Two weeks ago i sent a package to my client through ondot courier ..the website says it reached hyderabd on 24th dec, but the delivery hasnt been made till date. Nobody answers the phones. All the phone numbers on the website are faulty. I had to bear expenses and i lost my order as well. It is a hprrible courier service. I would like to have my package back or delivered asap....

I had used on dot couriers service to send a returning amazon package to kolkata. However my package was lost while on dot says that the package was delivered the person who were suppose to receive says that they did not receive it. The package was worth 4000 rupees. It is highly dissapointed of #on dot courier service i got a call and they clearly denied that they won't deliver the product in the specified address though i always get other couriers from other companies (Eg blue dart) at my place. So it's not this that they couldn't but they simply don't want to. I even told them that they can give it in the gate of the compound if not at my place, but still they denied and sent the product back.

A consignment was to delivered to me. It was book dated on 21/11/2018.
And delivered at hathras branch dated on 24/11/2018. And report was updated on portal same day without delivered to costumer.

But actually it was not delivered to me still dated on 29/11/2018 in evening.
I talked at on dot branch then it was delivered to me 29/11/2018 at night.

I want to say your service is too poor and reporting...

On dot courier service is worse, i had a courier to acknowledge from these people awb no [protected]. The status updates by the team shows delivered as on 21/11/18. As if now, 22/11/18 i have not received the courier. Called up the owner here in shimla, he was not concerned about my problem, rather ke expected that i should collect the courier from his office.
