I sold my car in Aug-2022 and an olx-auto field team member informed me that Olx autos will hold Rs.10000 and I will get it as soon as the vehicle is transferred to next owner's name or max within 180 days as per the SLA/agreement.
This is June 2023, almost going to be a year soon, and I haven't received my hold-back money yet. Even after raising several requests and complaints through olx autos support, I have been getting the same response "Apologies for the delay, but we'll take care...blablabla...
Every time some new customer support representative picks up the call and gives a false promise that amount will get released in 72 hrs. Sometimes, they even say that our channel partner is on vacation for 15 days to attend wedding... I have sent several reminders in a mail chain requesting to release the hold-back money, but they are hardly worried about customers.
As a middle class person, even Rs. 10000 matters a lot for me.
Because of this non-payment of hold back amount, I am mentally tired and feel as helpless now.
Please help me out; I will be more than grateful.
