I want to request you that i tried to book tickets from irctc official application on 28/09/2018 at 11:06 am the transactions are failed due to technical network fault and amount of rs.730 deducted from my savings bank account towards one97 communications payment gateway of irctc.

So, i request to refund my total amount of rs.730 in my bank account.

Please do the needful soon.

We have made payment of amount 1401 on 29 August 2018. That payment went in ur account instead of Tata power. So I want my refund asap. My account is in bank of India.
Sir, I tried to book tickets with irctc app but it was not booked but my money was deduct from my account when i try again booking it will be done when i cheak my account thare are two time deduction and I have only one ticket how its possible sir i requsted my extra deduction pay me back

      Was booking an tatkal ticket from my irctc account. I used the one97 communication merchant for completing the booking of ticket. My ticket was not booked. Money got deducted from my account. I mailed hdfc but they are saying that we have sent the money. You contact the merchant responsible

        Somebody has made payment of 15000/- on date 24/09/2018 through my debit card of Bank of india to the name of One97. Will send you the transaction I'd but he is saying he didn't get any amount. But amount has been deducted from my bank account. Please let me know if you have any detail regarding this id. Please help me out. You can see the transaction detail on below attached image. I need my money back kindly help me. Eagerly waiting for you response.

        I have booked ticket in irctc using paytm gateway, first time went to ONE97 COMMUNICATON LIMI, so i have rebooked again through same gate way.
        So refund my first transaction amount Rs 360.

        I had made payment to ICAI for exam form on 23/08/18 with Ref id[protected]IGAEFDGBT1. The payment has been deducted from my bank account but not credited to other party.. It jas been more than 30 days I have not got the refund. I have attached the screen shot of my bank account statement. Please look into matter and reverse the payment.

          Hi,

          Booked ticket on irctc using debit card via paytm gateway amount debited inr 1131 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

          Rs. 1, 131.36 was spent on your atm card no. Ending xxxx4563 one97 communication l on 22-sep-2018. A/c no xxxx5237 bal is rs. 6, 035.08 cr and avl bal is rs. 6, 035.08

          Also in statement it is showing the below message:

              Guide me, I was actually looking for a job and didn't paid to any of these but today I got a call from (mob : [protected]) and she said that she is calling from indeed and will be providing me the placement service for two companies and asked me to fill a form of rs 10 after which telephonic interview will be conducted by her HR and walk in interview will be done as per my telephonic interview after it, so I accepted the deal and they asked me to open a browser and type WWW.shinework.info and asked me google it, while they were continuously on call, then the page redirected me to a registration portal where they told me to enter a id after that a payment gateway of 10 rs was opened and my payment details were shown to me . Till here it was fine but after that I ended up entering my details and a otp was generated, still he was online and asked me to tell the otp to him, first I sensed it to be suspicious but giving it a second thought I saw a risk of loosing only 10rs but I was so stupid and that was the turning point, they debited 2500 rs from my account and when I contacted them they told me to credit it and again I got a message with an otp and he asked the otp to credit the amount, this time I realized how ### I was and knew about the game that I lost, kindly guide me if possible how to get the money refunded back to my account. I have call recordings and screenshot of every communication conducted, he also asked me delete every communication done by me to him so that he can generate a fresh otp but I sensed it and ignored him?

                Sir, I'm a student and today I received a text message of my money transferred to another account and further checking proved it was by one97 communication ltd, Kindly help me out and guide me to get my money back . I don't know how they got my account number and my details, but yes I did received the otp but didn't sent it to anyone.

                  Money rs 990/- deducted from bank of maharashtra without consent on date 14/09/2018 in the name of one97 communications l. Its a fraud done please revert back this money. I have not done any transaction on this date so it is a clear case of fraud. And one serious note is how one97 communications l can deduct any money from bank without any clarification. So it is clear case of fraud and can be resolved immediately. Make the money refund as early as possible.

                    I submit electric bill for wbsedcl through paytm gate way. Money is deposited at one97 communication lt, kolkata on[protected],. But the bill is not paid for wbsedcl... Plz pay the bill as early as possible... My wbsedcl consumer id is[protected]. So please take proper steps to pay the bill. I pay the bill at 8.12am. The last date of bill payment is[protected].. Plz pay the bill before the due date.

                        Rs.160 has been deducted from my sbi account although i have not done any such transaction. Also, my bank account is not linked to any such comapany or paytm.
                        Kindly return my money or else i will have to consumer court and file a case because this company is doing many such frauds.

                          I have made payment to irctc through one97 but payment made but ticket didn't get booked, but money debited from my kbl bank account. The transaction id is [protected]. The amount debited is 1542.72 inr. So please refund the amount asap. The money even not tranferd to irctc account it is with one 97 account so please help me to get back my money. My mob no.                             On 30.08.2018, around 05.30pm unknown phone call received from mob. No.+91 [protected], collected information about my sbi credit card then transactions 4 times with bank account debited rs.9998 * 4 = 39992 has been withdraw transactions from my sbi credit account paid to paytm. I request to you find out the fraudulent transaction and reversed to my account.

                                I tried two transactions through BHIM app to transfer money from my bank account to the paytm wallet. However, the amount got debited from bank account but is not reflecting in paytm wallet.

                                BHIM app is showing amount has been sent to bank account paytm.[protected]@axisbank.
                                But is not reflecting in my paytm wallet.
                                My paytm wallet is attached to my phone number. [protected].
                                Please look into this issue and kindly either add money to my paytm wallet, or refund back the money into my Canada bank account.

                                  Today I have received a phone call from an unknown mobile number:[protected], he asked about my credit card credentials, unknowingly I have revealed all the information, later I have shared my One Time Password(OTP) also. Fraudulent person did one transaction for RS.10000/- through my SBI credit Card. I kindly request you sir to cancel the fraudulent transaction done by the person immediately and refund my money as soon as possible. I have lodged police complaint against this incident and also planned to go ombudsman if am not getting my money back .This is my hard earned money, kindly help me to get refund of this amount of RS.10000/.

                                      I am unable to complete my paytm kyc.

                                      Neither do i have the kyc icon on the paytm app blue strip, nor am i able to complete my paytm kyc at any paytm agent since, all agents are claiming that paytm has stopped the kyc process.

                                      Has paytm stopped accepting new customers?

                                      I am also not able to receive my cashback due to this kyc issue.

                                        Today i received call from [protected] in true caller it is seen as tri bhan ki and the person name sonia tiwari employee id 3022441 was speaking with me for redemption of my rewards points of sbi card which either needs to be adjusted against the overdue amount or will transfer to account, while doing the adjustment against the sbi card i had got error for transaction and i had ask to provide the bank account last 4 digits with cvv no, i had received the otp twice and instead of credited my account has been debited twice for rs.20, 000/- each. And now i had received message on my mobile saying on297 communications ltd has requested rs.20, 000/- from me through upi.

                                        Pl hold the payment as i had not done any transaction on paytm or any other online or phone banking. I also want how the one97 communication is paying the amount on behaulf of me.
