am Niharika, last month we purchased OLXAD Rupess of 500,
our bank balance was debited but we didt get any AD, and I didnt get any refund from ur company.

We searched for a car in olx and we saw a car(KL 21 H 4000) for 125000 and the number was given so we contacted in the given
number (+91 [protected]) and that guy was saying that he was from pangod milItary camp thiruvananthapuram and
he said he selling the car because he wanted to go to jhamu and so that he is selling the car and he said that the
courier charge is rupees 5200 and should pay it by online and next day on 4 th november 10:00am car will be delivered
to my house that was the deal and on the next day(4th november ) he called me and said that our parcel officer will call you and other guy
called me from this number (+91 [protected]) and he said that for the car to be delivered we have to pay rupees 35000
and 50 rupees and we paid 35050 rupees as a single payment. But after that they called and said that it should be paid seperately and we paid again
35000 and 50 rupees seperately and they said again that 25000rupees should be paid because the delivery time has
over so for the delivery we have to pay additional 25000 and we paid that and finally they said that we should the entire amount
then only they will deliver the car. I send Rs100300 to two different accounts (FIRST AC NO :[protected] IFSC :ICIC0006856 ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME: ARUNKUMAR KUSHWAHA)

I have been a subscriber with olx for many years, having bought and sold products . From last month my account suspended without any reason plz recover my account as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I had Purchased Used Mobile Phone Samsung A51 After Paying Him 16800 Cash From One Guy Sanjay Shah On-14th May 20, His Mobile No-[protected] From Olx Platform, He Had Provided Me Soft Bill Copy On Whatsapp At That Time On purchase, And Promise Me Original Copy Will Be Provided After Lockdown Is Over, Yesterday I Got a Call From Railway police Officer name MR Amol, And We Decided To Meet, they Inform Me Mobile Phone I am Using Was Stolen One. I Handed The Bill Copy N Information They Ask For. They Call me today At Thane Railway Police station, I Visited There N Handover My Phone To One Available Officer Name Vikas Patil. He Was Also Available There On the Previous Day Meet.
Till Yesterday Seller Was Accepting My Phone call I am Asking Him For Original Bill Copy. Today He Has Put My Phone No On Reject List.
Now I am in Trouble I has Lost My Money N Phone Also. I Had Attached With Detail Whatsapp Chat N The Location Where We Finalise Our Deal, With Invoice Copy Seller had provided

I need activa. so i shaw to olx and i deal on olx seller and he is prapose me i am army person so i dont meet you so i transport my activa so i transfer 35000/- rupise but he is not dilevered activa.and tottaly frouding me and i lose for 35000/- rupise ..so olx is mother off fraud sellers..and cheat the peaple..plaese take the my complaint and please refund my lose 35000/- rupise..and close the olx seller buyer company...

My Total Rs 6400 Transcation But Delivery Boy Tell me To Again Transfer in support Money Rs4106 Then I request to refund my money but They tell in 90 days refund

There have been a legion of complaints against OLX.India in these times for their utter failure to protect their sites that have been now dominated by unethical social elements, defeating the very purpose of their sites created,
that were originally designed to function as free-platforms for trading
legally approved goods and to be used by genuine traders.Now, most of the traders are believed to be impostors with deceitful pretences and intentions.This is a dangerous trend that is to be arrested immediately.Majority of the traders using the platform/s are with criminal mental designs to
misguide and defraud the public.It is strongly believed and noticed that they float parallel OLX sites very conveniently, pretending to be genuine traders, taking the genuine traders for fools.These impostors
hide safely behind such floated platforms.Also, they use duplicate advertisements for the same items.For instance, a watch is advertised
for sale for Rs.600/-.If a gullible buyer refers to the seller for details and final offer, the seller will quote the price as Rs.1600/- displaying a bogus advertisement.They will conveniently use the duplicate one with an abnormal price tag.The authorities of OLX.India know very
well the tactics of the crooked sellers, but they have not taken any stringent measures to curb them.And, I fear these frauds might be engaged in illegal activities like trafficking drugs and other banned goods.The existence of OLX.In is a dangerous threat to the safety of our nation.They should dissolve their sites in India and float again
with strict rules and regulations only.Their sites should be made paid
platform/s for genuine tradings and transactions.
The complete tradings and transactions should be under their supervision and control.Then only, they can check the entry of the
deceivers.If needed, legal courts may impose required guidelines on
such sites found with suspicious activities by unscrupulous social elements.Lagal courts alone can correct them.Moreover, the profiles of most of the traders and their addresses are not real.They feed fictituous and misguiding infos.There is no guarantee for the goods bought OR for the money paid.There is no accountability on the sellers
and So, criminals take advantage of the site/s.Better to keep such sites at bay. The concerned Govts' authorities should look into the matter immediately for proper regulation.Prevention is better than cure.

I am using olx account for past 10yrs. I have put some of my furniture & electronics item for sale. But suddenly one fine day, could not login

I want my account back or justify what's my fault

My Account Got suspended for no Reason when I opened, so i opened another through my Gmail it also showed it got suspended after a few mins then I tried my FB login same thing happened have reported my problem to [protected]@olx.in, I haven't got any response it's been more than 48 hours 3 accounts I opened all were Suspended for No Reason I wish they could really solve this issue Even after the Mail, Please do the needful. 🙏🏻

My account is banned for no reason. No fraud activity. All I can guess, is it is because I mentioned I am retired defence officer - which is not a lie. It is fact. Is this how people who served the country are treated?

My accound is banned for no reason.i have not posted any ad yet.my email I'd is [protected]@live.in.

I am using OLX service for more than 5 years to exchange, buy and sell goods and products, then it was my recommended and preferred choice of all. Nowadays I have started my own products selling and when I posted ad, after a day it is suspended, and I cannot login nor do I can manage what's beneath. This is really terrible to handle. I am using my mobile number to login.

We have searched for activa honda in OLX and then we have contacted a person who was selling his scooty for 23, 000 so, we contacted him and made a deal to 21, 000 then he is okay with that and he asked us to transfer 3, 100 for transportation charges as he said that the vehicle belongs to army dept. and through the bill we can register the vehicle on to our name.

he manuplated that he was an army person working nanded airport but actually he is from UP he shared all of his aadhar, RC, Army ID, and also even he made a video call in which he was wearing an army uniform.

so, finally he took 32, 000 but we have received none.

My ad [protected] is for Tolet of house, but it is being displayed in Office Catagory. PLEASE AMEND

My olx account is suspended so please unlock my suspended account

This company has signed the contract I dont know how and now might demand for 6500 amount for not doing the work please help me sir

I have been using OLX since 4-5 years and have bought a lot item through them. But today when I want to sell my phone and post an add they have suspended my account for absolutely no reason and I'm sure I have not breached any of their usage policy.

Also there is no way to contact OLX customer care even through email.

Really saddened by this behaviour of OLX and I request to give me access to my account. I'm also ready to do my KYC verification.
