I want to return my order, because I am not satisfied with the same and want to buy another higher-end laptop, but I am unable to do so, kindly look into it. I have tried it from the app, website and your customer care. Everywhere the option I am getting is only of "Replacement", why is it so? If a potential customer is unhappy with his/her purchase, do you people not care about it?
First, when I wanted to change the delivery date of the order, your app didn't help me at all. And your customer care suggested that I "cancel the order". Really?!? Do you people want to make customers go away, is that the case? Then, when I wanted to return the order, your app told me on 11th September, 2019 that I could return the product only till 10th September, 2019, when I had received the product on 10th itself. Then, on contacting the customer care for the same, the lady suggested filing for a defective product (when in reality I don't think the product is defective, it just doesn't meet my expectations) and gave me a helpline number on which I was to call to get the job-sheet generated, but that number turned out to be invalid. Amazing right? I wonder if I am the only one receiving such pathetic service from your side, or do you have a whole community of such customers.
I am really dissatisfied with this behaviour of such a reputed brand, and would suggest you to please look in the matter and resolve the same. I am attaching the screenshots for your reference.
