Shipment number e8252965 suppose to be received on 22nd jan as per confirmation on telecom but it is still not received also nobody picking up phone on customer care number of ahmedabad.

Pathetic service

I had ordered branded socks. From shopclues. On dot courier person picked up the parcel on 29 dec 2015 yet I have not received the product.
Very very poor service of this courier and shop clues.

I have to send a courier on urgent basis on 18/01/16 so i found On Dot in Lucknow, Courier man told me that it will reach to Noida by 19/01/16.
But till 21/01/16, it not in tracking even, and that courier man is not proving complete status of courier.

Sir, Our firm is Anjni Labels, B-1/296/B-1, Guru Nanak Pura, Civil lines, Near Dushera Ground, Back Side Gurudawara, Ludhiana [ Punjab ] and my name is Neraj Gupta. We booked the 1 k.g approx parcel for, Writer Sports Wear, manufacturing unit, Bhawani market, Near Old Bus Stand, Behroar [ Alwar ], Rajesthan- 301701, to 12th December 205, On Dot Courier. But this parcel not reached there. We complaint many times, but no response. The Parcel cost approx Rs 10000/- At last they said we did not booked the parcel. Sir we have a Courier Receipt in which date is also mentioned. We attached d courier receipt and also the voice recording of Mr Vinod Kumar The On dot courier man name is Mr Vinod and is no [protected], and land line no is :[protected] and the corier no :[protected]

This is regarding the package no[protected] which had arrived in your amritsar branch on 9/1/2016 and has not been delivered yet and it contains my important books and your employees do not even have the manners of talking nobody hears your complaint and they even hang up the phone in the mid of your complaining of your sub standard service . IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY THEN SHUT IT DOWN .

Dear Sir, I am trying to contact to KIRTI NAGAR HUB DELHI since 2 days but there is no pick up my call i have dialled all contact number [protected]/42/39 [protected],[protected], i am trying these all numbers but after ring the 50 calls only once a time [protected] pick up my call & hold my call i again try but he picked my call after 10-12 times ring & told me that please contact to [protected] number & he also did not pick up my call and disconnect My Doc No: E8032013, Ondot Couriers still not Delivered my Couriers.

I will apply for follwing company.for couriers service and i will not sucessfull for working with this company and i will close the dealing with company.and i will give amount of aprox 20000 rupees and the company will not give my money to me back .i will send letter to company to back my payment but they canoy take care of my letter and i will very harassed by the company and i will face many problems

Ondot pickspeed not delivering my parcel I buyed a product from shopclues with order id[protected] was shipped by ondot pickspeed with tracking id- EP2422186 Expect delivery date- 1 Jan 2016 But till now the status show intransit when I tried the helpline no. No one picked up & sometime engaged phone, this happed second time with me with this courier service, I want solution and my product delivery, take a strict action against with this courier company

Hello, Ondot courier branch Sector 6 Noida has my parcel since 1st January 2016... Daily they are commiting for same day delivery.. Today they are saying they do not have delivery in my area They have parcel with them or not...right now i am doubtful on that also The lady that handles this is committing the same thing to their Delhi office also since past 4 days... I think she will keep it with her for a month or two...

Shipment no:-E8006664 is no deliver at the moment ant without any information goods pack back it's happen every time the worst service in the courier word

One urgent document sent by Autopace chandigarh (A Maruti dealer) through on dot courier service. they called me and said to pick the courier from their office. this is their prime duty to deliver the courier on the address mentioned. if they don't have delivery in the no service area they should not have to pick the courier. please take action.

Docket no[protected] booked from Panchkula to Mumbai on 21st dec 2015. committed delivery by collection agent was friday 25th dec. Unfortunately, it has reached Mumbai on 24th but not yet delivered. After dialling Delhi customer care ( number which no one picks up as mentioned on website), called andheri. The lady there first said that the doc no cannot be tracked. when i told her that it has reached mumbai on 24th as per the website tracker, she said that they were closed on 24th and 25th and now they have no load, so they will deliver on 4th. when i insisted, she disconnected the phone. when i called again, she gave me no of Satish who is an officer of the company. i called him several times but he did not take the call. finally he took the call and said i must contact the same lady. hahaha. he told me to contact mr sandeep on number ending in 95.i called sandeep and he started discussing my case with his coleagues. finally my mobile phone battery went dead and i gave up.

Awb. No E5238950 I ordered in on Shopclues on 19 th dec and on 21 St Dec the courier people marked it RTO for which when I called the helpline of ondot the lady was abusive, the worst courier

Plot Nos 109 to 142, KIADB, Narsapura Industrial Area, Karinayakanahalli Village, Kasba Hobli, Malur Taluk, District Kolar, Karnataka - 563130, (India) [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] I am trying these all numbers but after ring the 50-60 calls, THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE . TILL DATE COURIER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED NOR RETURNED BACK .

Dear Sir, I have bought one mobile phone (Micro Max) from Shop clues on line shopping whose booking date is 29.11.2015 from delhi to my home town Bareilly UP. And courier was dispatched on 01.12.2015 by On Dot Courier for Bareilly. But today is 11.12.2015 and yet not received my mobile whose AWB No is E5221145. On dot Courier are not ready give any solution for it. I have talked to on dot courier so many times in Bareilly as well as in Delhi they not ready to give any solution for it. I have couriered 1 packet from Chandigarh to delhi on 27th Nov.2015 and i was told that it would be delivered the very next day i.e. on 28th Nov.2015. But today it is 1st December but still the packet is not being delivered. My AWB No. is[protected]

My docket no[protected] booked a parcel of less than 100 grams for Delhi on 30/11/2015 at around 10.45 am I feel extremely sad and helpless to state that Ondot service Is the worst courier service I have come across I request all my friends n people to stay away from On Dot .I am forwarding a copy to consumers forum.

If you people do not have staff to deliver the parcels on time then why the hell do you operate courier business...shut the business today itself..i am waiting for a parcel sine 5 days.. it has not been delivered yet..when i went there personally to collect the parcel they told me that it is out for delivery..worst courier service ever experience
