One97 Communications — worst delivery & service from paytm | |
I had ordered bond street brown shoes dated 1st oct'19. At that time expected date was 7th-oct but even after several follow up product is still undelivered at that day & expected date gets automatically updated on 9th-oct shows status out for delivery. When i contacted courier executive shadowfax mob [protected] he denied to deliver the parcel & misbehave on call. Extremely worse service paytm mall & their delivery partner shadowfax. While recharging reliance jio with Rs 359 through internet banking, it was credited to one97 communication in place of rel jio.Detail as below.

The payment of Rs. 359 which was made to one 97 communication is still pending with them. Till today it has not been refunded reverse back to my account.
