I bought a product (Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine white magic elite 7.5kg) from paytm on[protected] and paid 14990/-
Firstly product was delivered extremely late and after alot of complaints
And after the delivery product was defective which has been proved by manufacturer through job sheet
I have submitted the photos and jobsheet to paytm and raised complaint but they are not listening to me
So please help me in get my refund with compensation for mental harassment and 420

I have purchase pos machine from paytm seller name (Yadnesh) came on my shop for my retail business on 4 november 2019 i have paid them of rs 7080 for annual period. As per condition of pos machine card rate were told me on debit card was 0-2000 free and above 2000 above 0.4 % + gst and on credit card 1.4 % +gst. But paytm are charging me on credit card 1.99 % + gst. I have call and discuss with seller about this issue on 13 november and he tell me will solve this problem asap.. But till now this problem is not solve... As per the seller of company he tell me that you can cancel this contract any time if you don't like services.. Today on 4 nov i have call seller again to cancel and refund me amount which i have paid to company he told me to contact to customer support then i have call there paytm customer support number to cancel this pos machine contact they are tell me sorry sir this contract will not cancel as per policy of company.. You have to cancel this process with in month. I have told them whole story but are telling its our policy... I am helpless now...

I have booked the flight tickets from lucknow to pune (Jet airways 9w-796) through paytm on 07-march - 2019 and the travel date was 21-july-2019.
But the same flight was cancelled by airlines and from that time i am following up with paytm, but every time they replied that they were following up with airline and not sharing any proof regarding the refunds application if they have processed any.
I am really concerned about my hard earned money which i have lost without my fault.

Dear Concern,
Yesterday, one unauthorized transaction had done from my SBI credit card on your site ([protected]) amount 20000/- on dtd. 03.11.19, time 10:45 and against this transaction police complaint (No [protected]) & SBI Graviance (No 1-[protected]) has been lodged.

Pls note fraud caller No [protected] and pls block any transaction done by above mentioned card.

I have done recharge with my jio app 2 times. When 1st time it's did money deducted from bank but recharge not done. Second time i did but again it's failed. Please check the transaction details. And i also confirm with the jio services my recharge not been done yet please refund my money back. I reacharged my jio number 2 times please have a look and resolve it as soon as possible.

You guys deducted my money 5/-rupees for one97 but we did not downloaded anything. This is not at all acceptable. We really disappointed with your service. We need refund as well deactivation immediately. Our number is [protected] please refund the amount otherwise we will change our network. We will shift to other network. Literally worst service. I have done recharge Rs.900 of dishtv "Registered mobile number-[protected] and holder's name- Mr. Raj Kumar" on 10 October 2019 and the amount has been deducted from my account and the only message that i get after that is
"Thx for INB txn of Rs.900.0 frm A/c to One97 Comm... Ref#IGAHEUHYX3 on 10Oct19. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]" and the Screenshot has been also attached with this mail .PFA.
And it does not reflect on the dish and also the dish executives said that there's no recharge had been made and the bank executives said the payment had been already done. I would request you, kindly resolve with this transaction and money of Rs.900 which had been deducted from my account i want them refund back to my account

I'm really unhappy to say this. So many time. Some of rupees like 50, 150 are debited from my bank account as i request to stop this my 500 rupees is gone.. On 29th september, 2019, i made a payment of rs.822/ to you on dish tv a/c for recharge of my dish tv connection. Since i did not get confirmation from dish tv confirming the recharge, and since they were not in a position to confirm, i made another recharge for the same amount side by side submitting my claim to hdfc bank credit card division for cancellation of payment to you. All these transactions were made using hdfc credit card in the name of krishnaswamy j. Now hdfc bank has advised me to get a confirmation that the said payment made by me using the credit card was not utilised for the intended purpose, to enablle the bank to recredit the amount in my credit card account. I kindly request you to verify the transaction at your end and issue me a confirmation that the said amount was not utilsed for the intended purpose. I have done a ticket in irctc app. Once the payment done through one 97 communication. The money got deducted from my ICICI bank but the transaction failed. So ticket is not booked. The problem is there is no transaction id for this transaction in irctc app and amount got deducted in bank. Still the money is not refunded to my account. Please find attached for the bank transaction screenshot.

On september 16th i tried to purchase realme xt mobile from my realme account. Unfortunately payment debited from my sbi account but order was not confirmed although bank deposit payment to site one97 communication ltd. I thought probably its happen due to busy lines and i tried second time to purchase, but the second transaction was also failed but once again payment debited from my account and gone to one97 communication ltd. I did two attempt for payment and both were failed to confirm order but both time payment debited from my account and gone its to one97 accounts.

I write many emails to your realme address with bank account statement as attachments. Waii received first transaction 201909160660804712112 igahadows1 refund from realme after 10 days on 26th september but second transaction 201909160660817198311 igahadpex5 payment refund is still pending.

Now realme says they haven't got the refund from one97 and now its in their hand to give my money back.

I am in tense, depression and feeling stress because rs 15999/- is very valuable for me

I had ordered bond street brown shoes dated 1st oct'19. At that time expected date was 7th-oct but even after several follow up product is still undelivered at that day & expected date gets automatically updated on 9th-oct shows status out for delivery. When i contacted courier executive shadowfax mob [protected] he denied to deliver the parcel & misbehave on call. Extremely worse service paytm mall & their delivery partner shadowfax.

I have booked a train ticket from st to srr on 16th feb 2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but money debited from bank of baroda account, but still not refunded.
Refund against pnr number null /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 2252.32/-

Plz look into this matter immediately and refund the amount deduct.

Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on oct 03 at 11 a. M. But the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 848.68) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting for this to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..
"thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxx17 for a purchase worth rs 848.68 at one97 communications. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]"
For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and yonosbi transaction history which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications ltddelhi dlin.

I am doing my licence payment on www.exciseservices.mahaonline.co.in. i used paytm gateway for paying licence fees 1028.60 rs by using my debit card the amount is debited successfully by my bank but it is credited to paytm (Pos - one97 communication)... What is this we are trusting on paytm they re doing such things i complaint more than 10 times to customer care but they are not interested to resolve my problem... I happens on government site... Bank deducted an amount to paytm and still not paid to my merchant then where is my money... What is this... Its my mistake that i trust on paytm? I paid 1028.60 rs on 25/09/2019,... So please solved my problem as early as possible otherwise refund my money.

Today (29.09.2019) I detected that a fradulant transaction of Rs 6792.85 has been made on 07.09.2019 by one 97 communications. My bank statement reads : by debit card OTHPG 641984 ONE 97 communications LNOIDA. I received no message regarding this transaction. Today while checking my bank statement I detected this fraudulent transaction. Please look into the matter and refund my money.
