I have still not received a call nor my parcel from on dot request you guys kindly help me its almost a month ... kindly suggest me what legal i have to do against this . i am totally feed up now these guys are just bloody cheaters
can this foram help me to get from ondot delhi Kindly let me know from this foram any one has received the parcel which was escalated for ondot ...

This is to inform you that i have couriered my documents at delhi address of 4 community center, new friends colony, near surya hotel, new delhi on 13.02.2020 but till date my parcel is not received by company . Please check the status that papers are much important to reach there on time .

I booked on dot courier for my packet from bilaspur h.p to chennai on 20 feb 2020.Till date no tracking and no delivery

A medicine packet was dispatched from mcleodganj, HP on 17.02.2020 through on dot courier services and the same was delivered on 07.03.2020 after numerous correspondence made from the agency at uttam nagar, delhi.

The delay caused may be explained and the necessary action may be taken against the defaulter.
