Thursday 02 feb i saw an ad in instagram and approached them where i invested 1900 and they said theu will invest and give me 10 times back in 50 mins
I trusted them and did upi with that money. Profit was 84000 so for that they asked me to pay gst commission bank transfer charges crypto charges
In the last 3 days i paid them over 8 lakh rupees and still askinv me to pay so that they can release my funds
I invested my complete savings and now i m no where i am been blocked by them on whatsapp and no response in instagram
Screenshot has all the transcation proof please help me as not only me they are fooling lot of other individuals too

I still don't understand why the company needs my passport information. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to deceive anyone or cause a scene. I just want to understand. Why does the broker need my passport information?
I promise not to do anything illegal. And I will also use my bank card to deposit and withdraw funds from the account. It is in my name, so it will be possible to trace who the money is sent to.
In addition, I will be trading on my laptop, so there will be no problems. Is it impossible to do without passport details?

Ok, I got it. Turned out it is a common procedure for broker and it is required to verify identity due to KYC procedure. Well, should've know that.

I joined the platform about two weeks ago. I started to explore this platform with great interest because it was absolutely news experience for me. Before I stumbled occasionally on your platform I had known nothing about fixed-time trading and its great potential.
Fixed-time trading fits my trading preferences and even my lifestyle. Dynamic trading is what I can do on small timeframes no matter where the trend goes.
Nevertheless, I need price levels. They are marked by horizontal lines, you know. But I have a problem with placing them at the right points. Tell me how I can place them accurately?

Please go to the third icon called “Technical Analysis” on the bottom left of the chart. Then Open the instrument list – Drawing. You can find horizontal lines there.

My User id is 86809543.Sir, the Original transaction date was on 29.11.2022, hence the amount Rs 35000/- was debited from my account but because of some technical issue it didnt get credited in my olymptrade account so i had contacted you guys then the issue was resolved after 5 days ie, on 06.12.2022 and was credited to my olymptrade account...so i have no bank transaction details on 06.12.2022.Hence for verification again its asking for 06.12.2022 dated transaction.My account is blocked since 15.12.2022 and I have contacted your financial team as well but they say internal investigation is going on it will get completed in anytime but till date it is not completed so I request you to look into my issue and resolve the same.

As you Said, I contacted on support but again they are saying internal investigation is going on and wait for the same but its almost 2 months, but the investigation is not completed after all I have successfully completed the verification process, but too I'm not having access to my account or else please do one thing you transfer my olymptrade account balance to my respective bank account that's all. I am sick and tired of struggling with this platform. I have been trying to get into a trade for a couple of hours now and it's like the entire broker is offline. I mean, the charts have stopped moving and nothing really is happening you know. Does the app often crash like this for hours at a stretch? There was a padlock on the chart as though something was locked. I really don't get it. Maybe those trades are restricted and are only for certain kinds of accounts. I don't know but it is not cool.
