On dot courier on dated on[protected] but till date not dilevered,
& i have again despatch a courier pod no is[protected] on the same address but till date not dilevered so, kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis.

I have sent one courier to Mr.Ankit gurgaon[protected] Docket number) by on dot courier as on 25th April but it's still not delivered. When i checked it's still at Gurgaon on dot office .I called at [protected] mobile number person replied we will not courier at gwal pahari as service is not available for same. When i asked why were you accepting courier if it's not deliver to destination location then he replied it's not my duty you need to check with chandigarh team. Now after 4 days they are returning courier to chandigarh and behave very rudely.i requested by mail and phone but no support. it's totally harassment to customer and way of talking is pathetic.

I booked a courier from Chandigarh to Mumbai docket No[protected] on 23rd of April 2016 with instructions that this courier contains important financial documents to be delivered on priority.

Till today i.e. 30th April 2016 the courier is not delivered at the address with repeated requests as well as visits to their local office.

Further delay will occur financial liability to sender.

Please provide me details and receiving of documents ASAP.

I am from Pune and had ordered DishTv connection from CompareDTH.com online Also Payment was done online.CompareDTH/DishTv had advertised Free Sports Shoe with a connection for which we had to pay courier charges which i paid.They had Promised delivery after 25 Days but even today i have not got the Parcel. After which contacted Pune On Dot Office[protected] they told me that the parcel had come on the 8th of april and went out for delivery But there is no signe of it.Till today i have not received my parcel the only reply i get is the courier boy must have misplaced it.Let me know what should i do even after payment is made i do not receive the parcel.

Good afternoon sir/mam I want to say that my Clint book courier and awb no[protected] south Asian electronics Devi ji road bhabhua Bihar. Sir I was waiting to receive my parcel, that time I didn't try to contact because I thought after receiving your branch staff they will be ring me. But after long time I was just angry on my Clint they told me to ask ondot courier branch office. I called before one day means 22april 2016 your staff say here is nothing for south Asian electronics again I repeat next day same things happened. Then I checked through net show me received Sasaram then called him and tell him you received my parcel 14april2016 and your are confusing me . He speak loudly and irritating me then I complained main office they all are using same language. I think they don't use do this ltd to serve the people they are fake. Using this service I lost my time my money . Due to your staff my client book two time same things but up to I didn't receive anything. My second awb no[protected]. I think at least head office staff will be solve my problem but they all are much more irritating. They only give us problem. I called this no in head office Delhi [protected]. When I said plz solve my problem otherwise I will report against you, he react me and say go and do I don't care, I thought what a system of ondot courier. Now I never want to take any service. If anybody will be obliging to my problem try to understand ur worker which is destroying ur dreams

I have sent some important documents on 13.04.2016 though ondot courier service with awb no[protected] from chandigarh to muktsar, pb. Courier needs to be delivered in a day time. It has been six long days and status is still in transit. No one from company including customer service number is attending phone to tell the status.

Now the courier is returning to the origin. Why they picked up a courier with destination outside their service area?
Either they should deliver it or get it delivered.

Also if the courier was damaged will the courier contain both the products or what if something was removed from it. As their is nothing like weight or no. Of items mentioned on the receipt(Image attached)

Docket no[protected] is posted from Rasra (U.P) to New Delhi on 21 March 2016. till 30th March 2016 not getting my parcel. Customer care not reply regarding courier service they always say that contact preet vihar branch and preet vihar branch not giving any reply.kindly support

We have dispatched a courier with pod no. ‪6391 743 53‬ on[protected] from Pathankot to Amritsar.But as on 22 March it is still not delivered . Our daily operational work is hampering due to this.

There is a parcel coming from moradabad to new delhi, docket no is[protected]. 20 days gone but parcel is not delivered and not communicate. when i connect them through call then do not take any action and also talk in abusive way, this is too much, worst courier in the world. kindly resolve my issue, if you guys also not resolve then what is the benefit to submit a complaint.

I purchased a product from Amazon, Seller sent the product through ONDOT courier service.
Courier Guy asked me for extra amount of personal tax as he was trying to make me fool.
But I contacted Seller at that time, seller said that i need not pay extra amount to him till then he was gone.
My question to you is why do u hire that kind of people who don't know how to behave with customers..

I sent the courior through on dot service on 5 march 2016 faridkot to ludhiana shri ram city union finance pvt ltd. Bhai than singh chowk opp. Bank of baroda. But my courior not deliver their to till date also. Courior employes says we sent your courior on 7 march monday
Pod[protected]. And the trasing show in ambala and bathinda. But they both have no knowledge about this. Sir i have private job. In this courior i have files about 1.50 lakh of bussiness. Pls contact me. [protected]

I have not received my courier. When I checked on the website it says that the packet was delivered however I have not received anything. I tried to contact the dealer who was not ready to take any ownership and was arguing with me instead. Finally he said that the courier boy is not picking up the phone so my packet cannot be delivered and asked me how to settle this. I requested him that I need my packet since it had some important documents.
Finally he said that packet can’t be delivered and advised me to complaint wherever I can. I talked to him on Mobile# +91-[protected] this. Also, I have all our conversations recorded and I can send the same to you for your further perusal .
Could you provide some urgent help on this matter as it had some important documentation which I need to use by end of this week

Sir courier docat no[protected]dt01/03/2016 from ambala to haldwani has not been received so far. I am not able to get the correct information from you office at haldwani or ambala . The courier contains documents which need to be submitted to govt dept. The delay in submission will attract a penalty.
You are requested to locate this mail and arrange to deliver the same by 08/03/2016. The company will be responsible for the losses suffered by me due to non / delay submission of the documents.

I sent parcel from Chennai to Sagar Tek Plaza, Sakinaka, Mumbai on 22nd Feb 2016, but the parcel( Docket No.:[protected] is not yet been delivered.
