I have paid rupees 770 to olymp trade through upi qr and the transaction status is showing as failed the money has been debited from my bank account. When i reach bank account services they said that the money has successfully transferred to the merchant Bank account.
Please find a way to get my money back.

      I have deposited money to olymp trade account and the money was debited successfully from my bank account. But while looking on the olymp trade account the transaction is shown as failed. I don't know what is happening. I also submitted the option "i have paid" .
      Still it's showing failed. I don't know where my money is gone.

        This broker is a really good one. It has many benefits. I like trading platform in general, but there are some points I would discuss.
        So I think it would be nice to have some design launch at first time you use it. I don't like the colour scheme. All these dark colours look fancy, but I think it is hard for eyes to trade this way for hours, a bit tough.
        All other services are great, but I would love to change colour scheme really.

          I noticed that different financial instruments have different point values.

          I will write in more detail now.

          When I open a trade in one of the financial instruments, I see that the price changes by a certain number of pips. For example, I opened a buy trade and the price changed by +100 pips. I see that I get profit. For example 20 dollars.
          If I open the same deal on another financial instrument and the price also changes by +100 pips, the profit may be different. Sometimes more sometimes less.
          Is this normal or is it a failure? What should I do to make it the same?

          We believe you are mentioning the payout percentage. We are glad that you have that question for us. It depends on whether you are talking about Fixed Time Trade or Forex.

          In FTT, You can find the rate of return that you can get for profitable trade in the trade conditions menu. It means that if you have invested $10 with an 80% profitability, your profit for a correct forecast will be $8. Each asset will have different payout ratios. To find it, please open the asset menu to find out which one has the highest profitability. The menu has all the instruments you can trade on.

          In Forex, the trade result consists of the difference between the opening price and the closing price of the asset. In long trading, the trader earns a profit from the price’s growth. Short trading is the opposite, with the profit earned from lowering the price.

                  My olymptrade I'd is 92908341. I have made a upi money transfer through QR on 4 January in which money was deducted from my bank account and I clicked "I have paid" button but Transaction status reflected "failed" at olymp trade and money was not refunded to my bank account. Raised a request to support team for the same to refund the amount deducted from my bank account. From last 1 month 15 days, I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don't know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it's better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade. They will just ask for time but in the time they will not get any update and they will ask for more time. Sometimes I feel like being cheated here.

                    I've been trading here for the whole my life. I ain't know why I have chosen this broker once and forever, but prolly everything is because of its unique approach ot trading.
                    I'll note that I have never paid a proper attention to some small details about company's charges.
                    Couple of months ago, I decided to take a break from trading, because the market became too volatile. After I got back to trading, I detected that a certain sum of my deposit vanished. I ain't know the exact sum, but I approximately remember that I had more money back then.
                    So, I have no idea why this sum disappeared. I suspect, it may be somehow connected with company's fees, but I wanna get a clarification.

                    It makes sense for a broker to have this fee. In the end olymp trade is not the bank and it has to somehow spend resources on maintenance of your account and money that is there.

                    The company has a right to assess a dormancy fee for a long period of inactivity of a user account. It is applied to traders who have not made trades on a live account or carried out non-trading operations (withdrawal or deposit activity) for 180 days. Please, note that the $10 fee is charged once a month if your account remains inactive.

                      Hi myself, zafar. And I am having a problem with my account. On Feb 18 2023 at 12.41 pm I added ₹700 in my olymp trade rupees account but it got failed and the money was deducted from my bank account. So the problem is my money has been deducted but it's showing failed in olymp trade. I request you to please solve my problem.                         Olymp trade has impressed me with the wide functionality in the first place. And it’s not only about the famous broker’s trading modes, although it’s an awesome feature.
                        The platform itself contains a lot of various tools and nuances that distinguish it from the metatrader platforms in the most positive way.

                        The only thing that puzzled me is the possibility of trading with leverage. As the broker claims that its forex mode implies leveraged trading, but I can’t find it. Is it just me or does the broker not answer its words?

                        Regarding your question, leverage is referred as multipliers. A multiplier multiplies your investment amount by a certain amount. The multiplier value shows how many times the total trade volume will increase.

                        Let’s say you invest $100 using an x200 multiplier. Accordingly, the total trade volume will be $20 000 ($100 x 200 = $20 000).

                        As a result, the financial outcome of such a position will vary within a larger range than if you traded $100 using a multiplier of x100, x50, or lower.

                        It is important to know that the use of the multiplier increases not only the amount of the potential profit but also the risk level of the trade.

                        A high value of the multiplier is suitable for active trading when an investor makes many trades during one day. However, if you opt for long-term investments, using the minimum value of the multiplier will be the right choice.

                        The multiplier values may vary for different asset types. The largest value o[censored]p to x500 can be used when trading currency pairs. You can find the information about the minimum and maximum multiplier values in the "Help" section of the "Assets" menu: select the asset you are interested in and open the "Trading Conditions" tab.

                          Regular and verified trader for past 2 years.
                          But my account was blocked few days back.
                          Sent a mail with recent transaction documents to the claim department, but no response from their end. Feeling betrayed and disheartened by all this.

                          As on the day of blocking had 103000 INR (30000 INR as bonus), but couldn't access any of it either.

                            4 days ago I withdrawed a amount of 2719 INR, which was supposed to be credited in my bank account.                               I had made a payment today through UPI P2P . The payment was done successfully from my account but not deposited to the olymp account .                                 This application is designed in such a way that in name of trade money is being looted.

                                The application is designed people will not have no chnace for profit rather it is designed in such a way that there is only loss. so the app owner could gain profit, in other words other way of looting money from people.

                                There is no movements of graph based of real share market or any crypto currency, it just desgined to go under loss.Where people are not aware of such fraud apps and its high time for governance to look into such fake trade apps and have complete BAN

                                I myself have lost around 15 lkhs of my hard earned money, in the concern towards other people so nobody others gets looted or fall in trap requesting to close this tarde app completely.High time to investigate.

                                Regarding price charts, quotes on different trading platforms may differ in some respects. This is because the offer providers and pricing methods are different. Nevertheless, the trend of price movements on the charts of different trading platforms should not be very different.

                                You can view your course history on the platform. To do this, go to the "Help" section of the platform and select the "Assets" menu. Once you have selected the asset you wish to review, you can find information about its rates in the "Price History" submenu. You can select the date and time of the offer you want to check there.

                                  I don't want to think that I was lied to. Because, when I first decided to open up an account here, shift a big part of my money to the account I had on here, and started trading here; one of my fundamental reasons was that this broker was one of the rare, honest and transparent brokers out there. I was really doing good years ago, but I had to quit trading altogether due to familial reasons, which is not important, but anyway. I returned back and returned exactly to this platform because of all the great features they had developed.

                                  I heard about the trader's way and I read about the experience points, status upgrades, the basic idea that the more you trade the more points you have and the better features you're going to have, etc.. Well. I don't think so! My accounts have been here untouched, I did not even withdraw.

                                  And I have been trading for days and days, and I have been getting no experience points what so ever. I don't know whether it was all a lie, but, I am not getting anything. So frustrated.

                                  Oooh boy. After fiddling with the platform and reading about the features for a bit more, I understood what I have been doing wrong all along. I did not know that you had to trade with the live account in order to get experience points and move along the stauts of your trader's way. I was trading on the demo. Anyway, can't blame myself either, because it was sort of an honest mistake. I basically switched to my live account and it all started to work great. I lost a lot of time because of the trades I have done on the demo account, but anyway, I haven't been trading actively for years and it was a good experience for me to put myself back on track. I know what I have to do now. And experience points are coming along nicely. I think I will definitely be doing some profitable trades over the coming weeks, especially with their Forex mode. It has become really good. I missed trading here.

                                  You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP). XP is given for making trades in a live account and completing tasks of your Trader’s Way. Once you gain enough XP, you can upgrade to the new status.

                                  To find how many XP you have gained, please go to your profile, and click on your status. That would lead you to XP.

But you can’t withdraw from it. And you can’t get XP for practicing it. But we believe you have gained a lot of trading experience with the demo account.

                                    Hi, i was using Olymp Trade Application Account No [protected] and User Id 93849015 for demo purpose only and after some time i finally decided to deposit Rs. 12500/- for investing purpose. But i did not use this money for trading and very next day on 24Th Jan 2023, i requested for withdraw of Rs. 12500/-, but they blocked my account and ask for documents for verification. On same day, they i uploaded my documents which was Pan card and Aadhar Card. And i received another email that documents uploaded and is under process . Now today is 14 Feb 2023, still not did not refund my money and getting same reply and verification is under process and your money is safe. when i deposit the money they did not verify but when requested for refund, they blocked my account.
                                    So request you to look into the matter and do the needful, so that i can get my money back.
