Dear sir yesterday l was doing payment to further site but unfortunately it's not happening and otp also not generated at that time. L had received message of from one97 communication l noida i. E your 3500 rs debited from your debit card. So sir please take a action and solve regarding my problem. I also attached mobile number and email i'd below.

This is vishnu. On the date of[protected] at 11:04am i have tried to book the train ticket in tatkal quota.. I have used rupay debit card of paytm payments bank but the ticket is not booked and money is deducted from my bank.. I have called to bank customer care they have informed that money had successfull sent and irctc customer service is saying that we have not received the amount.. But for me it showing that money is sent to one97 communication

I hemant from delhi. I tried to booked ticket from new delhi to basti on 17/10/2018 by official irctc website at arount 11 am. The transaction failed due to technical netwrk fault and amount of inr 405.49 was dedected from my account by one97 communication.
I request you to refund my money which is 405.49 in my account.

Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on oct 13 at 11 a. M. Last week but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 585.49) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting for this one week to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..
"thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxx77 for a purchase worth rs585.49 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn# 030579. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]"
For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and yonosbi transaction history which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications noida.

I bharti from gujarat. I tried to booked my tatkal ticket from rajkot to valsad on 20/10/2018 by official irctc app at arount 1215 pm. The transaction failed due to technical netwrk fault and amount of inr 847 was dedected from my creadit card by one97 communication.
I request you to refund my miney which is 847 in my account.

"thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For one97 communications ltd transaction of rs. 18492.7 from a/c ending 1917 on 17-oct-18 at 13:16 is igaeoypzm8."

Plz confirm the same so that i can take the application print out and get admission.

Dear sir,
My self prasanna kuamar mohanta from angul, odisha and i am the customer of bank having debit/credit card from last 4yr.

Sir, on date 16/10/2018 afternoon at about 04:40 pm total three unauthorized transaction of about rs.10000 and total rs.30000 used from my credit card account.
I have tried for online payment for only rs.10 but waiting for otp, after some time error msg sawing this transaction is fail from bank. Then i had try for another time again for rs.10 otp not came in time so that after some time when transaction is not succeed i am back from the page and disconnect my phone call, after that 4 msg are coming for otp at the same time for transaction of about rs.10000 and 3 times deduct the money about rs.30000 and also the fraud are try for another transaction but at that time i will block my card so that i am saved and those transaction are doing through the mobiwik and by using merchant name one97 communications ltd even i am not using those otp for transaction and also not aware about those transaction.

When ever i am not receiving and not input the otp then how the transaction is possible??. Please help me...
Sir, kindly humble request to help me for refund my money and do some needful actions.

Dear sir,
I had booked a train ticket through irctc website and I completed my payment through bank of baroda debit card and paytm payment gateway (one97communications)on 08.10.18
But next day I cancelled the ticket but the refunded amount not has been credited in my bank account. When I am checking irctc ticket refund history it is showing that amount has refunded in paytm bank on 09.10.18.but till now I didn't get my money in my bank account. Please refund my money in my bank account.

Hi all,

I'm writing to you after being unable to reach out to paytms 24x7 support team after placing atleast 15 calls.

It's sad to say that i'm extremely disappointed with the inability of the team to even pick a single call.

I picked up a pair of lp shoes and it looks like it's a tight fit for me. Im a regular shopper at flipkart and amazon and it's a hazzle free experience to return a product or to get a replacement. After spending 3 days to call the team, i've accepted the fact that the support team is of the lowest standard that i've encountered in my shopping experience.

Please let me know what is the best way to get a replacement for my ordered item.

I using paytm payment gateway (One97. Communications) for booking a ticket from www.irctc.co.in website on 22 sept 2018 at 11:02 am. But the payment of booking deducted from my sbi bank account but the booking was failed.
Irctc said that 24 sept 2018 this failed txn was refunded. But the money still not refund in my account upto till date.
I request that you show over the matter and refund my money in my sbi account.

I have booked a train ticket from ang to bsb on 5th oct 2018in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded.

I'd received a code for 15/- cashback in paytm and to claim it i'd opened paytm and completed my kyc as only after the completion of kyc i'll receive my cash back after that i'd entered that code and instead of getting 15/- in to my account they'd deposited that in to gold cash back 100% fraud and even customer care executive is also agreed that i'd done kyc before applying the code so you please deposit my cash back to me please do respond immediately...

Sir today i have ordered in zomato app while processing the payment it’s show error and the order is not confirmed but from account 283 rs has been debited plz solve my problem.

My name is RANA PRATAP SINHA.

Its a serious issue about 5 fraudulent transactions.

My mobile phone along with my payment cards were snacthed by 3 people last night on 1/10/18. And they have done these transactions without my authorization. Somewhere between 12pm-2am on 1/10/18.

On my bank statement next to these transactions in annotation "ONE97 COMMUNICAT POS DEBIT" is appearing.

I request you to investigate this and help me with a solution like if I can get this money back it would be highly appreciated. Kind send me a status update asap. I am very tensed.

I launched an FIR also online- LR No-2337382/2018 (FIR NUMBER).

One97 communications — irctc ticket not booked my amount deducted

I want to request you that i tried to book tickets from irctc official application on 27/09/2018 at 11:06 am the transactions are failed due to technical network fault and amount of rs.1348.05 deducted from my credit card account towards one97 communications payment gateway of irctc.

So, i request to refund my total amount of rs.1348.05 in my credit card account.

I got below message from paytm.
Dear Customer, You have a collect request for Rs.868.55 from paytm.[protected]@axisbank. To authorise, login to iMobile app or click bit.ly/UPI-Collectrequest.

I have authorized the request from my icici bank app assuming that i will receive the amount to my icici bank account.
but the amount got deducted from icici bank.

Please find below message which is the proof for amount got debited from icici bank account.

Dear Customer, acct XX6373 has been debited for Rs.868.55 on 28-Sep-18 towards linked paytm.[protected]@axisbank. UPI Ref no[protected].

Please let me know why i got this request and also i want my money back.
