Hello on dot courier services,
This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory and undelivered goods by your company. I handed over the packet with reference number [protected] on July 11th, 2018 from chopra courier service, old income tax wali gali, mall road, kapurthala . Here Mrs. Rajni chopra assured me to delivered my goods within 2 days to bangalore but it had been one week go but my consignment has not been reached yet. She charged rs.2000/- from me to sent goods via plane but it showed via road in tracking. I also call many a times to rajni but she didn't respond nd not even picked my calls. I want a claim of rs.20, 000 for loss of my goods as i paid this huge amount as a refund to my customer. It's a very poor service that i ever had experienced in my life. I will definitely take this case to the consumer court and even complaint the local police to look into this matter. As it doesn't loose my credibility but made me feel ashamed in front of my customers.This is my contact number [protected]. You can call me if you want a detail note of this..unless this company will suffer from serious repercussions by consumer court for this worst service.

My consignment was supposed to get delivered in one day. There is no detailed update on ondot.co website as well as none of their customer support number was not reachable.
When after prolonged trial of calling, i managed to connect to cusotmer support, they spoke not even rudely but also didnt solve my problem of locating the consgnment.
Such a poor and disgusting service!!!
Sorry to say but i am not using and recommending this ondot courier service ever.

It has been more than month but still my courier not received at the destination. I am calling courier representative many times but they are just ignoring and the behaviour of the courier representive not good. This was a return product for amazon and Refund of Rupees 1000 is pendibg from amazon due to this.
Please make this courier delivered and update the delivery notification on site ASAP.

I ordered a product on Shilpzone.com.
The product was to be delivered today as on 21/06/2018.
I contacted the customer care, they were really very rude and didn't provide proper information about my order . All said it will be delivered today. But hasen't come till
now. The parcel is coming from patiala to gurgaon.
The gurgaon office of ondot courier is not receiving the call. I called atleast 20 times, no response. What to do?

We have couriered a parcel docket no. [protected] on 08.6.18. Till date its not delivered at destination. We were not informed earlier that it can not be delivered. We have already paid rs. 650.
Now baddi dealer mr. Jatin is not responding our calls. Our parcel is still lying at bangalore. We have lost an order of worth rs. 15-20 lac for june 2018. We want a strict action against on dot courier baddi. However karnatka on dot persons are trying to resolve our issue.

I had a courier (Tracking order i’d [protected]) which was sent from ambala on 14 th june and i was informed that it will be delivered by 15 th. Till date i have not received the packet and i am very disturbed by the behaviour o[censored]r staff who are very rude and unprofessional. Despite my repeated calling i am unable to track the packet which is showing as out for delivery since 15 th june

On 4th june, 2018 i courier a ta bill envelope from sirhind (Consignment no is [protected]) to satya microcapital ltd okhla prime tower delhi.. But its last status show 5th june in nehru palace. 2 days to go but not deliver parcel.
Also i tried to contact on no [protected] but no body attend call.

Very very poor service. I will lodge complaint in police against on dot.

My courier [protected] returned without giving any information to us, and when i tried to pick courier before they informed us that he is not available in office.

We already mentioned that we will pick it from office.

So please on dot team deliver my courier as soon as possible.
It's very much important for us.

This is supposed to be a courier company but they cannot deliver packages to ur door step as they say that there documents are on the cycle and they cant leave there cycle and more over y do people send things thru couriers so they can recv they packages asap. But i got my package after a 8 days that to after trying my level best to try there contct no which is never responded too... I had to ask my sender to go to the local office from there end to check and thats when i got my package today... But i was astonised with the delivery boys attitude who refused to climb to the 2nd floor to deliver my package...

I sent a courier from neemrana (Raj.) to bhiwadi (Raj.) on date 15/05/18. As on date it is not delivered. I sent very important thing in that. No any phone calls receive for complaint. I called to jaipur numbers and dehli number also but no phone call received. I'm frustrated, kindly do the needful as earliest.

On dot courier has not delivered my consignment number [protected]. The product was handed over to on dot courier ambala on the 7th of may and was to be delivered at dehradun, which is less than 150 kms from ambala... The product was for a particular event and it was anticipated that it shall reach me in 2-3 days... However till the 15th of may, neither the stuff has been delivered nor any information from on dot...

I am a govt.Employed.I have ordered item from my hometown charkhi dadri from online amount 9499/.But i got wrong product and returned by ondot courier from charkhi dadri to sonipat（hr） amazon 02nov2017.I send mail 3 times to [protected]@ondot.Co.In on 05dec17, 15dec17&18jan18.I send written complained by post 2times19/02/18&07/03/18 but returned due to wrong address found via net.My consumer complained no is 579602.Ondot courier slip no [protected].Ondot care of sonipat（hr）told me courier is missing.Amazon care told me first returned the parcel then got refund.But ondot care of sonipat not solved my issue.I have attached copy of all the doccuments.

I couriered my scotty from roorkee on dot couriers & cargo office to my noida address. But i got my scotty one day delay, without packed and they deliver my scotty not in any tempo or truck but they them self drive it and delivered to me. Very unprofessional behavior, no proper communication between roorkee and delhi office of on dot couriers & cargo staff. They didn’t even enter my track no.in the system for any claim or query. They charged inr 3500 including packaging and delivering. But not even my scotty packed and nor delivered properly. Do not use this courier service in future because they didn't even taking any guaranty to deliver the thing properly.

Sir my complaint is that i do not receive any courier up to 13.4.18 and your delivery man declared that party is shifted from the given adress but i am on my adress and adress is accurate
This courier contain sweat and merrige invitation card and you see now after 7 days in this summer the sweat is spoiled

Worst worst worst service i have ever faced in my life. My courier didn't reach me even after it was reached its on dot courier office dholewal chowk, ludhiana, punjab. They are just fooling the people that address was not the proper.. That's why we couldn't able to reach you... The party who had send the courier 10 days back... They didn't even picking their phone nor mine... Fraud company.. I'll tell to each and every person to never use such disgusting courier service ever... Fraud company!

I sold my graphic card zotac nvidia gt 730 to a guy in haryana, as i am from himachal pradesh. It took more than 3 days to deliver the parcel.

Now, my gpu box was inside an another larger box packed tight. When the product reached to the buyer the box was empty. Some one in the middle of transit took the product out of it and packed it like nothing happened.

I called the office and they refused it. I need my money back, i don't know what happen in the middle of transit as it is not my responsibility. I just need my money back.

From last one month i am tracking for my parcel with ambala on-dot - courier service, which they are not delivering to my product to delhi mentioned address which they have.
In spite of sending so many mails to this email id ([protected]@ondot.co.in) they are not reverting back.

Today (23.3.18) the staff of on - dot courier customer care said they had lost our courier & they are not finding in there records also.

Kindly help me in this matter.

Ambala, receved agency jabalpur in receved jabalpur agency receved 12/03/2018 but not delevred after 10 days, sir this is very bad couriar service our 25, 000 thousand loss, we are not setified, sir please action you same agency yaman agency saha and jabalpur agency

Our packet of consignment no [protected] dispatch on 28.02.2018 from ambala but till date not received at lucknow. After talking to no online update staff siting there talk very rudly and abuse our staff.

This is not the first time we are suffered troubled due to untrained staf[censored]nofficial behavior. Resolve this issue asap and need to recruit mannered staff to run your services.
