I had ordered Boult Audio AirBass ProPods True Wireless Bluetooth Headset from paytm mall. Payment was done in advance and all i get was an empty box sealed in the parcel. The delivery boy refused to take that opened parcel with him and the consumer care number is not efficient enough. I have been intracting with the paytm mall care over private messages on twitter. Where they have been just assuring me the things since last two days. They are always asking for details. I am inbetween my studies exams and chorus. This is creating trouble for me. Need priority complain redressal. 😕😖

    On date 06 December 2020 I I want to pay sbi life primium of one lakh through paytm when enter my debit card details and after submitting otp showing failed transaction but message received from SBI that your card used for 75000 rs at ADDBFSIC

      Money deducting from my account and passbook showing deducted for one 97 communication.

      I dont have paytm ac. But money deducting from july 2020. Passbook shows one 97 communication and ecom-paytm
      I didnot understand what happening....

                    On 19/11/2020, one transaction for rs3000/- while transferring from my bank account to paytm wallet failed, but my account has been deducted of rs3000/- and money transferred to one97communication vide transaction reference no-l/hds2107. Please arrange to refund money back. Earlier complaint lodged but no response.

                            I made a transaction of Rs.50000 but only Rs.37156 were deducted due to ATM card limit. Where the Rs.37156 have gone, can the transaction be completed if i pay Rs.12844 more.

                                I have done a Sun direct dth top-up of 495 rupees on 6th November 2020. After entering the OTP and clicking on submit I got an error page on the pc but money got debited and when I contacted the DTH provider they replied that they did not receive the money and when I raised a complaint with my bank they told me that the transaction is successful and there is no refund from the merchant. It has been more than 15 days. The total amount debited including some transaction charges was 507 rupees.

                                    On 5.11.20, I was making a payment of SBI credit card through SBI debit card on Paytm. Suddenly, I got a message on my screen stating that Rs. 50000/- has been deducted from your saving account through SBI debit card. As receiving party was One97 communication Ltd. Noida as per my bank passbook.

                                    This is absolutely fraud as I have not purchased or deal with this company. So far I know the above said company is running Paytm. This is for your info.

                                    Kindly look into this matter on first priority and help me out to resolve the issue.

                                      I have ordered and received 3 qr code stickers vide invoice no 07D[protected] dated[protected]. This QR code stickers are not activated. The sticker is also having message of Thank you for shopping with us, is not appropriate, as we are the pharmacy store and we don't want anyone who need medicine. We pray for good health always and in all ways.
