I had orderd some groceries (order no [protected]) from paytm mall but one product was missing when I received. Imeadiatly I made a complain to customer care to either resend missing product or refund full amont of missing. But paytm is neither re sending nor able to refund full amount of missing product. Paytm offering only one third of missing product. I have been follow up over 1 month Paytm still stand on their decision that they will not re send missed iteam nor refund full amount of missing product. They are not explaing the reason that why Paytm can not refund full amount of missing product and not explaining the criteria on base they are refunding one third of missing product. I have complaint many times having complain no..[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected].

Here i the issue related to wrongly sent money to other account which send from the PAYTM UPI . I am Amrit bearing a contact or Paytm No [protected] which is upi linked to Kotak Mahindra Bank with A/c No. [protected] with Ifsc Code KKBK0003724. on 4th of April 2019 at 11:13am i transferred the money of Rs 2500/- from the Paytm by Upi linked No [protected] with refrence id[protected] to Rahul chhaparwal having paytm Upi Id [protected]@paytm . which is not received by him.. i talked to paytm customer care representative but his words not satisfied me. He said there is no fault by us talk with your bank when i talked with the representattive of the bank he also said the same thing that there was no fault by them.. A screenshot of transaction id also attached with it.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have done an online transaction via YES bank credit card for Swiggey and the order couldn't be placed but money got deducted. I my credit card statement and mail ID i can see that the money is paid as shown below :
"INR 299.00 has been spent on your YES BANK Credit Card ending with 2778 at ONE97 COMMU on 24/05/2019 at 21:26:04. Avl Bal INR 291, 064.94. In case of suspicious transaction, to block your card, SMS BLKCC to [protected] from registered mobile number".
When contacted swiggey they mentioned the money never reached them and it would be sent back by the deducter which is ONE97 COMMU.

Hi, while i was booking train ticket via irctc app on 24/05/2019, i choose paytm payment method. Money (Inr 910.98) got debited from my debit card but ticket booking got canceled as the payment was not success. I found that the amount was taken by one97 communication. I did booking by paying once again.
I donot see the payment refunded yet. Please get this resoled. Thank you.

Hello, on 15th may, 2019 evening at 8:12-8:15 i tried to add money into my paytym wallet, twice, but showed error both of the time. Each time the amount was 100, that is 200 total. I tried to add it after few mins and it was done. But after half hour, i got 2 sms saying that 100 rs, in both messages (That is total 200 rs) has been deducted by ecom at one97 communications ltdelhi din. I thought it will be added to my paytym wallet. But it was not. I already reported twice about this and both times i got that i will be contacted but have not yet been contacted. I demand that 200 rs. I demand to either add 200 rs. Please look into this and please add it back to my paytym wallet. Thank you
