I had courier from chandigarh booked 9n dt.16.10.2018. With consignment no [protected] it reaches to hyderabad on dt.20.10.2018 after there no transit of this product. I called so many contacts of on dot and also sent mail but there no response from them. I hate this service.
No 1 waste service they provide. Don't go for this services. Tell me when i get my courier....

I'm complaining everywhere i can. On 29th may 2018 i received empty box which was supposed to have one smart watch. When called to ondot customer care, they did not responded well. I sended my courier on 28 august 2018 from kharar it was in transit to gurdaspur on 29 august. After 20-25 days of not received it by my partner i called the service and they told me that it is non delivery address. I told them to return it to my place its been 2 months i didn't got my product back. I have called the on dot courier many time but they are not helping...

Even after repeatedly calling customer care, there hasn't been any response or update from their side for the past 1 week. It is the worst courier company in the market. No one does anything. The customer service is the worst. If something goes wrong, they don't do anything to correct their mistakes....

I self-shipped my online order to the respective company through on dot but they probably lost my product as the company didn't receive the product; although the tracking details show that it's delivered.
There isn't a single number online that works. All i am asking them is to provide a proof of delivery if they actually delivered my product. I am highly disappointed with their service....
