I had courier one of my parcel to Gurgaon on 8th sep which is still undelivered . And i m calling to your dealer & kirti Nagar's office also but always no reply.

I registered a Courier on 10-Sept-2016 (Saturday) with ₹425 bill for AGRA to Gurgaon and AWB No.[protected] at LAXMI Courier & Cargo Shop which is Franchisee of On-Dot Courier & Cargo. But Now I'm tracking my shipment on On-Dot Courier & Cargo's website where it's showing that's "Shipment doesn't exist" when I called LAXMI Courier & Cargo's Dealer on Mobile Number [protected] he is telling me that he dispatched my Consignment on Saturday as well, I also called On-Dot Courier's Customer Care Service Agra on[protected] on which a Lady Executive saying that this Shipment didn't reached us you need to contact to LAXMI COURIER & CARGO again to confirm but now the dealer is not answered of my calls.

I don't know who is ignoring or doing fraud with me. Company or Company's Franchisee.

Please! take a step to make your customer satisfied and improve your Dealers to give best Costumer's Service.

I want to complain regarding Ondot Courier services patiala city,[protected], Punjab, India. it is lack of responsibility for delivery.Many time I Received my courier 2-3 days late from the delivery date. I am Employee Mostly I got my Courier from my Company side which i got always late and took it myself.Even that this is responsibility of courier service that they have to provide home delivery. till time i am not received my courier, this was very important medicine, why dont you understand this is so important for me. The delivery date is[protected].but still this document is not delivered, Request you to please help out and explain why this document is still not delivered. please delivery the document as soon as possible.

A courier is booked on my name from Ambala to Chennai on 27 Aug, 2016 and it reached Chennai office on 30 Aug, 2016. But till now it is not ben delivered to my address. When I called in Chennai Office after 4 Days they said it will not be delivered since we don't provide services in your area. They told me to collect it myself.

Firstly If you don't deliver on my pincode then at a very first the Ambala On dot must refuse to take the booking but they didn't do that and took the booking.

Secondly after reaching the Chennai office if they don't provide delivery in my area they should have send it through their partner courier on my address. but after 4 days when I called then they are updating me that they will not deliver and I have to colect it myself.
What kind of service is this? I want my courier to be delivered on my address today as it is having some urgent things that I need.

I booked thorugh because speed take some tme and courier person told it will be delivered day after tomorrow.

Pathetic Service from on Dot!! Never ever opt for this courier company.

Even in Delhi office no one respond to the calls they just simply pick the receiver and disconnect the call.

I send a rakhi courier to puna and its track no. Is [protected] dated 11/8/2016. But it is not received by my relative. It is very shameful for me the rakhi is not received by them due to ondot courier services. Today i was visit ondot courier office at fazilka. My courier is sent back from pune to fazilka office. It is very bad service i also explian your service to the people by media.

My on dot courier no in[protected], from Chandigarh to Gurgaon. i sent the courier on 23 aug 2016 from chandigarh, sector- 15A on dot courier service. the courier is not received yet in gurgaon. i also tried to track the courier but the location is same from last two days. it is received by the gurgaon on dot office but still not dispatched to the the given address. i also tried to call on the number in costumer receipt but no reponse to that. i also called the courier office at gurgaon but they are not picking the call. i am really disappointed by the service. its really poor. courier is not received yet and the call center is not reponding. i want my courier to send on the address and want a clear refund against the poor service.

Parcel not returned
I had courier a product to be sent to Surat, India on the 19.05.2016, tracking ID[protected]. Though the parcel was duly sent at the Surat address but the same was not accepted by the party and returned back to mailer. However, it has been almost two months and I have still not received back the parcel. The tracking ID shows return in transit.
This kind of callous attitude in the logistics service is highly shameful.
I want the compensation for the product if it cant be returned in a day,

I had sent rakhi through this courier co. and i must say it is the most pathetic co.i had countered so far. The status of delivery was updated upto next day of dispatch. after that no update was there for a week. And after lot of enquiry it was received by us goin to co.ourself and what we found is that original packet was replaced by new 1 and the rakhi was missing frm the packet.
the co. made a new envelope and misplacd the original and also the rakhi.

i suggest everybdy nt to go for dis co. they hv playd with the sentiments. Not only the rakhi got delayed by 1 WEEK but it was missing. PATHETIC CO.PATHETIC SERVICE

I have sent the courier dated on 29/7/2016 from shimla to Jamshedpur. but still the courier has not been received even I tried to confirm to customer care no. but nobody responding well.
I am the regular customer of On dot courier and it is the first time that it has been one month approx and my courier has not been reached at the place. It was shipped from dehradun on 13th august. After almost 10 days, i am yet to receive any communication from ondot.in their portal when i tried to track the shipment, its showing -

There is no one to receive the calls when i called at the mentioned phone numbers.
After several attempts when i have reached them on their kolkata customer care no :[protected], one lady with a rude tone informed me that they are not able to deliver it, and sending it back to delhi.

We are trying to get status of above mentioned consignment & surprisingly there is no response on numbers mentioned in your webs sites - [protected] & [protected]. even mr amit sharma also not responding on number [protected]. as a matter of fact we are struggling like any thing just to get status.

Has also spoken with mr sashikant regarding said consignment since last 2 days & every time he is asking to give some more time. now we are in fear that if really your people possess our consignment or not. your guwahati people are unable to give any clarity regarding

Just to recap, said consignment was booked by croda from mumbai on 13th august 2016 & surprisingly it has not been delivered till today i. e. even after gap of 10 days. your guwahati office is unable to give any status regarding the consignment & our person is visiting your guwahati office on daily basis.

It is really unfortunate to see that we are struggling like any thing & in absence of non delivery our unit is unable to take production.

Hence request you to kindly look into the matter & see how we get our consignment so that we can restart our production.

I had couriered two books from gurgaon at address of bhera enclave and sangam apartment paschim vihar on 17/8/16 with tracking no[protected] and[protected] but not delivered yet. I am feeling very embarrased due to non delivery till date. Icalled but parcels were not traceable only. Those were important and confidential matter
Pls look into it and update as to when it will get delivered

It was for first time i sent a courier via on dot services

This is with regard to the courier delivery within same circle. The courier number[protected] &[protected] were sent from bhiwani on 12th august 2016 which was carrying "rakhi" and was mentioned on the package as well. These packages were intend to reach before 18th august. Today on 19th we received a call from delivery boy who was too rude and was abusing while talking to us. He was not aware of the location and address and was asking so many times and even after guiding him, he refused to deliver the package. The number of delivery boy is "[protected]".

This package was for a special festival which has been passed and now even delivery boy refused to deliver. Delivery boy should be penalized for his behavior. We are also filing a legal complaint for his rude behavior and abusing language.

We are also looking forward for refund for non delivery and also mental harassment and trouble caused by on dot courier company.

My sister sent me rakhi parcel through on dot courier from barnala (Punjab) via reciept no[protected] dated[protected]... But the packing of parcel i recieved is completely torn and all the things of packing have been removed... All i got is two rakhis...

I was expecting a parcel courier ed from yamuna nagar haryana. Against docket no:-[protected] on dated 03/08/16.
As per tracking system it was reached mumbai on 5/8/16 and delivered to m/s shree enterprices, aurangabad on 5th august.
But till date we have not recieved the parcel.
Since last 10days calling shree enterp owner mr. Vinod jhajoo and also mr. Sandeep from mumbai on dot customer care but all in vain and passing the time only.

Sir courier was received at your office on 13.08.2016 but till date not delivered in school which was too delay.

So sir please deliver it as it was most urgent as it is entrance form which will held on 03.09.2016.

Dear sir,
I want to complaint about your service you provide the agencies to different areas like in different state & district i am reporter in one news online channel & newspaper.
My complaint is regarding your agency holder who booked a document from pathankot to jalandhar on the name of inderjeet mahajan from seema mahajan document no:[protected]. I dont know thw booking office address but my complaint is if you dont have any service on above address according to mentioned in document then why should your agency holder book a document even your jalandhar office at basti nau said we are not dealing in villages but our house is in city he giving warning to me that if i come at office for taking the delivery then its ok otherwise we will send your document back. Mentioned no service. According to this your agency holder need just money. Please provide me the solution as soon as otherwise i will gave in news paper regarding your services.
