I made payment of electricity bill of rs 2733 dated 16/6/18 through paytm and one 97 communication ltd through order no [protected].
Sbi ref no 201806160555320637511gadtbgux0.

Operator ref no is attached screen shot.
Still now it is not received by jharkand bijli vitaran nigam limited. (Jbvnl)
It is around 9 days over but still not credited.
Pl look into and reply. Shall i required to go for any legal action? Pl confirm.

    This is to file a complaint that unauthorized charges has been debited from my bank bank account without my consent. Wanted to understand the reason behind such charges being deducted from my account. From my bank statement i understood that an amount of rs.425 has been debited totally at multiple transactions. Request you to take a look at this and revert to me at the earliest.

      I was adding money in my patym account [protected]

      So i was completing my payment using my upi id [protected]@sbi

      While adding money, transaction of 500 rs gone missing, didn't added in my paytm wallet.

      But transaction of 500 rs is successfully completed from my upi id [protected]@sbi

      500 rs is credited in
      To paytm account upi id :- (Paytm. [protected]@axisbank)

      For proof i am attaching all the screen shot of transaction history
      Sir please help me to solve this issue
      I have no information where my this 500 rs have gone

              I booked irctc standard room on 08/06/2018 for the month of august 27 to 29 2018. Rs 3, 205.80 from my sbi account has been transferred to one97 communication ltd. Via the room booking site of irctc payment processes, but still i didn't have the confirmation of room booking.
              I received a message as: to transfer inb one97 communication ltd [protected]igadrpvnn3
              I approach sbi for this debit & receive the confirmation message with transaction [protected] from the merchant.
              Kindly help me regarding this issue.
              I will be highly obliged.

              Dear sir,
              Today (17/6/2018) I tried to book Train ticket at 11:08 am time but ticket was not booked but money got deducted from my bank account.I have used Paytm gateway one97 communication with transaction ID [protected]/[protected] at given time but showing that pending From bank side.
              [protected] transaction was made for first cry... Here the money has been deducted.. But first cry order was canceled due to non payment... The amount of 438 at 5.30 on 13th June 2018 was made by BHIM upi... Hw to resolve this

                Yesterday i added money in paytm using phonepe. My money from my account got debited but it was not added to my paytm wallet. I have uploaded screenshot of the transaction details also.
                Usually it will add to my wallet but yesterday it was not it went to some other paytm. [protected]@axis bank.
                So kindly resolve as soon as possible.

                    I have done rs30 recharge on 19 june 2018 on idea number through paytm but i did not get recharge, instead of this i got message payment transferred to the one97communication.
                    I was making recharge on mobile but amount was transferred to the one97communication. I dont know how it was happened.
                    The amount has been deducted from my bank account.
                    So i request to make this issue clear & refund amount.

                      Rs 300 was debited from my account id ellora. [protected]@okaxis on 17 june 2018 while i was adding paytm balance. However, it was added to my wallet.

                      Later i had to do another transaction of rs 300 and at that time it remained successful.

                      However, 600 rupees has been debited from account and only 300 rupees is being added to my paytm wallet.

                      Till now i have not received any refund for rs 300.

                      Kindly do the needful.

                          I want to book a room at irctc website in vijayawada station room no 11 for date 8th june on 5th june payment from sbi net banking is success full but room not booked and again i tried for the same room again also payment from sbi is successful but room not booked. Till now i had not received may money back. On 8th in vijayawada room is also not allotted. Kindly return my money back.

                                  I wanted to order some shoes in liberty online shop but order is not placed and amount is deducted from my account which is linked with paytm. Total amount deducted is 1247rs in ref no[protected]. I have mailed to paytm many times but no fruitful response. I dont want to place more orders from paytm bhim in future. Pls do refund of my amount in the above reference number

                                        I have 3270 in paytm wallet few days back and on 6th may i returned it to bank but till now i haven't received my money and according to your bloody paytm policies it already took 7-14 days but still i didn't received any money so please help me with it. I have talked to them many times but everytime they told me that it will be refunded but didn't. I'll wait for max 2 days and then finally i have to file a police complain
