        Sir/Madam, I've deposited 3000INR on 28 December at 6:31pm..it was showing for almost 18hours and after that it was marked as failed..I contacted your customer support again and they said to do the same procedure without sending money and click on I have paid option..I paid throught UPI QR...then after few hours it was also marked as failed .please do something...return my money..give my money back..do as soon as possible...

          Yesterday on 28 December at 6:31 IST I deposited 3000INR in my olymp trade account through UPI QR Payment option to RK enterprise which was given in olymp trade deposit option..
          After almost 21 hours money was still not credited and in transaction history it showed FAILED..then again I tried contacting the customer service and the agent said to do the same procedure and click on I have Paid option available in the deposit section..I did the same and it's still pending from several hours ..from 2 days I have been trying to get my money..
          My olymp trade I'd is 96340654
          Please help me 3000inr is a very big amount for me .. I'm a student and it was all my savings . I request you to resolve my problem. all your agents are saying just to wait. Are you all fooling me? Give my money back or else add it to my id please..

                      My friends have put a great word for this platform, they said they are trading almost everything here and implement various styles of trading. I took their advice and came down here, got registered, put some money in and set up the platform. I am not going to lie, the platform looks smooth and works fine, no lags, no glitches, no nothing like that. I just fiddled with it for some time and I was ready to do some trades finally. But the problem is, every trade has to last up to a couple of minutes basically. Is this platform broken? Do I have to restrict my trades with a time limit? I do not understand what causes this. This is not how I want to trade at all. The platform does not allow me to open a trade and just leave it there as long as I want! This was not happening with other brokers.

                      Oh! I get it now. There are several modes of trading here and I was on the Fixed Time trading. Just right next to it I found the regular trading I am used to but this 'FFT' has something about it. I want to explore.

                      Regarding your question, if you want to hold a trade longer, you can use Forex trading mode. A Forex trader needs to predict how the price of a selected asset will change. In addition, the profit on the trade depends not only on the invested amount but also on how much the price of the asset rises or falls. Please note that there is a small commission fee and overnight fee for holding the trade.

                        I was withdrawing my money and they suddenly blocked my account out of nowhere.
                        I asked their customer support, they said to complete verification process.
                        I got my account verify and still they aren't unblocking my account.

                                Today i made a deposit of 7000 Rs through IMPS method. I paid money through Paytm Bank Transfer. Payment to the account mentioned was successful. But when i came back after payment through paytm bank transfer to fill my UTR. I added my UTR number also & submitted. But after that i got a dialogue box prompting Payment Failed. But 7000 Rs of deducted from my Bank & till now i haven't received money in my Olymp Trade wallet.

                                  I’ve read about the strategies at the olymp trade blog, and some of them seem very efficient, as far as I can judge from my little trading perspective.
                                  I wanted to try some candlestick patterns strategy as it is easy to obtain for beginners and doesn’t require additional skills, just chart analysis.
                                  however I faced some issues, I didn’t find japanese candles chart option. It’s kinda weird when the broker promotes strategies that its clients can’t apply on the platform.
