Dear team,

On 25th nov 2016, my parcel of 2kg weight is couriered from bhiwani haryana to surat gujarat. last 6 days tracking information showing that parcel is received at airport hub-ondot (del) but not forwarding from that location. we are not receiving any update from on-dot couriers and cargo.
Company officials are not proving any information why the parcel is not forwarding from that location.

I sent one courier from Ahmedabad to vizag ..after several days product didn't received at vizag ..I trace it out and called at vizag ..he said that courier is pending with him ..u come and collect otherwise I am returning this product..I said it's not possible to come and collect..so u return my product..after several days I again checked it's status it's showing in vizag ..again I called them to return my product..and after 19 days I got my product..and I did not sign on recipient ..I said that I will going to make claim..i[censored]r not able to sent courier to particular location why u book it? And please if it's not possible then at least reply to customer..so the worst experience with this courier service..I'm m going to take this matter with consumer court..so that the courier service must learn something from this..

Worst service ever had with any courier company... Doct no.[protected]... Delivery boy not picking call, kharadi branch person put up his hands in helping for delivering the courier. It contains documents which are needed on urgent... Courier deliver boy name patil.. Contact no. [protected]... Need action on this... Definately never recommend any1 for ondot courier... Worst service... Branch saying that we don't deliver in that area, then why uh book it for that region... I also told that i can collect myself... But they are not responding... Totally worst management

I couriered my Daughter I Chennai her clothes &. Other items by on dot courier 1st Nov from mukerian by tracking no[protected] but after tracking I found d that it is still it is received by Chennai courier on 5th November but not delivered yet .I paid extracharges to delivered it timely but still not deliver as she is need of clothes for college function kindly check it for fast delivery

This is a followup complain with regards to my previous complain made on 22nd October 2016.

I want to register a complaint regarding a courier service named "Maruti Couriers, Andal(West Bengal)". I shipped my courier on 10/10/2016 from New Delhi.
The courier service used was ON-DOT Couriers. I fetched the numbers of Kolkata and Burdwan Centres. And from them i came to know that my courier is stuck in Andal, West Bengal. When i talked to this person named Mukesh he was very rude and said that he wont hand over my courier until and unless we offer him money. Moreover during the conversation he used slang languages. I request you Sir/mam that please help me get my parcel back so that i can ship it with a different courier. Moreover i think that my parcel will be tampered because the behaviour of the courier person was very suspicous.

Dear sir/mam,

I want to raise a complaint against on dot couriers. I had sent my shipment on 10th october 2016 through one of their franchises named "ayush express, uttam nagar, new-delhi-110059".

I had some important documents to be sent for registry and bank accounts but still they haven't delivered my documents. They have provided me a very pathetic service and my important work has been delayed due to them. It has been around two weeks but still the document is not delivered.

I was surprised to see the tracking details today as i see the courier still is in kolkata since 13th october and hasen't reached its destination.

So sir/mam i request you to please look into this matter urgently so that my documents gets delivered. I am mentioning all the details below and also i have attached the reciept.

Hi team,

I have sent a courier from jalandhar punjab to pune pimple saudagar onn 13 oct. Till now the courier is not attempted for delivery.Online i am checking Its showing from 16th its in Pune Hub -Intransit. POD number is[protected].Its second time that courier is not delivered on time by ondot.Really pathetic services you guys are providing to the customers.Kindly check very is the gap and resolve i will be highly thankfull.

This is a complaint regarding my consignment number[protected] from On-Dot Courier services, that was booked under express delivery to be delivered in Pune dated :[protected]Monday) and was assured by the manager of Mathura branch of On-Dot to be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday(5/[protected].
The failure in the attempt of delivery of courier caused huge inconvenience as it was an urgent courier to be delivered. In the online track of courier no update was available and suddenly it showed that courier returned to delhi. No attempts were made to deliver the courier on time.

When the packet reached at mathura centre it was apparent to be tempered as the box was in bad condition and the tape removed.
On opening the box we found both the internal packets hampered and seal broken, with the most costly item stolen.
On reporting this complain to On-Dot manager of Mathura branch, he wrote the complaint but is not working and taking any action on the same and the service provided is very poor..

This is totally unexpected that you will update wrong status of website for tracking on courier status, this was really very urgent parcel and still not delivered by you.

I got a call 4 days ago from an unknown no. That your courier is with us, we don't have any service to your area so where shall you deliver. I replied "are you coming on today for delivery" they replied we will come on tomorrow not today. I replied " ok fine. Please call me on tomorrow before leaving. I will tell you exactly where i am and pickup the courier. Thereafter from last 4 days i didn't received any call. I called to the same no. 20-30 times at different times and days as the courier was urgent, but the phone was ringing no one picked it up. I even didn't had the name of courier service so that i could find alternate no. Online. Today i called again, someone picked up the call and replied me that we called you once thereafter its your responsibility to come and pick it up. As the purpose of the courier also got forfeited, so i told him to sent it back from where it had come.

Is this kind of totally negligent service, i expect from an international courier service provider and that to in domestic service.
Sir i request to take strong action against it.

My friend from aligarh sent me a parcel on 19/9/2016. Till date i have not received it at my lucknow residence. It contains some very important papers. Now, when i called them they are saying that your area is "no delivery zone." so we cannot deliver it to your area. You have to take it from our office.. What kind of irresponsible behavior is this. You should have told us before. We would have gone to some other courier service which delivers in our area. You people only want money but are reluctant to do your jobs properly. The courier no. I booked a courier on 10-sep-2016 from agra at laxmi cargo & courier branch of on-dot courier & cargo.in the package there was a mobile phone worth ₹1450 which was to be delivered to gurgaon at snapdeal's ware house the shopkeeper gave me a receipt of ₹425 with awb no.[protected] and i paid.

But next day my courier was unable to tracked then i go to laxmi courier & cargo shop the shopkeeper told me i that on-dot forwarded your consignment to dtdc with consignment no. d29985447 and my consignment was not delivered to destination. dtdc didn't delivered my shipment or courier. worst service by on-dot and as by dtdc.

Now i want my money back as soon as possible.

[protected] Food stuff taken out and received courier in poor condition

On the On dot website also - it clearly says - Reached in open condition, and also from the Cardboard box I can see the cuts made and the food stuff taken out. The overall box should weigh around 3 Kg and the stuff I have received is 1.5 KG, homemade sweets is taken out, and 1 box of sweets not present at all in the packing.

Never to trust OnDot couriers! Poor service, non-ethical employees!!!
