Now that I have checked, the people who have submitted their complaints after 22 November 2020, have been assisted by you. This is such a shame that you are here to assist all the people and not the ones you like. Now that this is my second complaint, I expect some maturity and sensibility from your side. I want to sell my products and you have continuously banned 3 of my accounts without any reason and I don't have 100 numbers or 100 social media accounts to waste for you people. We had been calling Your Customer care for last 10 Days regarding the issue We are Facing but Non of Your Executives Called to Rectify it nor ask what is our problem.
Mr.Raja Head of some department spoke while Purchasing Our Package, he called us as many times in a Day to make us purchase now we are unable to post ad not even a single call received from Your Support Team.

We received a GREAT REPLY from some Staff of your support team, without checking issue she gave an Stupid reason and asking for rating o[censored]nsolved Issue Support.

I am without a god damn phone and searching to buy phones asap anbd what i get to see is another suspended notification.

You guys are continuously suspending and banning all my accounts i am creating to purchase phone or etc. Inspite of me creating profiles with friends numbers still you guys are banning and suspending my accounts. How the hell on earth am i supposed to buy or sell on OLX?? i dont have 100 phone numbers and emails or FaceBook accounts to waste for you people. I want all my accounts unsuspended in the next 24hours. I have lost it now and going to do whatever it takes to sue this OLX ### once and for all LEGALLY. You dont have an idea how much frustrated i am and i will leave all my work and get to you guys soon.

I had submitted on Ad on OLX for some item and i receive a call from one potential buyer, who initially did a transaction of Rs. 5 through Google Pay which was received by me, subsequently sent me QR Code for Receive Funds for 5000 once i accept the amount the amount was debited from my Account and at the other end the buyer disconnected so the reversal and credit of the said amount did not take place.

I want to get refund from the concerned buyer, as he was a fraud and i think OLX did not verify the details of the buyer through KYC or e-KYC

This is to inform you that I had searched for a two-wheeler on www.olx.in and she found a Vehicle No. MH 12 PL 6706 suitable. On communicating on the given number across the photo found that a person named Mantosh Yadhav had posted the advertisement of the two-wheeler on www.olx.in page for Aurangabad M.S.
After seeing the advertisement, I called this person on the number given in the advertisement on[protected] in the morning at 10.30 am, the bike was Honda Activa (2017) with the registration number MH 12 PL 6706, and it seemed to be in a very good condition from the photograph posted on the OLX.
I told him without seeing how can I trust you that the vehicle is in good condition, so he had sent me multiple pictures on WhatsApp, and said that vehicle is in Vimaan Nagar, Pune. Then I asked him how you will transfer it here on which he said that he will send it through transport.
He had valued it at 18500/- and when I negotiated with him and told him that I can’t pay 18500/- so he said I will give it to you in Rs. 15000/-
He said that he is a Military Officer and that he got a transfer to Jammu & Kashmir so that is why he needs to sell it urgently. Then he asked me for my documents 1. Copy of Adhaar Card, Pan Card and photo to be sent on his WhatsApp number.
After finalising the value as he asked, I had sent the copy of my Husbands Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and Photograph to him on WhatsApp.
Then he convinced me that the bike will reach Aurangabad in the evening around 4pm to 5 pm. Then he asked me to transfer Rs. 3210/- in the Transporters’ account number which he gave to me and told to pay the remaining amount after receiving the Vehicle to pay the rest in cash to the delivery person. When I asked for his Account Number, he sent an Account Number and PayTM Number. When I asked for the copy of his Passbook Front Page he replied that he is an Army Officer so can’t give.
Then he sent me photo of his Army Canteen Smart Card and his own Photograph in Army Fatigues. When I saw these, I got assured.
But simultaneously when my Husband checked on the internet, he found that this person is a fraud and there were many complains about this vehicle on the Internet (Screenshot attached). This person has also posted the Vehicle on OLX Pune Page with different Phone Numbers (Screenshot Attached). When I called this person again and told him about all this, then he deleted the documents he had posted on WhatsApp using the “Delete for everyone” option of WhatsApp and he also deleted all the chats except that which did not carry any significance. I also deleted the Documents which I had posted from his Chat using the same function. When my Husband called this person to talk to him, then this person started using Abusive language. This person has also posted the same vehicle three times with three different Phone numbers on OLX.
But I am afraid that since this person is a fraud if he might have downloaded my Husbands documents which he may misuse. This is why I want to register a complain. Further since he is a fraudster, such a person can dupe others also so please take suitable action.

I have seen a mobile on Olx and, I have contacted him through whatsapp (number given at Olx website).then he asked me to pay 5000 for that phone...he said first you should pay 1300 and remaining amount to be pay at the delivery time...then I trusted him and paid 1300 through the phonepe...to him.after that he said your location is not COD so you need to pay remaining amount...then I have paid 4000 total I have paid 5300 for phone but he could not send phone, not refunded my money...

He offered the realme xt for 5500/- which is a new phone worths upto 16000/-.we have been attracted to that price and asked him. He said that he is working in Indian Army, No need to worry. We believed him. He said to pay him 570/- and the delivery will be at night which is a fast delivery. We paid him 570 rs as he said. But he again asked 430 for indian army courier boy and gave his phone pe number and he said that it's indian army's no in office. We paid 430 also. Again he asked 1550.we con formed that he is a fraud.

My account has been banned for no reason. I was trying to put up an AD for my mobile phone but I suddenly found out that it has been banned without providing me any particular reason. It just pops up there that your account has been suspended. I would like to get my account back as soon as possible.

I was searching for a Scooty on OLX. then i found one add of Honda Activa Scooty No. HP 15A 5556 on 10 Nov 20 . The Scooty was registered on the name of Sandeep (Mob-[protected]). After contact with him, he told me that presently he is deputed at Shimla airport and working in CISF. He sended me various identities on the name of Sandeep for make me believe. He told me that:-

{i) He will send the Scooty on my mentioned address on next day by courier. I told him that i will come to his place but he refused again and again. He convinced me to deliver the Scooty by courier.

(ii) He asked from me to send my Aadhar card, PAN card and one photo for transferring of ownership.

(iii) He told me to give the payment after arriving of Scooty at my address. He told that he will send the Scooty by Army courier service which is located at Shimla Airport and his friend Anil Kumar(MOB-[protected]) (Army man posted at Shimla) will come along with the courier. The deal was done in Rs.17000/-. He send various Identities of Anil Kumar including his Canteen cards and various photos of Army men at Army courier service centre for make me believe.

(iv). On next day he told me to pay transportation charges Rs. 2150/- on PAYTM account of courier centre for Scooty after producing of Army courier bill . He told me that this amount will be less from the amount fixed. Then after some time he begged another Rs. 1750/- for packing of the Scooty and sended me the photographs also. .

(v) On the evening of 11 Nov 20 delivery man named Anil Kumar has called me and told that he is on the nearby location of my home and will reach at my location within 20 min. He told me to pay Rs. 4199/- as a security deposit fees for the Scooty and assures me that it will be refundable during the delivery of vehicle at my location. He asked for another Rs. 7199/- which was chargeable for activation of GPS fitted in delivery vehicle. He told me that you don't know the military rules.

(vi) He always told me that i am a Military man and cant do cheat with anyone. These men will send you various fake Ids of Military men to make you believe on them.

A total amount of Rs. 15300/- was taken from me. Further they were demanding for more Rs. 5000/- which i refused. These personnel are using various modes for cheating the people and OLX is one of them. Since i was cheated because i trusted on OLX. A total amount of Rs. 15300/- was taken by the fraudsters from me . They assures to me that we are the Military personnel and cant do any kind of cheating. After transferring of amount i came to know that it was a trap to cheat . Never trust blindly on apps like OLX. There might be fraudsters on the another end.

Yesterday morning it started..By seeing olx advertisement we contacted that number, but the name of him and advertisement person name was different..He speaking hindi and his way of talking is damn trustable.In true caller we found his name as parveen kumar..He said that total amount is 25000 so first send 3100 quickly for transport sending RC and pics of scooty honda activa 5g.Falling in his trap my father has sent him that money through phone pe to contact number given by him later within hours he forced us to pay 11000rupees mediately saying that some problem is there in transporting. There we got doubt without scooty delivery how could we pay that much amount.We started verifying all the info send by him we have come to conclusion that he is a fraud and a big team is there behind this..All the details i have added in photos you can go through..I beg olx to verify and add members in olx and this people who are doing this fraud in the masks and faces of military people is very heart burning..i feel like there is big fraud and big scam behind this..please sort out this issue and try to return our money back

Yesterday as my father saw a scooty honda activa 5g of price 25000 in olx he approached given contact number.We came to know his name is parveen kumar but id proof got from them was parmil kumar and the RC sent by him is also a fake one.As he asked to send Rs.3100 my father had sent money to him..Later he is forcing my father to send Rs.11000 then we got doubt about him..But these people are doing this fraud in the name of indian army this is very heart burning situation..

Hi i normally use to buy items in Olx. However, recently i saw add posted in the name of Roshan kumar - Mobile number. [protected] and cost of Rs.8000/- ( Used one). Initially i have chatted with him, since he has posted the add in local address of West mambalam, RAM colony, CHENNAI. He has responded and told me that, since he is army restricted area, persons are not allowed only delivery through by his person and asked me transfer token advance of Rs.2000.

I have transfer through google pay - Mobile no.[protected], UPI transaction id:[protected], UPI id: [protected]@okaxis on 17.11.2020.

I had a doubt on the profile and i have asked his ID details ( He has forwarded the Army Liquor canteen id card and aadhar number).

On the very next day he has sent me the delivery slip ( which is printed in as Indian Army - courier parcel department) - how they have printed is not known and insisted me to pay Rs. 3000+999 as policy amount and GST on that. - I have not paid this.

I have asked them to send the bank account details, they have set the same.( Account no:[protected], Account Name: Roshan Kumar, Bank name: ICIC bank and IFC code of ICIC0000734).

Again he has given one sargent saying he is a delivery boy. His details, Name: J. Govind CISF officer, contact no.[protected], his PAN no. BBGPJ3304N, Central Reserve police ID FORCE No:[protected] & Card No. 607/42BN/2019 - .

All the photo copies of the proof as mentioned are attached.

This needs to be addressed, how they are printing the CISF id cards and army canteen cards.
