One97 Communications — my issue not resolved yet

I have complaint 6days ago but there is no respond come from the the company for my account deatils and all sir please do check on my complaint that i was ordering cloth form club factory and paying online by google pay but my payment has done to one 97 communication sir Please do check and resolve my issue as soon as possible because i am a student and i am in shortage of money please sir help me u can have my account deatils via my EMAILID [protected]@GMAIL.COM please contact me soon. This is the message I get every month.. When I haven't downloaded anything.. Not able to reach customer support as well.. This is very annoying.. Stop it asap

I have paid an amt of rs 444 on [protected] to recharge my no. but amt deducted from my account but mobile not yet recharge
