My account has been debit for 400rs for no reason.
That particular day the account had no transactions but to my suprise there was rs400 minus balance, which i had no clue of. The trust you keep on is going to vain.
Think slowly you might lose the customers and finally the market one day if it continues.
The day it was debited was the day i was at home and had done no transactions, but still you want to debit the account fr no reason? Thats nice.

I book two train ticket from sainager Shirdi to Dadar on 12 Nov.but ticket trransaction has been fail but amount debited form my bank account so please Refund amount to same account details on screen shoot

I am booking ticket of Sainager Dadar in tatkal .but ticket not done and 690 Rupes debit form Bank account (Bank of Maharastra.branch Takali bhan) with A/C. No.[protected].to one 97 Comunication .so please Refunded my amaount to my account

    I advocate karan jot singh writting you to take appropriate legal action against unwarranted otp by unknown person who who willfully and intentionally used my credit card without my knowledge at about 7: 08am morning which i got the otp to my mobile number of rs. 89 /- when i checked then i got to know about the otp in name of one97 communication limi with my credit card. Kindly revert with appropriate steps other wise i reserved my rights to take legal action against the above one97 communication limi and unknown person who deliberately used my credit card and committed an of cyber crime in the eyes of law

      I was booking a train ticket on 09 november 2018. When i click on payment the payment got processed the amount was deducted from my account but the ticket wasn't booked. I received the below message

      Thank you for using debit card ending [protected] for rs.240.98 in noida at one97 communications l on[protected]:11:17:38.

      Please do thr needful i want my refund asap.

          Sir i have made a payment from my sbi debit card for booking totkal ticket on 9th november at 11:14 am but the ticket was not confirmed due to no response from bank end.
          Rs 1740 was anyway deducted from my account but was not paid to irctc.
          The bank message was
          Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx5510 for a purchase worth rs1740.0 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected].

            Dear sir/madam,

            Actually the matter is that i tried to book a tatkal ticket via irctc on 9th november 2018 at 10 am but the ticket was not booked. But my amount of rs. 1500.49/- was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communication.
            And i have been waiting to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
            I request the concerned people to take necessary action asap and refund my money to the account from which it is debited.

              I placed an order on 15 september the product arrived damaged and returned it now the company told me that i will get my money within 15 days but i have not get it now i tweet my problem to the company twitter handler still company told me that they transfer the amount but it had been a long time but issue still continues and not getting any response from source

                Dear sir/madam,

                Actually the matter is that i tried to book a tatkal ticket via irctc on 3rd november 2018 at 11am but the ticket was not booked. But my amount of rs. 1340/- was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communication.
                And i have been waiting for last to last days to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
                I request the concerned people to take necessary action asap and refund my money to the account from which it is debited.

                For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and transaction history which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications noida.

                  I received an unauthorized call from an unauthorized person stating himself as from credit card deptt on 03/11/2018 evng 4:30pm. He asked for the otp but i didn't compromise with my otp. Still then 9999/- debited 4 times from my credit card. So i request you to do the needful and stop the payment from your end and refund back the amount to me. I will b thankful to you..

                  I tried booking tickets from Mas to Bangalore on the irctc mobile app and the amount Rs .1050 has been taken 3 times of from my account but they have refunded only one of the transactions back there are two other transactions that were not refunded. How do I get the reset of my money back for the failed transactions.

                      Hi, While I was booking train ticket via IRCTC website, I choose PAYTM payment method. Money (INR 378.36) got debited from my credit card but ticket booking got canceled as the payment was not success. I found that the amount was taken by One97 communication. I did booking by paying once again.
                      I donot see the payment refunded yet. Please get this resoled. Thank you.

                          I have transferred Rs.7000/- to paytm One 97 communications at paytm.[protected]@axisbank throught Bhim app. The money is not added in paytm wallet but debited from my account.

                          I checked with my bank which is ICICI and they confirmed that this transaction is completed and successful and money was debited.

                          Please reverse the money debited to my bank account. Below are transactions details and bhim transaction snapshot attached:

                          Kindly revert the money at the earliest as it is very important to me.

                          I haven't got back my money and the UPI address paytm.[protected]@axisbank is not responding. I got a call from +91 [protected] and they sent money requests to my bhim upi requesting for money which I declined. They repeatedly started calling me to accept the transaction and they will revert the money. I did not respond. Is this somekind of a fraud??

                          The address paytm.[protected]@axisbank shows as Paytm - One97 Communications. Now not able to reach them. Checked with Paytm and they say that the UPI transaction ref# is not from Paytm.

                          Please Bhim UPI, Paytm support kindly investigate, resolve this and get back my money. I will give complaint to Cyber police and consumer forums regarding this fraud.

                          This is still not resolved. Have not got back my money yet.

                          Am trying to reach +91 [protected] which earlier sent money requests and made repeated calls to me, now they are not reachable. These guys are fraud.

                          Have informed to bank, per them since the money is debited from my account and showing as deposited in their account.. they are still investigating. Request the concerned to please take corrective action and help get back my money.

                              But i received a invoice of 2 qty but i recieved only 1 qty. And in my order status they marked both the product as delivered.

                                Booked ticket on irctc using pos/ecom one97 communications amount debited inr 435.49 but irctc website showing pending from bank end. I enquired at my bank and confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic.
                                The message received from my bank as below -
                                Rs.435.49 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 19/10/18 11:04 at one97 communications l noida from ac:xxx392386. Indian bank

                                  Sir I paid the electricity bill using Paytm app via Bhim upi but it had been paid to paytm.one97communication, so the electricity bill was not paid.

                                  I am not getting what to do next so please give me solution to solve this issue to get mony back.

                                      Sorry for inconvenience sir but l was trying deposited money to further site but it is not occurred and otp also not generated instant time l had received message of to 23 oct 2018 at 3.29 pm of purchase worth 3500 on post 99017020at one97 communication l txn# 680597. I am already complaint about this case.
                                      You have no responce regarding my complaint sir take it emidiate action for my case it's very urgent.

My balance has deducted from wallet but receiver did not got amount till now. I have already submitted issue to paytm one97 communication but they not resolve my problem. When i call him than told me your money will be refund your wallet but did not refund till now. It is going from one month. I am submitting some picture which is clarify my problem.
