Had done transaction on Paytm on 03/10/2017 the money went to ONE97 COMMUNICATION/IMINOIDA/[protected].
I Have launched complent against it and I have got reference number by message which is [protected]
Plz Sir I can't afford this amount...

I have booked a train ticket from Nagpur to Mumbai on 16th july 2018 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from Bank of Maharashtra bank account, but still not refunded.
Plz look into this matter immediately.

On 05/07/2018 I made online transaction to One97 communications through paytm gateway using my debit card Rs.10 and amount is deducted. After sometime Rs.[protected]×2times) deducted from my account without my authorization.i have contacted one97 communications but they are not responding properly through phone.I registered complaint in HDFC bank but they closed the complaint as ATM pin...

I have payment electric bill through the cesc application by payment one97 getaway on 16/7/2018.but till now my electric bill does not payment.Rs 9550 debited from my bank account(screen shot attached).when I pay the money through payment they show me payment not done...but in my account blance deducted...I tried to call payment coustomer care many times bt they didn't recived.back my money or payment electric bill.plz slove my plm immediately....

While adding money, transaction of 500 rs gone missing, didn't added in my paytm wallet.

So i want my money back to my bank account..plz sir plz fix this problem..i m vry worry about...

I tried to book a tatkal ticket on 4th july, the amount deducted but dint get the ticket. I tried to call on customer care number number but no response.
Let me know the procedure to register the complaint.

I have logged a ticket on paytm bank, complain number 73967711.

I have received the wrong amount of my order cancellation. Details are -

Yesterday there has been an illegal transaction "igadvzlts3" of rs 3223 against my sbi acount. Transaction recorded against - to transfer inb - one97 communications ltd.
I have not authorized this transaction, no otp etc has been received or even passed to any body.
How is money being debited from accounts without transaction.

Please look into this and advice....

On 19062018 i paid rs.400/- throgh bhim app to be credited to my paytm wallet. But the said amount was credited to paytm one 97 [protected]@axis bank.

Dear sir,

On 20 th june i had done transaction of rs 636 by using paytm bhim upi id [protected]@paytm to pay the bill of my first cry purchase.

Money is not received by merchant (First cry.com). But from my hdfc bank account money is deducted to paytm. [protected]@axisbank.

I don't understand where this payment goes. Because it is neither credited to paytm wallet nor received by first cry.

I had made transaction of rs. 1000/- from phonepe upi to add in paytm wallet on 19/06/2018. The upi transaction was successful and debited from my canara bank account no. Xxxxxxxxx1872 but the amount not credited in paytm wallet.

I received following message.

Mobile message:

You’re a/c no. Xxxxxxxx1872 is debited for rs. 1000.00 on 19-06-18 and credited to a/c no. Xxxxxxxx4639...

This is to file a complaint that unauthorized charges has been debited from my bank bank account without my consent. Wanted to understand the reason behind such charges being deducted from my account. From my bank statement i understood that an amount of rs.425 has been debited totally at multiple transactions. Request you to take a look at this and revert to me at the earliest.
