundable if you'll not like the scooty I'll refund the amount and I refuse that I don't want the scooty please refund my previous 2000 amount after that i saw the billing receipt which is the proof of fraud by mistake He'd written wrong pincode on the address from where the scooty will come he mentioned manesar army address and written the pin code of mangolpuri. I told him to refund my amount bluntly then he said he'll not pay after that I started shouting then he said he'll pay by the evening but he didn't till yet and the no. Is still active

Sir,
one of my friends registered dinning table for sale at OLX.
we received a call and deal was finalized @ Rs4000/-.
Buyer asked me to scan a QR code for Rs1/-.
as soon as i scanned my account Rs 1/- was credited,
Subsequently he sent another QR code for Rs4000/- and this time as soon i scanned Rs 4000/- was debited to my account,
When contacted I was informed that instead of payment a receipt QR code has been sent inadvertently.
He asked me to scan Rs8000/- QR code saying that deal money plus refund money will be credited.
This time rs 8000/- was debited.
likethis Rs 32000/- has gone from my account.
Now he say scan QR code for Rs32000/- i will get full money.
Shall i scan or not Please advice

I was selling my pone through olx when buyer messaged i provided him my number after one hour i could'nt login to olx. It is a very unethical behaviour from the side of olx which i ws never expected my phone number which got banned [protected]
