Why is all my family / friend numbers getting suspended without even posting any ad, did you block my IP ? I am a user since 2016 and all my ads are genuine and I dont even post that many ads hardly 5-6 in these many years. On what basis are you suspending my account ? is there any technical issue from your end ? pls send me a mail and I will share you all contact no which are blocked, unblock them, this is really frustrating.

I was using OLX account through my mobile number and with my email id. I haven't done any sales or purchase recently and I haven't done anything that is against the company's policy. But still my account is suspended for no reason. Kindly unlock my account.

I was browsing product on my devices and certainly received pop-up that my olx account has been banned.
If that's the case with everyone browsing products than why don't you fix this.

After a long time I tried opening my olx account as soon as I posted my ad.. it show suspended. Banned for no reason.

This is how olx work or what.
Many forgery comes now a days where people ask for scan money by sending QR code i have even reported those to olx, such people need real suspension. Whereas we face these issue.

I own this account so long having good reputation but still it's banned..

I am a genuine buyer. My account was suspended for no reason by olx. My another account was banned today on 20/5/23. I did not violate any rules or regulations or any kind of misleading information. I did not post any ad neither misleading nor false, nor did I do something wrong. Olx banning my account for no reason is really very incorrect, irritating and discouraging one to use the app. Please try to resolve my issue ASAP. My both accounts are not working, this is very disturbing. I would want to know the reason for my accounts being suspended and banned even after I haven't violated any rules

My activa was stolen on 17th May2023. And that person posts my activa's pictures to sale on olx on 18th May 2023

My OLX account just got suspended for no reason, I just uploaded an add, please help in retrieving it, my partner is very angry at me.

We request commoners or online users to stop following Olx is top rank Fraud company. If you pay for any ads, within 24 hrs your account will be suspended and paid money went to Indian ocean. So OLX is top rank Fraud application made only for money laundering. Olx itself Cheating their customers. So customers also using the Olx only for Cheating. Better stop using Olx and ban Olx from India. Olx staffs all are very rude and brutal behaviors. Without any notice they ban or deactivate the innocents accounts and take others money. We request the Google company to delete the Olx App Apk file from the Playstore database. Don’t loose money with OLX company and try some other genuine companies apps.

Why is my Olx account banned suddenly, I tried posting the same ad from my other no and it got suspended too. I am selling my used pc components and that to a face to face deal in Mumbai, I am selling this since quite some time and sold some as well. But yesterday for no reason my account got suspended and my second no. account as well. Pls fix it asap.

Olx banned my accounts for posted normal ad. i had never did anything wrong with my olx id. i just posted a reasonable ad regarding my property rental. unban my account

I am using olx long time ago but suddenly without any reason they suspend my account then i create one more account with my second number then instantly olx suspend my second account same without any reason then my whole family's account is suspend this is a fraud? They don't give any reason any notification and they suspend my all accounts why i don't know they shows ads to sell products on there site if we try to sell then they suspend account... Totally waste of time

I post a house for rent ad, I got call from open person He said like working in CISF this month will come and join in airport and ask to me send house video I send video and he said my family like this house, He share me his aadhar card and working id card, after that he said my account team will send the advance amount, Then another person called he ask which option you choose gpay/paytm/internet back, I choose gpay he said for a security reason you confirm my account to your gpay, so open your gpay then he said choose transfer bank then he said type his account number in recipient. Then i ask for a confirmation why I transfer amount to your account. He said this is rule you dnt need to transfer just type a account number in recipient. Then again asked why I have to transfer amount to your bank then suddenly the cut the call. The name of the guy is Bhavani Singh. I got his ad through the olx. He gave his number. I found him to be good person. He told me that he is in Indian army. He told he would not cheat and he trust. Inorder get more trust he shared his aadhar card, canteen smart card, and his photo. He promised me to give iPhone 13 pro max 256 Gb for 45k. He told me he would courier the item. Inorder to make believe he sent me the copy the invoice of the courier with Indian Army letter pad. So as an advance he asked me to pay 10k but I told him I would pay only 1k. Once I received product and finish checking the product I would send the rest of the money . This happened on 13/05/23. I have his chat details, his number, his aadhar card, his photo, his canteen smart card and the invoice. I think I was cheated by him.
I can provide any of the details. I have collected everything. Dear Sir, please do help me because we have our trust in our Indian Army. Due to someone we must not loose it. I am not sure whether I get back my money or the product. Someone please help me.

My account has been suspended without any reason, i have posted an advertisement to sell my bike on 14/06/2023 morning. I was checking the replay i recieved for that advertisement, suddenly I got logged out from my account while I tried to login, it says my account has been suspended
