Olymp Trade — The money debited from my bank account but were not credited to trade account

I did 700 inr through (upi qr) two times
so money was debited from account two times but werenot credited to trade account
so totally i lost 1400 rs . Please as soon as sort out this problem.

Last year dec 27 2022 i got your message.in that message you told me. i have to wait for 30 days for money transfer according international payment system but still i didnot receive anything yet .how long i have to wait . almost 2 month gone.i don't have hope get my money back to my account.
