          I had raised a request to sell my car a few months back, olx gave me a decent price first but then later had to decline the deal because they weren’t offering the old price which is fine . But ever since then I get calls from olx autos everyday literally everyday at least 5 times asking if I want to sell my car. I have made it clear I sold my car long time back still they call me and it has become a nuisance. They call during office hours after office hours and even on sundays. I want to remove my contact number from their call list immediately.

              Hi team,
              My account on olx is getting suspended for no apparent reason. I believe the intent behind using this app is to sale/purchase used or new products and services.
              It's so disheartening to see all the engagements with buyers and sellers got lost. Not sure if there's a bot taking decisions to ban people based on keywords but i haven't breached any policy or community guidelines. If inquiring about a product results in banning then what's the point.

                M using olx since 2015. Today when i posted ad, suddenly after few mins i saw they suspended my account. Still i login from my second no. But same situation there too. That account too suspended. What the # is going on olx.
                Even cant able to call customer care too.

                My both accounts showing suspended since morning.
                Why?
                Please remove this suspend, otherwise i cant able to sell my product.

                  I entered my mobile number yesterday (30/05/23) at around 11 pm to check a listing for a used car. Today (31/05/23), since 09:56 AM till 01:29 PM I have received 9 calls from 9 different numbers all belonging to OLX. Even after telling them I don't want to be called and disturbed.

                    Its not correct. Being a matured and responsible individual, I am using Olx for more than 7 years and I understand a fair way of transacting through such portals.

                      After a long time I tried opening my olx account as soon as I posted my ad.. it show suspended. Banned for no reason.

                      This is how olx work or what.
                      Many forgery comes now a days where people ask for scan money by sending QR code i have even reported those to olx, such people need real suspension. Whereas we face these issue.

                      I own this account so long having good reputation but still it's banned..

I tried making multiple more accounts, and after the completion of the process account and then in a while it was suspended Without any reason...                           I have tried every possible way to connect with Olx india, have written many mails but not received any reply.

                          I have sold my car Kia Selto in April 2022 and even till today 28th May 2023 it has not been transferred to the new owner.

                          Why Olx is so careless and who will be responsible if any mishappening done with the car . I am in Germany and can't take follow up every day or come to Olx office.

I am a user since 2016 and all my ads are genuine and I dont even post that many ads hardly 5-6 in these many years.
