I started working for this company a couple of years ago because I thought it was really something that would allow me to understand the market and in general I can say that the prayer suggestion was right, because here I started watching webinars and repeating what professionals do and I think it's really something that adds to my profit.
But here I can't understand why it was limited to 1:500 leverage. And where is 1:1000 or 1:2000? I would like to try it to have an idea of this format and maybe include it in my regular work.

The maximum leverage value on the Olymp Trade Forex and the Olymp Trade MT4 platforms is x500. Our traders can choose the value of the leverage they are intending to use. The Olymp Trade Forex allows to use 4 leverage values: x50, x100, x200 and x500. The Olymp Trade MT4 presents 8 available leverage options: x1, x10, x25, x50, x100, x200, x400, x500.     Olymp trade blocked my account and seized my money claiming that I breached rule 1.5.
    This rule states that no external account (apart from mine) should pay r withdraw money from my olymp trade account.
    I have only two accounts linked to my olymp trade which are both mine.

      I’ve been using the Olymp trading platform for several months and I’m quite satisfied with what I see. I appreciate the great user-friendliness of this trading platform and its functionality. I heard that the company also provides Metatrader 4 for those who prefer classical trading solutions, but I don’t need to shift it. But I wonder if your web-based trading terminal comes with the Spider indicator. I couldn’t find it in the list of technical indicators.

      I've actually tried working with MT4 and have changed my mind about the trading platform. Yes, it's not as pretty as the original Olymp web-trader, however, it's got all the indicators that you can think of including Spider. The trading conditions are also nice for MT4 accounts. Thank you for your attention to my problem!

Regarding your question, the spider indicator is not included in the standard indicators set. It is not applicable to add the spider indicator to the web version of the Olymp Trade MT4 as it has some limitations compared to the desktop application. You can download and add the preferred indicators or Expert Advisors (EA) to the appropriate folder in the MetaTrader 4 desktop application. Do not hesitate to contact us if any questions occur.

          Recently I have been working with this company and in general I was satisfied with the conditions that are provided here. From day one I chose the Advanced account type, because I already have some experience and even have a ready-made portfolio, which consists of strategies that I know quite well.
          I have already received withdrawals twice. Now that I want to make another withdrawal they say I need to choose another payment method and they can't withdrw the amount that big to my credit card. Ok, I do have a Skrill account as well, but why do I have to face these difficulties?

            I deposited the 700$ amount on 20th-oct-2020 with the help of Rupay Netbanking E-wallets. Money is deducted from the account but not reflected in the olymp trade account.
            it's been approx one month, the amount is neither reflected in the olymp trade account nor in my bank account.
            Ticket has been generated but no solution till now and no No one is responding to my emails.

            Please Note : I have confirmed with the bank transaction has been successfully made to merchant on 20th oct 2020 but still i didn't get my money back.
            What's going on ?? Where is my money ??
            I want my money back in my bank account.

            If i didn't get any solution here i will raise a complaint on "financials commission" with my bank confirmation proof and all the proofs.

              I’ve been actively using your web-based trading platform for a week. Well, in general, I appreciate how it’s designed and how it works. Everything is very intuitive. It feels like I’m playing a video game-) However, I have discovered a serious downside here. I failed to find Fractals on the platform. I carefully looked through the list of the available technical indicators, but it’s missing. That’s for sure. Am I right? I hope I’m wrong and I’ve just overlooked it. Please, comment on my issue.

              Oh, I've found it. And I found a news about announcing Fractals and Reversal Points were added to the platform in 2019. Really like playing a video game with patch notes =)

To find this indicator, push the "Insert" button, choose "Indicators", then "Bill Williams" and you will see "Fractals". You will be able to choose a preferred time frame or select a "Show on all the timeframes" function. After that, the indicator will appear on your chart.                           Iam a stock trader, they are not allowing to close my existing trades when market opens.This is clear injustice. There is no option to close stock trades during this time.Also in this time candles are running and iam losing our money.For every trader they are showing like this.

                          Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. As we understood, you are referring to the Quote session. The Quote Session is the first and last 5–10 minutes an asset is on the market to trade, when you can see quotes but can’t open trades. While the Trading Session is the time between these two buffers in which you can execute trades on the Olymp Trade Platform.

                          We have split the asset's trading session to Quote and Trading sessions because we care about our traders and want to guard them against unnecessary risk. The first and last minutes of the session are too volatile which is why we protect our traders from suffering unjustified losses.                               I have made an account and transferred USDT 50 and have withdrawn the same amount in next few days to give a test to this new portal.

                              Its been over three months Now i have never received the funds back . I have sent every single details they have requested for but only response i am getting is Below.

                                      I heard from a friend that you allow clients to install their own EAs for trading now. But I can't find this feature anywhere! I have already looked through all the buttons on the FTT and Forex platform. I have pressed all the elements. Nowhere is it!
                                      Are you hiding it from your regular clients? Is this feature only for attracting new traders? Olymp Trade, I don't think it's fair! I have been trading with you for years and have the same right to use Expert Advisors. Please clarify the situation.

                                      As I see, I was terribly misled by some people. It has turned out that the use of trading robots is officially prohibited on Olymp. I can only use their built-in advisor. So, I’m going to read how to use it.

                                      Thank you for informing us about your concerns. Expert Advisors program is prohibited on the FTT and Forex platform. EA can be used only on the MT4 Olymp Trade platform.

                                      To open an account in Metatrader 4 and get access to the platform, you need to complete these steps:

                                      1. Go to the MT4 section of our official website.
                                      2. Log in using your existing Olymp Trade account.
                                      3. Select the currency of the trading account and choose standard or ECN.
                                      4. Create a password and click "Open Account". After you open an account, you will receive all the necessary data for the MT4 login terminal.
                                      5. Then download the terminal file for Windows or iOS, and download the program. If you want to enter the web-version, click Web. Mobile applications are available through direct links to the App Store and Google Play.
                                      6. Authorize the MT4 mobile application
                                      Open the application and choose «New account», then connect the existing account, after type in the server name — OlympTrade2-Live. Finally, enter your login, password and click «Enter».

                                      You will know that the authorization has been successful when you hear a sound signal, and the open charts will begin to show the current prices.

                                      You can find the Expert Advisors in the Navigator window. To see the Navigator window, you can use the hotkey ctrl+n. Kindly use these steps to install the trade Advisor in an MT4 terminal.

                                      1. Download and unzip your Advisor. To install it, open the trading terminal, go to “File” and select the “Open data catalog” directory.
                                      2. In the window that appears, open the “MQL4” folder, and then the “Experts” folder.
                                      3. Open the advisor where you downloaded it and then drag its contents to the “Experts” folder in your trade terminal.
                                      4. Relaunch the trading terminal. Then, in the upper bar, click on the “View” icon and select the “Navigator” folder.
                                      5. In the left-hand tab, click on the plus symbol next to the “Expert Advisors” item.
                                      6. A list of advisors will open, including the one that you have loaded. Drag it on to the chart using the mouse. In the window that opens, select the settings for the Advisor.

                                        Hey, I recently downloaded Olymp Trade mobile app but it crashes every time I'm pressing its icon. I even re-installed it but that didn't help. I need mobile trading, as I'm planning to move away and I wouldn't have access to my PC for a week, but seems that it's sth wrong with Olymp app. By the way, Olymp Plus is working, so I don't know what the problem is. Olymp Can you fix that anyway? I really need mobile trading!!

                                        I've cleaned my phone cash and everything starts working! By the way, Olymp App is nice, I used to it in a couple of hours.

Where the download of the application is coming from (country, store)? For now, you can access the platform via your phone browser.
