Hi,

I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from uco bank a/c and the amount debited inr1050 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. The message received from my bank as below:

Rs. 1, 050.00 was spent on your debit card 6070xxxxxxxx7312 on[protected], 16:10:30 at one97 communication li, delhi. Available balance in your account is xxxx. Xx.

I wanted to book ticket from irctc but my ticket was not booked and status was"no response from bank" and the amount was deducted from my account.

    Hello sir,

    I am Sandipkumar I Mishra.
    I am shopping for cloths then i paid to 9830 to paytm merchant from my mobikwik wallet at[protected].

    5days gone but, the money is not showing in paytm and mobikwik wallet.
    Then i am paid him cash, this is not good for customer experience.

    So, i herbly request you to resolve my queries.

      This mail is regarding transaction failure:-

      On 14-july-2018 around 16:30 hrs, i tried to book flight ticket from jabalpur to tirupati through spicejet app,

      While transaction, after entering otp (Photo-attached) suddenly the mobile screen shows transaction failure, ticket didn't generate, but amount of rs.19489 debited from my sbi bank and sms received as transaction success (Photo-attached)
      And
      Sms received from spicejet showing that ticket booking is on hold and payment pending for pnr oh5r8b (Photo-attached)...,

      I have talked to spicejet customer service, they informed me that payment not confirmed for above mentioned pnr and send me a new link for doing the payment to get ticket confirmation.

      I have done transaction again with spicejet link for rs.19489 to book the flight ticket (Photo-attached).

      The transaction failed with one97 communication is not refunded since 14-jul-2018 to 31-jul-2018

      I got request from paytm one97. Moeny debited to my account but not credited to my paytm wallet or anywhere ..
      May i knoe the reason? I want my money.

          I received a call stating due to purchase from paytm mall i am 1st prize winner for tata nexon car or rs 999000 global india lucky contest due to purchasing a product from paytm mall and for that i have to register and pay rs 8500 towards registration charges call from no [protected] and my mobile no is [protected]

          i have only mobile no from which i received sms and missed call

          i want to know is it true or not ? any type of contest exists or not

          if it is fraud pls take corrective steps on urgent basis

            I received a call from Vikram Singh (Mobile number: [protected]) of "naukri" (This is what he has been saying everytime) on 23rd June 2018 asking me to register with them for new job search for my profile. When asked about their company he told me that it is recruitment branch of naukri.com and asked me to be rest assured about naukri.com website. This is where he misrepresented his company naukriplus.in as branch of naukri.com

            Vikram Singh had asked me to register online on their portal by paying Inr 3, 540/- (3000 + gst rs.540/-=3, 540), which i had paid online through my sbi net banking. While paying I saw the name as SS IMPEX which raised doubts on the company. I had inquired about this with Vikram Singh and he told me that t is the payment gateway they are using for receiving registration payments. He has also informed that there would no other amount to be paid except this for the assignment. I accepted the offer and made the payment.
            After 10 minutes, Vikram Singh had called me to inform that he is forwarding my profile to his senior Tarun Srivastava who will inform me about my unique reference id and also scheduling of interviews with the companies.

            Instead of transferring the call, he gave the phone to Tarun Srivastava (Mobile no.[protected]) who had asked me rs.8, 850 for e-profiler. I had informed him that i had enquired with Vikram Singh on the subsequent payments and was promised that naukriplus.in will not take any more payments from the candidates for which he had asked me to trust them that they will not take more than this amount of rs.8, 850/- and this will be refunded to me by the company with whom i will be joining after the successful interview. This statement from Tarun Srivastava has raised more doubts on the company and i informed him that i need more time to think about going ahead with the proposal.
            I started inquiring about the company with my friends and found that naukriplus.in is not a branch of naukri.com.
            Vikram singh and Tarun Srivastava have misrepresented their company naukriplus.in as a branch of naukri.com and also cheated me with rs.3, 540/- as candidate registration fees. I request you take stringent action on these culprits and also on the website owners naukriplus.in for cheating the gullible public who are on a job search. Also help in getting refund of my registration fee of Rs3, 540/-.
            The next day, one person by name Deepak had called from mobile no.[protected] and informed me that I have been cheated by his colleagues Vikram and Tarun for fulflliing their sales targets and offered me to refund the amount of 3, 540/- into my SBI account through card to card transfer. He started asking my card number, expiry date, and CVV number. I got more suspicious on this Deepak and did not provide any information. He abused me and disconnected the call.
            Today the fraudulent transaction got traced to One97 Communications Ltd, Devika Tower, Nehru Place, Delhi 110019 with Current A/c No.[protected] of SBI Main Branch New Delhi. The amount is lying in the credit of the bank account. Hence I request One97 Communications Ltd to refund the amount of Rs.3, 540/- to my SBI savings bank account with Lalaguda Branch, Hyderabad 500017.

                I Anil Vaswani had paid thru my visa credit card Rs 408.50 dated 11Jul 2018 time : 10pm for Zomato food online through my registered mobile no [protected] but when I checked with them i was told money has not been made to them hence my food order was not done .

                The money Rs 408.50 has not been credited into my account yet for the above.

                  This is to inform the readers that there is a fraud happening in the name of one97 communications limi. Actually the paytm company name is one97 communications limited, but these fraud people are using the same name to do fraudulent transactions.

                  Yesterday i. E. 24.07.2018, i got a call from a lady who told she is from sbi credit card section, she said they are giving me some gift vouchers or reward points which she will be depositing in my paytm account.

                  I was busy in my office and did not think much before i give away my credit card number, expiry period and cvv. She has all details of my credit balance, my card number and my date of birth etc., hence it was very difficult for me to not trust the caller.

                  After few minutes she had made a transaction of rs.24997/- in the name of one97 communications limi in my card and she called me for otp. Somehow i was smart at that stage and did not reveal the otp, hence my money was not withdrawn. My money was saved.

                  But these fraud people have used paytm company name to do such transactions. Hence i request you all not to give any details to people who call saying that they will redeem your reward points and at the same time dont reveal your otp. The fraud person called me from the number [protected]. Her name is radhika.

                  Please be careful and dont give your details to such fraud people.. I have also informed the paytm company about the same.

                    I tried to book my tatkal ticket through irctc connect one97 communication. The ticket was not booked. But the amount was Rs 770 deducted from my account bank of India through one97 communication. Please refund my amount to my same bank account.

                          On 05/07/2018 I made online transaction to One97 communications through paytm gateway using my debit card Rs.10 and amount is deducted. After sometime Rs.[protected]×2times) deducted from my account without my authorization.i have contacted one97 communications but they are not responding properly through phone.I registered complaint in HDFC bank but they closed the complaint as ATM pin was sharing during the transaction.I raised online police complaint.So Please kindly help me out get me back my money.

                                  I tried to book a tatkal ticket on 4th july, the amount deducted but dint get the ticket. I tried to call on customer care number number but no response.
                                  Let me know the procedure to register the complaint.

                                    I have tried to call on number to register the complain on [protected] but number disconnected automatically.

                                    I have logged a ticket on paytm bank, complain number 73967711.

                                    I have received the wrong amount of my order cancellation. Details are -

                                    The order number is [protected], paid amount is 473 but refund amount 293.

                                    Other order number is [protected], paid amount is 630 but refund amount 420.

                                      Yesterday there has been an illegal transaction "igadvzlts3" of rs 3223 against my sbi acount. Transaction recorded against - to transfer inb - one97 communications ltd.
                                      I have not authorized this transaction, no otp etc has been received or even passed to any body.
                                      How is money being debited from accounts without transaction.

                                      Please look into this and advice.

                                        On 19062018 i paid rs.400/- throgh bhim app to be credited to my paytm wallet. But the said amount was credited to paytm one 97 [protected]@axis bank.
                                        Bhim transection id is[protected] dt 19.06.18 time 19.10.12.
                                        Please refund in my bank or credit my paytm wallet with rs.400/-
