Dear sir/madam,

Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on dec 29 at 11:05 a. M. Last week, but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 770.98) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..

"you have initiated a txn of inr 770.98 at one97 comm on icici bank card no.1670. Otp is 398539. Dont share with anyone. Bank never calls to verify otp"

For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and my bank message which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications.

I have come to know that my account was hacked v& hacker has made two transactions of rs 20000 & 19999 through. I would request u to investigate the fraud transaction. I have linked phone pe with my bank account. I am sending u the screen shot of bank transaction &the message of hacketr he admitted that he has withdrawn the money pl locate that person the person who call me the no is [protected]

By utilizing this promocode i have ordered loreal paris excellence cream hair colour black on 17/11/2018. But product was not received in good condition and hence was requested for the change of product. Accordingly the product was picked up by blue dart and return was approved.

However, the exhanged product was not made available to me till date.

I made a booking for a train ticket from mumbai to goa on the irctc app. The payment has gone through but i have still not received the ticket. I have tried to get in touch with one97 communications multiple times as they confirm through message that the payment is received. Below are the transaction details:

But my booking has not gone through. I have not received my train ticket yet. It says failed transaction. Unable to reach one97 communications

I was trying to book ticket on 4th december for my journey from anand vihar terminal to bhagalpur of 27th of jan 2019 through irctc app.. I used my uco debit card.. It was not successful.. Tickets did not booked neither i got any transaction details. But 1100 rupees is debited from account.. It is not refunded till now.. The statement o[censored]co account shows "rs. 1100 spent at
One97 communication li, delhi" like this.. Please try to refund amount as soon as possible... Or guide me what should i do..!

I have tried to book tatkal tickets from solapur to chennai central on the following dates 26 dec 2018. I have tried three times for paying the money. Money got deducted from my bank account but irctc app said that the transaction failed and j didn't get any seats. It is been one week since the transaction happened but i have not got any refund. These are the transaction ids: s1646162, s1676256, s1720178. All of these has a transaction description as prcr/one97 communications l/noida. I kindly request you resolve this issue as soon as possible

I was trying to book tatkal ticket on on 25th dedcember through irctc app.. I used my sbi debit card.. It was not successful.. But 475 rupees is debited from account.. It is not refunded till now.. The statement of sbi account shows "by debit card othpg[protected]one97 communications lnoida" likes this.. Please try to refund amount as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, i have given my debit card information to one of friend through facebook messenger, but later on i have come to know that his account was hacked and hacker has made transaction of 5000/- through payment gateway one 97 communication. I would request you to investigate the transaction with reference number[protected].

The payment was made through hdfc bank debit card on dt 25 dec 2018 at 8.10 am. Such activities are creating lack of faith on online transactions, so i would like to request to kindly look into the matter and search for the wallet where this amount was credited and under whose name it is been registered.

I hope you will take this matter at prime priority and resolve this fraud transaction refund request as soon as possible.

This is to further inform you that i have made every possible request at bank, police station, cyber cell and crime branch.
Collective effort may catch the anti social person and could keep the trust of customer on online transactions.

I have filed so many complaints that 26.11 2018 at 2.28pm the money is deducted from my bank account but the company didn't got it I want to do the online shopping till now no response by the company side pl tell me whether I will get the refund or not I am sending u the screen shot of bank as well as already done complaints.all time company is saying our company will call u regarding ur email or phone number till now no response pl do some thing

I have an irctc account with user ID Loveubrij. On 15 december I tried to book Air tickets 2 times from Gau to Delhi. Transaction ID's are [protected] and [protected]. I had tried to book it through EMI option powered by Paytm. I used my Sbi credit card for these transaction. Both the time ticket was not booked but my credit limit was reduced by Rs 5065 and Rs 5065 again, now the amount of Rs 10130 has been converted to EMI's. The bank has converted the amount to EMI's even when ticket was not booked. My credit card statement shows that the money is transferred to merchant EMI to be paid to one97 communications Mumbai. Why they have not rejected the amount when ticket was not booked. They simply take the money and their customer care number is not easily accessible. The paytm customer care number ask for the paytm account and they only help their users. As I don't have a paytm account as I have booked it through irctc account. Now no I taking responsibility, nor the bank, nor the irctc and paytm. I am having lots of problems due to this this type of behaviour by the irctc and paytm. Please help me so they never repeat this kind o[censored]nlawful deduction. Thanking you

Amount deducted but the ticket is not booked when i selected debit card while booking train ticket. I just repeated same booking but i faced the same, i got error like rejected by bank.. As it done through one 97 communication still now cash not refunded or i not received even one message about failed transaction.
Please check the attached screenshot of my both transaction and statement of my bank account.

I have booked a train ticket from TNA to KUDL on 26th DEC 2018 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure ones (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from BANK OF MAHARASHTRA bank account, but still not refunded.
Plz look into this matter immediately.

I selected debit card while booking train ticket. Amount deducted but the ticket is not booked. I got error like rejected by bank. And the the bank name is paytm m. I can see in my bank transactions that its deducted for one 97 communication. Cash not refunded

Plz help me as i am helpless know one is reverting as my money is deducted unnecessary from my account as i am linked with paytm with my bank a/c. They are miss-using my money. Kindly do the needful. Kindly find below details.

On 24.11.2018 i want to send rs 49.4 to club factory for on line shopping the money is deducted from my account at 2.28pm but the factory owner did not got the money i did four times complaint but till now no response from company but they are saying your complaint is resolved i enquire from bank also but money is not refunded till now. I have booked premium tatkal ticket on 24 th december for journey date of 25 th december.
Ticket booking was one done one day prior to train bording that is Premium Tatkal ticket for the next day at around 11:00am.
I have done payment with payment option of debit card powered by paytm and amount got deducted from bank account but ticket was not booked
Amount of Rs (2070) got deducted from bank in favour of POS-ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS account but ticket was not booked.
Ticket booking status is still unbooked.
Kindly look into the following concern.
