My sister did the courier with this company frm Delhi and it reached Mumbai on 23 Aug. But they are not delivering. Every time i call them they say there is no delivery van so you pick yourself from Andheri office. They even abused me also. And still saying dat they dont know when they will deliver my parcel. I stay in Nehru Nagar kurla east

My friend sent a courier from kanpur to gorakhpur on[protected], which hardly should take 2 days for delivery. It is 21st of august and neither am i able to track my shipment nor are the courier company intimating me of tha shipment. Today when finally i could get in touch with gorakhpur workshop, they toked to me in rude manner stating that if you want the product come and collect else we have no problem in sending it back to kanpur. What behaviour was this? I need a resolve to this.

Dear Sir, This is in reference to the Docket no[protected]. I am tyring to contact customer care as i am not able to get details via tracking.i have contact no [protected](customer care number), he told me that we will not give status to you. do anything you want to do. also we will not deliver your courier.Go to consumer court and what ever it is. Kindly help me on this and get the details.

We, M/s Priya Technologies, 25-A, First Floor, Meedo Plaza, Rajpur Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, couriered some important documents related to service center through on dot couriers, Raj Plaza, Dehradun. Our Mr. Mohit went to the said courier office on[protected] for sending the courier to Mr. Shashendu, C/o HCL SERVICES LTD, 13/14, Sector-3, Noida. Even till date the recipient did not receive the courier. when our Mr. Mohit tried to know the status of our documnets from the employee of the courier service company, they simply befooled him by telling him to come one day after the other. Finally when we strictly asked them about the status of our documents which we had sent through them, they bluntly told us that it got lost somewhere in transit. We are suffering financial loss and mental anxiety. Pls help us in resolving the issue.

My sister had couriered some medicines for my mother from Patna to Kolkata on 25th July, 2015 Docket number is[protected] Its been in in the Dumdum, Kolkata office since last five days but they are not delivering the courier with reason that water logged. But I want to pay your attention that from last 2 days it is very sunny and there is no rain and still they are not delivering the courier. when my mother is calling them they are saying they will deliver today from last 3 days but delivery still not happen. The person in charge is Mr. Ashok who is very rude and try to harass us. Sometime he is saying that he has returned the courier to Patna and sometime he is saying that he will deliver today. His mobile number is [protected]. I would like to do strong complain against this person and company. As you understand that medicines are very important and they are not delivering. If something happens to my mother than who will be responsible. Dear team please help me from this harassment and disturbance created by On dot couriers and Mr. Ashok. Please take strong action against this company and person in charge

I have send a courier to mumbai on 15th july 2015 Awb number:[protected] They are saying that courier is delievered on 25th july 2015, but it is not delieverd yet, they steal my parcel and delieverd to himself and saying it is delievered i think. pls take action against on dot. When i am asking about signature and phone number to whom it delieverd, then they only say ther are finding out. And Not recieving the call.

Parcel No.[protected]On dot courier). Mentioned parcel not delivered at destination. This parcel was couriered from Lupin Limited Pune dated on 16/07/2017 for delivery at Lupin Limited Pithampur. This parcel has not been received yet at designation and status of parcel in company's (On dot courier) web site showing out for delivery. When we called to company's phone number no body is picking the phone from last 4 days. Pls look into it...

I have courier my parcel by ondot courier company from Jalandhar Punjab to Mumbai on 14 th July with PoD number as[protected]. The parcel still not received by the party. I have contact their customer care number so many time but I didn't get any response.Kindly help me out on this matter.

Reference to the docket #[protected] books from IMT Manesar to Noida on 26th June2015. This packet must be deliver before 30th june as agreed, but still not done. The destination office of ondot at noida... no one is giving positive response. Please look into the matter and locate the packet get it deliver by today itself.

I sent a courier through ondot xpress on 30.06.15 and they assure me that it will be deliver on 1.07.15 as I want it but at 3Pm on 1 July they said it is "on the way". After so many many till 5PM they said "ladka gya but mila nhi" as its a big lie because they wre at home. At 7PM with many call they assured me "aj phunch jaega" After so much harashment till 9PM I suggested Kindly give me the address so that we can pick by ourself but head office department completely declines they said " sub abnd kreke ja chuke hai " than what about my delivery. Further from last 4 days he is not picking any phone of sirsa on dot courier sevice and maximum time his phn is switch off.Further nobody is picking the call at their landline. Its a humble request kindly sort out my problem as the earliest possible as i am facing too much problem because of this.

This regarding my consignment no[protected] with on dot courier services to kolkata. The courier is still not delivered to kolkata after many days of follow with the ondot team and is really frustrating . I am getting very poor response from the customer services guys, they are not willing to deliver the order instead they want me to go to their office and collect the courier. The tracking is very poor. no proper update for days. No one knows where exactly the courier is.

Dear Sir, A courier sent from bangalore(JP Nagar 3rd phase) to coimbatore(Cheranma nagar) on monday(25/5/2015). Cheranma nagar falls in coimbatore corporation city. The ondot courier person which is located in ratnapuri coimpatore, not delivering the parcel. Instead of delivering the are asking to collect some anonomous place and talking very rude. Kindly help me to deliver. The ondot courier person located in Ratinapuri at coimbatore location is Bala.

i have posted courier on 23/05/2015 form jassur distt kangra himachal pradesh to sun pharma Industries Ltd. C-52 Industrial area, Phase-3, SAS Nagar Mohali State-Punjab.It's not reached at it's Destination and when i track my docket no. it doesn't give any response. When i called to your customer care he also telling me this docket no. is not valid. Please ensure me that where is my courier. It's very important to me because i have post very important document in it.I have also attached the receipt of your courier with this message. If you will not solve this problem in between 12pm tommorrow date28/05/2015 i will go to consumer court for claim because i m with proof. docket no.[protected] manifest no. 1573048 i have also called to your ambala office no. [protected] he also told me that your docket no. is not shown in our database.

I represent Dr.Shaji's MRI, an MRI Centre in Calicut and many other places in Kerala. Our regular supplier S2Lite, Secunderabad sent us 2 sets of LED MRI lights to Manjeri and Kasargod in Kerala. on 30-10-14. The same has not been delivered at Kasargod. Tracking number is[protected]. i booked 2 packet on dated 31/03/2015 and 02/04/2015 by on-dot couriesr company as tracking id 1. [protected] and[protected].i am not able to find items.i contacted so many times but dindt get back my items. Worst Courier Service in India. Useless, Manner less and Rude staff. They will not deliver the parcel on time. They will not attend any calls and even if they attend they will place the phone down without speaking and our money will be wasted.Even if they speak, they will hand the call before you finish speaking.
