Hello sir/madam,

Good morning!!!

This is to inform you that courier was sent from patiala on 9th april, 2019 and i did not get yet. I called your concerned person but he is making excuses and it is not delivered yet which were supposed to be deliver on 12 april, 2019 the receipt no[protected]. It is very confidential and urgent document. Everyday i am calling but he is saying you come and collect and sometimes he is saying he do not have boy to deliver. I am pissed off from your service. This is not the first time it is second time because for first courier also he did the same which was delivered last week but this time he is doing the same. Kindly take the stringent action against them. I am 101% sure that next time i would not use your service.

I am employee of axis bank ltd . i send courier to mumbai from axis bank sadaura branch distt yamunanagar via pod no [protected] on 4 th april 2019. but still now its not delivered . very bad service also he does not pic call ..not confirm the status for same .
